When the policemen charge riders & drivers on the streets for something or the other & ask them ILLEGALLY – the policemen never LAWFULLY have the right to ask people to appear in front of court, as ONLY a court can issue such orders! - to appear in front of a particular court on a particular date, nobody, including the courts, feels encroached upon or thinks it as CONTEMPT OF COURT & take SUO MOTO action!
When the land of the poor & hapless has been grabbed, usurped & annexed forcefully all over India by the mighty & powerful and has been reported all over the media all these years in HIMALAYAN ALPHABETS & the losers are left with no means to fight for justice –they don’t even know they can fight, as most of them are left illiterate & poor due to the ALL ENCOMPASSING DEVELOPMENTAL SCHEMS & GROWTH PLANS IMPLEMENTED IN THE MODERN & INDEPENDENT INDIA!- no SUO MOTOS appear for them from anywhere!
Political meetings & speeches in Kerala are still conducted in the busy junctions across the width & breadth of the state despite the court orders against doing so and despite these things happening continuously all these months & years after the court orders no SUO MOTO has been initiated!
When large scale adulteration of basic food items have been reported day & night by the 24/7 media, all these years, no court seems to take it seriously & start a SUO MOTO case against those people who adulterate food unashamedly & treacherously; it is a shame that the adulterators have become multi billionaires in these years by SLOWLY POISONING UNSUSPECTING GENERATIONS!
When education system is rotten at the roots with politicians & the other powerful people garnering enough power to do whatever they like in the education system, destroying what is to be the right kind of developmental system for human beings, no court takes SUO MOTOS!
Nookkukoolie, the infamous practice of the rowdy workforce of Kerala to bully and forcefully take money for the work other people have done, has been in vogue for a large number of years with the tacit & spineless support of the various governments there and no judge came to it ACCIDENTLY & took SUO MOTOS!
A lot of other grave problems & evils like corruption, favouritism, black money, large scale destruction of the public wealth in the name of some stupid protests etc, money laundering, whole scale fraud in financial, industrial, private sectors etc, systematic and well planned & executed destruction of environment, division of people in the name of caste & religion and the appeasement of some among them etc, gradual & systematic destruction of the 7000-8000 years old Indian culture, misinformation campaigns on a lot of important factors like illnesses, the systems of life, democracy, legal systems, the style of living, quality, things of importance, India itself, religion & religious statuses etc have been systematically grown all these years in the very fertile soil of India! But, the SUO MOTOs of very urgent nature in all these gravely important aspects have always been extremely hard to come by!
Courts all over India have been taking SUO MOTO cases all over India, for some years now! No one has thought about or talked about the criteria by which the courts are taking up these SUO MOTO CASES?! One can not find any standard system existing by which a judge understands this case is fit for a SUO MOTO & that one is not?! Going by what is going on in the field of SUO MOTOS one can not but feel pity at the SUO MOTO SYSTEM working in our country!

According to the figures compiled by the Supreme Court of India, there are 42.17 lakh cases pending in the high courts as on September 30, 2010, comprising of 33.36 lakh civil cases and 8.8 lakh criminal cases!
In the subordinate courts, the figure was 2.79 crore cases comprising 78.56 lakh civil cases & 2 crore criminal cases!
It is estimated that in some of the subordinate courts over 30-40% of arears relate to petty cases and out of the total pending cases, 9% of the cases were pending for 10 years & above!
24% cases were pending for 5-10 years in both, the HCs and subordinate courts!

According to the Supreme Court as many as 305 judges serving in various courts of the country are facing departmental enquiries for misconduct during the period April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011!
Utter Pradesh tops the list with 44, followed by Rajasthan 42, Maharashtra 31, J&K 23, Gujarat 22 and Andra Pradesh 15!
17 judicial officers have either been discharged or discontinued from service in this period for misconduct!
75 judges have been given premature retirement on account of various charges!
Major penalties were slapped against 38 judges while minor penalties were imposed on 35!

BHARATH - KNOWING OUR COUNTRY & IT'S CULTURE!
Somewhere in time Bharath was feigned forgotten and India came into existence to suit the westerners & their tongues. Then started the age of India with a western accent; everything that was & is Bharatiya got changed into Indian. We lost all our Bharat culture, names, civilisation & all to India and we tried to sleep on what is taught as Indian without ever trying to remember OUR IDENTITY AS BHARATIYA & BHARATHAS! We pretended we are & were Indians & never Bharatiya. We twisted our tongues, senses & even our existences in western ways & made ourselves THE MODERN DAY SHIGANDEES (Neither a man nor a woman)! We threw away our Bharatiya Identity & tried to embrace something Foreign & Inferior & made ourselves reach nowhere in time & progress! We (Deliberately) lost what we had built & gained over thousands of years & never reached ‘the synthetic greener pastures’ on the other side of the fence! From a very near point in time we slavishly became Indian!
India, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Aurangabad (In memory of a religious fanatic of the Mogul Dynasty Aurangzeb-that is the so called secularism of Bharathas! World over, nobody puts the name of a sub-standard existence even to a street; hence we don't find Anguleemaal, Nero, Mussolini, Hitler, Raman Raghavan etc as street & town names; but in Bharath even such a sub-standard person's name is flattered so much that it has become the name of a district where the Word Famous Ajanta & Ellora Caves are situated!!), Allahabad, Patna, Banaras & a lot of great historical & cultural places forgot their real names in the process & became COMPLETELY ALIEN, TWISTED & CULTURELESS! As Bharath became India, Indraprastha/Dhillu or Dilu became Delhi, Prayag became Allahabad, Pataliputra became Patna, Ashapalli became Ahmedabad, Kasi became Banaras & a large number of places got their new, cultureless, history less PLASTIC NAMES! In the present day Bharath (or India as it is altered) nobody has the time to think about what we actually are & what history or civilisation or culture we posses! And, when someone starts to say something about all these just mentioned matters such as Bharath History, Bharath Civilisation & Bharath Culture the very next moment he is called/labelled a fanatic, intolerant, non-thinking, non-progressive, narrow-minded existence for life, by all the BHARATIYA who HAVE 'THE BIRTH-RESPONSIBILITY' TO KNOW, CHERISH & PROPAGATE WHAT WE REALLY ARE - THE BHARATIYA & BHARATHAS!
THE REAL BHARATH PLACE NAMES should be given back to them, WHICH ARE WHAT THEY ACTUALLY ARE! The wrong done to these BHARATH PLACES should be corrected sooner than later, as it’s already late by centuries! All the people who live in OUR COUNTRY have the responsibility to RE-MAKE THE GREAT BHARATH WHICH IS THE BIRTH-RIGHT OF EVERY BHARATIYA! Madras, Bombay, Bangalore, Calcutta & a lot of other places got their real names back, one way or the other, without much difficulty. BUT WHAT ALL ARE MUCH MORE IMPORTANT & CULTURAL THAN THESE NOW BORN PLACES - COMPARED TO THOSE WHICH STILL STAND UNCHANGED BEARING THE TWISTED & MANGLED NAMES SLAPPED ON THEM - STAY THERE SELF-UNIDENTIFIED DUE TO THE UNKNOWN & FOREIGN NAMES THEY ARE CALLED/KNOWN BY, NOW! Why did the Bharatiya & Bharathas take these long centuries to even think about this & why they wasted centuries to rectify THE DAMAGE DONE BY SOME WHO NEVER KNEW WHAT BHARATH WAS, IS & WILL BE?! PLACES WHICH DAWNED EVEN BEFORE THE DAWN OF HISTORY LIKE PRAYAG, KASI etc STAND HERE IN OUR ALTERED BHARATH - Read India! - ALTERED, MANGLED & DISFIGURED, WAITING TO GET DELIVERENCE (OR IN BHARATH WORD 'MUKTHI'!) FROM THIS SO-CALLED MODERN SUFFERING OF 'REAL EXISTENCE-DESTRUCTION'!
For the progress of THE BHARATH CULTURE we don't need any help from other civilisations, pseudo-civilisations or the ‘state’ of lack of civilisation; what OUR CULTURE & CIVILISATION need now is the support & recognition of the people who are the sons & daughters of OUR GREAT BHARATH! That is the only requirement OUR CIVILISATION/OUR GREAT COUNTRY MUST BE GIVEN WHOLE-HEARTEDLY & that is the right that we should give aplenty to OUR GREAT NATION! IT IS OUR DUTY TO KEEP THE CULTURE & CIVILISATION OF BHARATH INTACT & CARRY FORWARD TO THE COMING GENERATIONS & TIME, AS NO OTHER COUNTRY WILL OR CAN KEEP THE CULTURE OF BHARATH & HAND OVER ITS GREATNESS TO THE POSTERITY! It is utter foolishness even to expect any other country in the world doing the promotion of Bharath Culture & Civilisation as it should be done as WHO ELSE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT BHARATH IS BETTER THAN ONE WHO IS A SON OR A DAUGHTER OF OUR GREAT NATION?! Hence, it becomes the duty of any & every BHARATIYA to first understand & then promote the CULTURE & EXISTENCE OF OUR GREAT NATION BHARAT!
It is beyond any question that in the Culture of Bharath Hinduism is an INTEGRAL PART & Hinduism and the Culture of Bharath developed & grew hand in hand and they are inseparable! Hence, at the least in OUR BHARATH never let a Hindu or A Bharatiya be considered a lesser entity! As Our Bharath Culture & Civilisation is greatly indebted to Hinduism or in other words IS HINDUISM, let it be known that in Our Bharath A Hindu & A Thorough Bharatiya, at the least, should be considered equal to all other existences inside OUR BHARATH! At the least, he should not be discriminated against inside OUR BHARATH & he should be protected by all means inside OUR BHARATH! When 400-500, 1000-1400 years' history & culture is considered , trumpeted & promoted as something 'OLDER THAN HISTORY', HOW CAN WE CONSIDER OUR CIVILISATION & CULTURE WHICH IS MORE THAN 6000 YEARS OLD & ONE OF THE MOST ANCIENT OF CIVILISATIONS SO INSIGNIFICANT & FORGETTABLE & NEVER STAND FOR IT?!

EQUA LITY & THE 33% REVOLUTION!
All these days we have been continuously bombarded with the word EQUALITY! Sometimes, we even doubted whether we have unknowingly moved back to the times of the French Revolution! Everyone has become a subject expert & whatever one says has become the ultimate truth! Women, of all ages, levels, professions & of all standards have at the top of their voices screamed EQUALITY! Media trumpeted EQUALITY TO WOMEN...! Political godfathers & parties pained to prove themselves as the SAVIOURS OF THE WOMEN FOLK of the ENTIRE UNIVERSE! They were trumpeted as the SAVIOUR, these POOR, HAPLESS CREATURES HAVE BEEN WAITING ALL THESE MILLENIA! But, someone kept wailing at the Wailing Wall for HIM to come!
The POWERS THAT BE strived night & day to push the Reservation Bill & get it passed somehow, by hook or by crook! They burned midnight oil- at these times of oil price hikes!-to reach the ULTIMATE & ALL PURGING POINT OF FEMALE EQUALITY & EMANCIPATION! 33% reservation for women in the Indian Parliament became the Be All & End All of their existence! They screamed all over the media about the NEVER BEFORE BENEFITS POOR WOMEN FOLK WILL ENJOY JUST AFTER THIS 33% & THE EQUALITY THEY WILL ENJOY THE VERY NEXT MOMENT THE INDIAN PARLIAMENT PASSED THE 33% RESERVATION BILL! The experts wrote SERIAL ESSAYS in the news papers & magazines... the TV channels spent more than enough time to DISCUSS (Remember they never SHOTPUT or JAVELIN...THANK GOD!) the VARIOUS ANGLES OF EQUALITY & SOCIAL CHANGES THIS 33% EQUALITY BRINGS!
People find it easy to forget that there has never been such a thing as EQUALITY in Human History... And, more than anything else the word itself had been a misnomer of a thing which never ever existed on the surface of this earth! As, some intelligent mind has found out “It is some sort of a game (the Equality Game! – in which Blindfolded People Try To Catch A Non-Existent Black Cat, Inside a Dark Room!”) where people try to find THIS GREAT THING CALLED EQUALITY! The elected lions & lionesses of the Indian Parliament find themselves head over heel on this VERY SIGNIFICANT SOLE-ULTIMATE-MATTER IN THEIR EXISTENCE! They daily involve in their Word- Spitting-Competitions and then declare someone among them as the WORD-SPITTING-CHAMPION-OF THE DAY & rest for the day to come out again the very next day with full vigour & vitality to participate in the game again that SOMEDAY WILL BE THEIRS and their photographs will be printed out with the Greatest of all Tags for a Parliamentarian – THE WORD-SPITTING-CHAMPION-OF THE DAY!
What the present day Indian Public is witnessing -& at the same time they don’t understand too- is the near total destruction or sabotage of the entire system by the Present Day Elected Lions & Lionesses – supposing that we have a system at all!- as it is existing today, TO HAVE SOME JAI HOs while they slumber in their mansions & luxury vehicles; nothing more than that! Sabotaging the present system means taking back the system to where it all started thousands of years ago... that means BACK TO SQUARE ‘O!’ When this 33% of reservation is implemented, what will be the quality of the women who fill all the other positions, other than the gradually attained female parliamentary positions of the present? What sort of knowledge will they have to execute the responsibility they will be trusted with? Will they be able to do justice to the duty which will be entrusted upon them? Nobody thinks what will happen to a house which never had a foundation, leave alone strong foundation!? When the result of their action start to come out who will be those who will suffer & bear, as these people will be highly inefficient & incapable of driving an 8-Horse Chariot, as they never had the opportunity to even travel on a horse back! Of course, they will surely be controlled by the men folk who have the reins tightly in their hands & they will make these 33% do whatever they like to do. What we as Indians have to understand is that WE, THE PRESENT GENERATION & A COUPLE OF GENERATIONS TO COME ARE GOING TO SUFFER & SUFFER LIKE ANYTHING for an effort which might bear fruits someday in far distant future! IS IT SENSIBLE THAT WE SACRIFICE OURSELVES- THE PRESENT GENERATION & A COUPLE OF GENERATIONS TO COME- JUST TO KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF WE SACRIFICE OURSELVES, knowing fully well that WE HAVE JUST ONLY ONE CHANCE TO LIVE ON THIS BEAUTIFUL EARTH?!
It is high time we start thinking whether it is worth We, the present of India, sacrifice ourselves on the altar of insensibility, moral sub-standardness, brainlessness, political tunnel vision & a million other stupid things to SOMETIME GET 33% EQUALITY FOR WOMEN!? What we are allowing to happen, keeping ourselves mum, is something which will further the degradation of the existing political & governmental systems & make all the Indians suffer 24/7, without segregating men & women! Then the suffering won’t be 33%, it will be a wholesome 100% for all! And, we forget senselessly that buckets can’t be equal to brooms, apples can’t be equal to oranges, cars can’t be equal to helicopters & Jupiter can’t be equal to the Sun! We try to forget that what we are trying to do here is trashing buckets to shape them as televisions & melting a newspaper to make a water holding beautiful cup! And of course, we are trying to make Iddalies as Masala Dosais and Chappaties as Curries! The thinkers of the 33% Equality don’t like the idea or fact that, from Time Immemorial, sands were never waters or trees the birds in the skies! If these 33% Equality People wish to be named in the History as Visionaries and Be Thought of as Developers of Modern 33% Equality, it is always better for them to take time to understand that India is a country where one of the earliest of civilizations originated & has been growing without any pause or break and it is where most of the things Cultured Human Beings Stand for in the Present including Mathematics, Science , Astronomy, Ayurveda, Mind Studies, Yoga etc. started breathing real life thousands of years ago. Let them think whether our culture teaches us to pull a faster one to catapult our ego to establish ourselves as False Prophets of False & Non Existent Gender Equality or not?! In India, where no revolution has taken place till date & even evolutions have taken the longest of time periods, it seems highly suspicious that someone takes the fastest steps to give life to this 33% Revolution!
Some day we will read, if things are altered as these 33% Revolutionaries wish to do, an altered Mahabharata where Lady Krishna will tell Lady Arjuna to fight Lady Duryodhan & Other Ladies for Dharam/Dharma; or else we will see Lady Kunti single-handedly fighting the entire Kaurav Ladies and defeating them in the Mahabharata War! If the 33% Revolutionaries succeed, we will also see a Lady Vyasa writing a Lady Ramayana & a Lady Aryabatta finding out some mind boggling mathematical & astronomical novelties! We will even find A Lady Vikramaditya becoming the founder of A 33% Lady Maurya Empire! It will be a TOTAL or 33% LADIFICATION of Everything to do justice to the womenfolk who vanished from this Earth thousands of years ago! All these at the least 33% Equality, though someone will call it a FALSE EUNUCH EQUALITY, will be a 33% COMPENSATION for all the difficulties, problems & segregation womenfolk has supposedly suffered all over the world, all over the millennia! It is going to be written in the golden letters that THIS 33% EQUALITY IS THE FIND OF THE INSATIABLE & ADVENTUROUS SPIRIT OF THE LADY INDIAN CULTURE WHERE THE LADIES ARE ALWAYS 33% EQUAL!

What the present day Indian Public is witnessing -& at the same time they don’t understand too- is the near total destruction or sabotage of the entire system by the Present Day Elected Lions & Lionesses – supposing that we have a system at all!- as it is existing today, TO HAVE SOME JAI HOs while they slumber in their mansions & luxury vehicles; nothing more than that! Sabotaging the present system means taking back the system to where it all started thousands of years ago... that means BACK TO SQUARE ‘O!’ When this 33% of reservation is implemented, what will be the quality of the women who fill all the other positions, other than the gradually attained female parliamentary positions of the present? What sort of knowledge will they have to execute the responsibility they will be trusted with? Will they be able to do justice to the duty which will be entrusted upon them? Nobody thinks what will happen to a house which never had a foundation, leave alone strong foundation!? When the result of their action start to come out who will be those who will suffer & bear, as these people will be highly inefficient & incapable of driving an 8-Horse Chariot, as they never had the opportunity to even travel on a horse back! Of course, they will surely be controlled by the men folk who have the reins tightly in their hands & they will make these 33% do whatever they like to do. What we as Indians have to understand is that WE, THE PRESENT GENERATION & A COUPLE OF GENERATIONS TO COME ARE GOING TO SUFFER & SUFFER LIKE ANYTHING for an effort which might bear fruits someday in far distant future! IS IT SENSIBLE THAT WE SACRIFICE OURSELVES- THE PRESENT GENERATION & A COUPLE OF GENERATIONS TO COME- JUST TO KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF WE SACRIFICE OURSELVES, knowing fully well that WE HAVE JUST ONLY ONE CHANCE TO LIVE ON THIS BEAUTIFUL EARTH?!
It is high time we start thinking whether it is worth We, the present of India, sacrifice ourselves on the altar of insensibility, moral sub-standardness, brainlessness, political tunnel vision & a million other stupid things to SOMETIME GET 33% EQUALITY FOR WOMEN!? What we are allowing to happen, keeping ourselves mum, is something which will further the degradation of the existing political & governmental systems & make all the Indians suffer 24/7, without segregating men & women! Then the suffering won’t be 33%, it will be a wholesome 100% for all! And, we forget senselessly that buckets can’t be equal to brooms, apples can’t be equal to oranges, cars can’t be equal to helicopters & Jupiter can’t be equal to the Sun! We try to forget that what we are trying to do here is trashing buckets to shape them as televisions & melting a newspaper to make a water holding beautiful cup! And of course, we are trying to make Iddalies as Masala Dosais and Chappaties as Curries! The thinkers of the 33% Equality don’t like the idea or fact that, from Time Immemorial, sands were never waters or trees the birds in the skies! If these 33% Equality People wish to be named in the History as Visionaries and Be Thought of as Developers of Modern 33% Equality, it is always better for them to take time to understand that India is a country where one of the earliest of civilizations originated & has been growing without any pause or break and it is where most of the things Cultured Human Beings Stand for in the Present including Mathematics, Science , Astronomy, Ayurveda, Mind Studies, Yoga etc. started breathing real life thousands of years ago. Let them think whether our culture teaches us to pull a faster one to catapult our ego to establish ourselves as False Prophets of False & Non Existent Gender Equality or not?! In India, where no revolution has taken place till date & even evolutions have taken the longest of time periods, it seems highly suspicious that someone takes the fastest steps to give life to this 33% Revolution!
Some day we will read, if things are altered as these 33% Revolutionaries wish to do, an altered Mahabharata where Lady Krishna will tell Lady Arjuna to fight Lady Duryodhan & Other Ladies for Dharam/Dharma; or else we will see Lady Kunti single-handedly fighting the entire Kaurav Ladies and defeating them in the Mahabharata War! If the 33% Revolutionaries succeed, we will also see a Lady Vyasa writing a Lady Ramayana & a Lady Aryabatta finding out some mind boggling mathematical & astronomical novelties! We will even find A Lady Vikramaditya becoming the founder of A 33% Lady Maurya Empire! It will be a TOTAL or 33% LADIFICATION of Everything to do justice to the womenfolk who vanished from this Earth thousands of years ago! All these at the least 33% Equality, though someone will call it a FALSE EUNUCH EQUALITY, will be a 33% COMPENSATION for all the difficulties, problems & segregation womenfolk has supposedly suffered all over the world, all over the millennia! It is going to be written in the golden letters that THIS 33% EQUALITY IS THE FIND OF THE INSATIABLE & ADVENTUROUS SPIRIT OF THE LADY INDIAN CULTURE WHERE THE LADIES ARE ALWAYS 33% EQUAL!
