10’O Clock Assassination!

‘10.10’ is seen on every face of the clock with both the hour & minutes hands on either half of the clock! In my childhood days I was told that it is the EXACT time of President Abraham Lincoln’s assassination, in the nineteenth century America - nobody asked AM or PM?

When I continued to grow up someone else told me that it was the EXACT time of Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination; I suppose it should be some patriot who brought in the Mahatma’s name into the 10.10 game which NEVER had AM or PM attached to it! BUT what struck me was that either way it was related to the time of ASSASSINATION! Hence, like me, quite a million others grew up visualizing ‘10’ as the Time of Assassination (ToA)!

When the assassination of Indira Gandhi was done in 1984, by her own body guards & her son Rajeev just 7 seven years after by the LTTE terrorists, a lot of people, including me, somehow started to verify whether both these inhuman brutalities had any association with the Time of Assassination (ToA), 10’O Clock! To our shock, it dawned on us that Rajeev’s assassination @ Sriperumbathur, Tamilnadu was reported over the TV & radio, around 10 in the night, on the fateful May 21, 1991, once again tying 10 O Clock with the FEARED TAG ‘ASSASSINOCLOCK’!

Hence, when most of the state governments, all over India, decided, some time ago, to STOP all the cultural programmes, events etc SHARP @ 10 pm the word that came into my mind, as should be into the millions of others as well, is the word ASSASSINATION – ASSASSINATION OF THE CULTURE OF BHARATH / INDIA!

When the ‘ASSASSINOCLOCK’ struck ‘10’ in the night, all the programme conductors, all over most of the Indian states, run helter skelter to switch off the mike, switch off the speakers, switch off the lights, down the curtain on the almost finished items on the stage, ‘fire’ in the air to disperse the interestedly watching crowd etc that they feel safe as otherwise they would be counted & marked as the people who are on the other side of the rule of the ASSASSINOCLOCK LAND, & be penalized for that!

Police officers, like the olden days British force, would make their appearance on the event scene (Or SHOULD we call it ‘Event Horizon’?!) & TAKE THE SITUATION UNDER CONTROL, as they know & as they are told & taught, the SITUATION would SURELY get out of control any moment after the ‘ASSASSINOCLOCK’! The law enforcement officers are there to keep law & order & they would NEVER let anything untoward happen JUST AFTER the clock strikes ‘ASSASSINOCLOCK’!

They know, as they are taught, that after the ‘ASSASSINOCLOCK’ all the people in India, who are watching the cultural & other programmes ‘out doors’ become violent & there are chances of a violent outburst of violent emotions which can NEVER be controlled after the DREADED ‘ASSASSINOCLOCK’! There are even ‘million times retold stories’ of groups of people watching cultural & other programmes out doors, all of a sudden turning themselves into vampires & EVEN ‘Draculas’, dashing all over the places for their thirsts for blood to be satiated, just after the clock strikes the ‘ASSASSINOCLOCK’!

Hence, all the law enforcement officers ARE on HIGH ALERT (9.0 on the Ritcher Scale!) just after the ‘ASSASSINOCLOCK’ & they NEVER allow law & order into the drains @ the hands of the people who are interested in their Culture, Samskar etc! As they know, just after 10 O clock, any moment is the moment for EXPLOSIVE ATTITUDE & that kind of urge SHOULD be controlled by the iron hand, taking example from the Nazi era Germany!

They KNOW that it is the Cultured People who know & cherish their own Samskar & Samskruty who are the MOST DANGEROUS & the cultureless & Samskar less are ALWAYS good people! Hence, they ALWAYS try to control & if possible nip in the bud anything cultural, related to Samskar, related to the state or the country one belongs to etc! They know that growing & maintaining one’s culture is REGISTERED in the gravest of the crimes against humanity & the doers of such actions SHOULD be prosecuted under the banner of ‘War Crimes’ or the “Crimes Against Humanity’, as had been classified numberless cases of Nazi Crimes!

Hence, as the ‘ASSASSINOCLOCK’ law & order problems can be INVOKED to STOP anything cultural, the police force SHOULD be used to do that as ‘law & order’ is the thing that is to be protected at any cost & Culture & Samskar are NOT! Let people in Modern India grow & develop as uncultured & ‘ASAMSKRUT’ (Without Any SAMSKAR!) that all that is negative with culture & Samskar vanish forever from our Ideal Modern India! And, let all the ‘RAKSHASA’ (Demonic!) values & principles become the basis of our Modern Indian Society or the Liberal Democratic Society where there are no STUPID & USELESS things such as Samskar, Samskruty, Culture etc!

It will be helpful to all those who promote ‘Demonic Values’ (DVs!) to limit the Cultural & Samskaric (Related to ‘Samskar’!) Activities & Events between 7pm & 10 pm, as it will LIMIT people from doing what all Samskaric & Cultural activities they have been doing or have been involved in, all these decades & centuries, extending themselves into the wee hours of the next morning, from the night fall, which is usually between 6.30 & 7’O clock, in the evening! 

But the OTHER ‘MAJOR’ MATTER other than inculcating & developing ‘Demonic Values’ (DVs!) in the so called Modern Indian Society (MIS!?) is the CUNNING IDEA of canvassing people for the TV programmes aired via infinite number of channels which run all those abysmally low class programmes where the ‘Demonic Values’ (DVs!) are promoted 24/7, with the help of Commercial Advertisement!

The MAJOR CONCERN of all those who whole heartedly crave to develop & promote ‘Demonic Values’ (DVs!) is ‘Catching The Eye Balls’ (CAB!) of the millions of viewers, all over India, who, if went watching or participating in the Cultural or Samskaric things, well past midnight, the ‘Ratings’ (TRIPS etc!) will nose dive as there won’t be enough ‘BALLS’ watching the DEMONIC SHIT, live on the TV sets, accompanied by the innumerable advertisements which promote ‘Demonic Values’ (DVs!)! Hence, the LIMIT : Cultural Events & Samskaric Events ONLY up to 10pm SHARP, after which there are enough programmes on TV to WIPE OUT whatever Samskar or Samskruty one has, with the help of the so called commercial advertisement!    

Hence, as we all know, it is the right time 10’O Clock, the Time of Assassination, which is aptly selected as the Time to KILL Samskar, Samskruty, Culture etc PREVENTING the growth of a race which has always been there, in Bharath , since 5000 or 6000 BC, Culturally, Samskruty wise, Intellectually ALIVE!

Let, all those who are hell bent on ‘Demonic Values’ (DVs!) & their development & propagation be helped by all those who govern the so called Democratic State, India, in the name of Democracy & Modernity, that Our Millennia Old Samskar & Samskruty ‘BE’ Killed or Assassinated INCESSANTLY on the ‘ASSASSINOCLOCK’, i.e. 10’ O Clock in the evening, EVERY NIGHT!

‘FEAR’ The Omnipresent!

"IT IS 'FEAR' THAT IS THE BASE OF ALL HUMAN MADE SYSTEMS OF FUNCTION / FUNCTIONING!", said me to a group of eager students who wanted to 'LEARN' something about the present day/existing systems, which they/people who live, encounter, in every day life! Most of them were not even in a mind set to think over My Quote - sitting in front of me & staring on my face! - as they were dead sure that what I stated was wrong!

I just didn’t want to force my point on them, as I have never been a person who forced things on anybody, on any point of Time, all my life! All my life I have been a person who told whatever I 'KNEW' (Or supposed I knew!!) flat on the face & never forced, as I know, forcing never made matters easy, ever! I always tried to simplify the points I wanted to make others understand to such levels that they understand TRUTH without agonising or antagonising them!

I never wanted to have the uncalled for hatred, anger, dislike, animosity, menacing looks, grinning, showing of fangs etc of the people for the TRUTH I give & the FACTS I share with them! I have never been persuasive even; I always left the facts to them to be thought of, when they feel like doing so, with all the supporting facts required, that they may reach Truth, if they ‘ONLY’ wish at all!

I asked them to think, if they can think at all, about whatever systems of functioning, which do not have FEAR as an ingredient, they could gather in their mind & put them down in their palm tops, smart phones, note books, lap tops etc. They started to ponder on the systems of functioning they knew & remembered! I knew they would certainly circle around the topic 'Democracy' to refute my point, as for them 'Democracy Is Something Which Is The Visible Form Of Freedom', which they were supposed to have from 1947 August 15!

And, I knew, they won't ever find 'FEAR' in a functioning system so universally accepted & promoted, as it (Democracy!) is supposedly accepted as the culmination of all the sorts of freedom! And, I was also sure that they could never relate Democracy with Fear, in any sense! As expected, most of those highly educated & vastly read students who sat infront of me thinking like Socrates, came up with 'Democracy' as their first example of 'Functioning System' where Fear Is 'NOT' At All A Factor Of Influence or ingredient!

The thing they were ‘NEVER’ interested in doing WAS thinking logically & sensibly, without taking pre conceived notions into consideration! If they had opened their eyes logically & sensibly, they could have understood the stupidity which they committed i.e. the picking of ‘Democracy’ as the example of something which doesn’t have FEAR as a factor in its functioning! As other Functions or Functioning Systems made by the human beings, for ‘Democracy’ also it is not possible to exist without the common ingredient in all the Human Made Systems of Functioning, FEAR!

From the personal level to the institutional level, from top to bottom, everything & every one IS guided, directed, influenced, evolved, nurtured, built, manipulated, appreciated, learned, taught, institutionalised, created, destroyed, used, utilised, presented, programmed, sold, bought, argued, postulated, done, not done, prepared, decorated, dressed, undressed, exposed, covered etc by NOTHING OTHER THAN FEAR ITSELF! It is very interesting to note that Thief, Policeman, Judge, Rulers, Rowdy, Preachers, Teachers, Godman, Terrorist, Press, Tax Man, Milkman, Companies, Governments, Kidnapper, Father, Mother, Children, Goondas, Religions, Coaches, Trainers, Motivators, Demotivators, Politicians, Organisers, Educators, Sellers, Buyers & others, all use the same thing FEAR to further their interests, in one form or the other!  

It is a pity that one of the most important matters in human life, Human Relationships too are made, sustained & broken because of FEAR & FEAR ONLY! It becomes extremely funny when one comes to know that the so called Law Builders, Law Keepers etc & the law breakers, criminals etc USE THE SAME ELEMENT FEAR, to further their likes & dislikes! It is sheer fun to know that the common things & matters in the existence of human beings from time immemorial, Religion, God, Chieftains, Kings, Kingdoms, Rulers, Democracy, Aristocracy, Discipline, Autocracy, Dictatorship, Bureaucracy, Law, Executioners’ Mechanisms, Hierarchies, Education, Living, Standards Of Societies, Morality, Order, Disorder, Groups, Communities, Army, Borders, Inventions, Any System That Is Of Any Activity like cultural, intellectual etc and all are BASED ON FEAR & FEAR 'ONLY'!

Hence, one can say that it is ONLY because of FEAR the Functioning Systems of Human Beings work, if they work at all and without which all the human made systems will go haywire, in no time! And, then, the questions like ‘What is ‘the difference’ between a Terrorist, who shamelessly exploits the Fear of human beings to further his vested interests & a Theologist, who exploits the FEAR of death & the following uncertainty to push his points forward or a Judge & a Criminal’?!’ etc will arise automatically, which will, definitely, make matters worse! Ofcourse, the questions regarding FEAR & ITS INTEGRAL ROLE in the human made systems will continue everlastingly & I expect, no such question will ever be answered in such a way that people understand that FEAR IS NOT A FACTOR TO BE THOUGHT OF OR CONSIDERED IN ANY OF OR ALL OF THE HUMAN MADE SYSTEMS OF FUNCTIONING / FUNCTION!

I think, the world will move forward, as it has been doing all these millennia, with no one ever PUBLICALLY ACCEPTING (As they never will come to know about the Definite Integral ‘Fear Factor’!) the unavoidable & integral nature of FEAR in all the Human Made Systems of Function / Functioning! The people of this Earth will spend many more years on defending their point that in the human made systems, including in that oft repeated great example ‘Democracy’, FEAR can not be considered integral & it is an ‘Unidentifiable Something’ that is the common thread of all the Human Made Systems Of Function / Functioning!

In The Name Of The All Powerful God ‘Rumour’!

It is heard that 'Speed Kills!' & Aptly So.....! But, in India 'Rumour Kills!'; if we go by what has been happening in Our Secular Democratic India, we would also say "Aptly So!" It is what all been happening in Our Democratic-Secular India for some time now, where Rumour kills much more than anything else in Secular India!

According to the Well Versed/Omnipresent/God Like (Remember "Our Work Is God's Work!" @ Karnataka Vidhan Sabha etc!) Authorities in India, 'Anything can happen in rumour, in India!' Here, in this ‘Secular Rumour Country’ (SRC!) one can lose life on account of rumour; get fired of a decade long job because of rumour; lose your gas connection due to this grand thing called rumour; lose your own land because of rumour; reach @ the fag end of the road in your ‘very personal’ relationships -which include marriage, love, family etc!- because of rumour; lose one's long lasting credibility because of rumour; have financial slavery because of rumour; lose all the opportunities in one’s life due to rumour; get free access to hatred because of rumour etc! And, now, another fantastic feather is added into this long list of super capabilities rumour has shown in Secular India i.e. it can also make thousands run away from where they have been for years because of this well efficient, omnipresent, well spread, well inculcated, well planned rumour!

India has applied to the UN to especially grant a special status to the nation with a Grand Title 'Rumour Nation' (With A Special Sanction For ‘Rumour’ To Kill, Destroy etc At Its Will!)! One is forced to think whether everything is rumour in India as well, as we -As we, the Secular Hindu or Indian!- are all well aware of the inimitable 'Sarwam Maya, Jagath Mithya!’ idea, which some sensible men found out 'in the Times of Non Secularism', when HINDUISM WAS THE ONLY 'TRUE' RELIGION OF BHARATH, as 'Bharath' itself is coming out of Hinduism!

Though, we, the True Bharatiya, got manipulated by various ‘Invading Religions’ (IRs) we can still remember what all were said in those Days of Universal Wisdom, when thousands, from all over the world, literally flowed into Bharath to have, at the least, a couple of droplets of wisdom it possessed! Nowhere, in those days, we find 'Secularism' even mentioned & taught in the ‘Immortal Universities of Nalanda, Taxila, Vikramsila’ etc! No one was taking classes there, giving PHDs on the subject 'Secularism' to all those who executed this false/illusory/non existent/non sustainable thing in their societies –and, we NEVER find those people educated in these Eternal Universities Of Wisdom practicing THIS ILLUSION in any part of the world where they came from!; as whatever taught in these great universities were ONLY relevant & possible things that the human beings who learn them get the benefits from! THEY NEVER TAUGHT THE STUDENTS TO TOLERATE EVERYTHING INCLUDING INTOLERANCE IN THE NAME OF SECULARISM!

The Bharatiya never knew even the word 'Secularism' till we 'SUPPOSEDLY' got our so called 'FREEDOM' –Freedom To The Illusory Idea Secularism!- in 1947! Secularism IS an illusion which 'may' work -if it works at all!- ONLY IF all the Indians become IRRELIGIOUS or OF ONE RELIGION, which, both, can NEVER HAPPEN; which means if one of these two things happens, then there is NO NECESSITY FOR SECULARISM! And, as this IS NOT THE CASE WITH INDIA -THE MODERN DAY BHARATH!- what we are doing IS FOLLOWING AN ILLUSION SACRIFICING WHAT WE BASICALLY ARE & WHAT WE ACTUALLY HAVE, THINKING THAT ONE DAY THIS MIRAGE WILL BRING FORTH WATER, WHICH IT WILL NEVER!

It is well known piece of knowledge that if one understands one's mistake or even BLUNDER one has committed, one has to change the track in such a way that the mistake or blunder STOP EXISTING! And, every one worth his or her salt knows that keeping oneself going on the illusory path despite knowing one has made a very serious mistake or blunder is REALLY THE STUFF OF GREAT IDIOTS WHO SLEEP ON FACTS & BELIEVE IN ILLUSIONS! Now, we, Indians, are steadily moving on the path of Illusion where the end result should be nothing other than Illusion itself!

If one thinks, one will be forced to understand that by 'Secularising Things' what we are doing IS 'FANATASISING THINGS' & 'TOLERATING INTOLERANCE', in the most stupid ways! Ofcourse, what we have gained Doing This Non Existent Foolishness all these 65 years after the so called Independence is there TO BE SEEN, HEARD & FELT - More religious things, more religious concessions, more religious tolerance, more religious bigotry, more religious fanaticism, more under development of person & personality, more fanatical threats & destruction, more tolerance of gruesome intolerance –The Worst Thing Ever Happened To India & Indians! - more fanatically oriented divisive groups, more separatists, more hatred of nonsensical nature, more chaos propagators, more disorders of all sorts, more self centred people & communities, more humanity destroyers,  more destruction along the religious lines, more vaporisation of humanity, more fear about one's own life or existence, more vaporisation of humility, more ignorance of facts & truths, more appeasement of ignorance & intolerance etc - all these things coming to 'Bharath' , the present day Secular India, from outside ‘the Lasting & Perennial Culture Of Bharath’, which has been here in existence for the last 6 to 7 thousand years!

Now a days, in Independent, Secular India, human beings die because of rumour; Kashmiri Pandits lost their land due to some rumours some 22 years back which they never got back; all hell broke loose in Bombay in 1992 because of some rumours; Gujarat riots happened because of some rumours; communal riots broke out & spread in various parts of the Secular Country, time & again, because of rumours, causing irreparable loses to life & properties; churches were bombed, burned & desecrated in various places of the Secular Country because of rumours; a good number of bombs exploded in various Indian Secular Cities because of rumours where the remote control & the bombs were made of rumours; a group of people in small & negligent number got life threatening threats because of rumours; Sikhs were hunted like anything, resulting in a large number of killings, in the aftermath of 1984 Indira Gandhi assassination because of rumours; Our Secular Parliament was bombed because of some rumours; Mumbai was devastated & 172 people were killed by rumours; and, now, the North Easterners are fleeing in thousands, from various ‘Secular Cities Of India’, because of rumours etc!

What the Secular Governments & the government machinery want us, the common people, understand is that all this priceless loss of human life & crores worth destruction of movable & immovable properties all these years after Independence & ALL HAPPENED BECAUSE OF NOTHING BUT RUMOUR! AND, THE BOMBS EXPLODED IN NUMBERLESS PLACES, KILLING HUNDREDS, IN INDIA, THE BULLETS FIRED FROM THE ASSASSINS’/KILLERS’ GUNS KILLING HUNDREDS AGAIN, THE FANATICAL ANGER & IGNORANCE WHICH DESTROYED TENS OF THOUSANDS OF CRORES OF INDIAN RUPEE WORTH PROPERTY ALL USED THE SAME MATERIAL AS THEIR BASE – RUMOUR; or else, they were just throwing ‘Rumour Bombs’, firing ‘Rumour Bullets’, wielding ‘Rumour Knives & Daggers’ and threatening & killing people with the pure & invariable Use Of Rumour AND RUMOUR ‘ONLY’, all these years! And, we, the Common Men of India, have to ‘Believe’ it, as it is stated by the ‘Truth All’ Governments & the ‘Truth All’ Government Machinery – “Satyameva Jayathe!”

Just rumours......., we –The Sensible Democratic Secularists, Who Never Think Emotionally & Insensibly, Even For A Second Of Our Lives!- all know pretty well about these rumours! But those who are always @ the receiving end of these rumours cant sit tight & stay cool saying that "All these things are just rumours”, as nobody has ever heard a story where A Life Lost In Rumour Getting Back Into Its Abode From Where It Exited Because Of Rumour, After the Rumour Is Extinguished or the destroyed property coming back into its original shape when the rumour mongers are apprehended by the all vigilant Secular Door keepers of Our Secular Country!

Here, in our Democratic Secular Country people can get killed & properties destroyed beyond repair by a simple, non existent thing called Rumour; & that is very special about this Secular Nation where The Omnipresent All Powerful Rumour God From Outside Rules! Let us continue living in Our ‘Secular’ India (As We, The Common Man Indian, Have Nowhere Else To Go), the country of the ‘Roaring Rumour God’ (RRG), who invaded ‘the Land Of The Ultimate Wisdom, Bharat’, by just spreading rumours of the deadliest kind –Like Secularism, Religious Co Existence, Religious Understanding Of Truth, Equality, Justice etc! - & has been keeping it in His Tightly Clenched Fist Of The Uncivilised Aborigine –‘ASAMSKRIT’ in Samskrutham or Samskrit! – For The Last 65 Years!

Ignorance Of Law!

‘Ignorance Of Law Is Not An Excuse’ (This jewel of a Latin sentence is an integral part of our jurisprudence!- Roman Law Once Stated ‘IGNORANTIA LEGIS NON EXCUSAT!’), we, the common people of India, have been told a million times, all these decades of Our Independence!

We, the Indians went to jail, a million times to prove this point, which somebody uttered somewhere in time! ‘Ignorance Is Bliss’ (Knowledge Is Hell etc!) IS BLISSFULLY ACCEPTED ‘PRIVATELY’, BUT IS THOROUGHLY CRITICISED ‘PUBLICLY’! We don’t know who uttered it & under what circumstances; but we never questioned it as we feared that the non possession of that piece of knowledge will be considered ‘Ignorance Of Law' & we be put through the grinding process of law that we seldom breath!

What Every One, despite knowing it wholesomely, pretends of NOT KNOWING is that Ignorance Of Law IS something like Ignorance of Karthik, Ignorance of Jaydeep & Ignorance of Muktha, where ‘IGNORANCE IS ON THE PRECEDENT’, i.e. Law here! And, thinking about ‘the eternal quality or nature’ of the law process & the knowledge that we, the common mortals, won’t last that long, we never question the phrase or show in public ‘our ignorance of IGNORANCE’, as far as that immortal line is concerned & keep suffering! We hire expensive lawyers to ‘Educate the Ignorance of the Judges’, spending our own money & life time!

We never say that Ignorance of the judicial officers of our country IS NOT AN EXCUSE, ever! But, we spent billions of our hard earned money & eons of time to educate the ignorant judges & the so called law enforcement officers, in the forms of the Enlightened & Learned Lawyers (ELLs), who twist & turn the law into such myriads of shapes that the respected ignorant judges understand what the law originally means & what it IS!

We, the common people, have been keeping the judges & law enforcement officers educated in this manner spending our time, money & effort! We never ask IF the law is ignorant what we can do or ‘Law's Ignorance Is Not An Excuse’! It is comically interesting to note that if the law is ignorant we, the common people have to spend their money, time & effort to educate ‘It’; and, if the common man is (Supposedly!) ignorant he has to undergo severe punishment as Ignorance of Law is not an excuse!

Ofcourse, it IS a well known fact that the Common Man of India (CMI!) has that much of time in his/her hands that he/she can keep accumulating the snippets of law one by one and understand it without having any sort of doubt, and emerge out of the Law (-ful!) Ignorance, as everything else - food, clothing, shelter, life etc common things! - are provided & protected as Oxygen by the respective governments, which ruled India after Independence in such a generous & magnanimous way that nobody Indian was never ‘even’ allowed to ask for these, as they are stored in plenty by the All Knowing, All Having, All Doing, All Providing Godly Existences Called Governments, making ‘Eradicating Law Ignorance’ the prime & most important existential duty of every Law Abiding Common Man in Our Independent India! As everything else is provided by the God Like Governments (Including Common Man’s Law!) common man IS asked to ‘DO NOTHING’ BUT LEARNING LAW FROM EVERY ANGLE & MITIGATE THE ‘EVIL IGNORANCE OF LAW’!

The common man of India has ONLY one duty to do that IS ‘Knowing, Learning & Swimming In Law, Non Stop’, without ever falling into the whirlpool of Ignorance Of Law! He has to be Ever Vigil not to let this happen in his common life, as Ignorance Of Law is not an excuse & excuses are NEVER tolerated in this Great Independent (Of ‘Law Ignorance’!) Country! We –the common men of Independent India!- should mix Law in mothers’ milk IN EQUAL QUALITY & QUANTITY that the coming generations of common man IMBIBE LAW WITH BREAST MILK!

We also got to start learning the law & its structure in the countries like U.K, U.S, Uganda, Ethiopia, Norway, Iceland, Antarctica etc as most of our ‘Non Ignorant Laws’ were ‘Indianly’ Copied from these countries as we were (Supposedly!) non independent -which means we didn’t have an Indian legal structure & law all the 6000 & more years old civilisation we boast to have & chaos was the order of the day all these thousands of years! - & completely ignorant before India got independence in 1947! And, we, the Common Men, have to have an eye on every law introduced in the world like the 'Palimony', 'Age of Consential Sex', 'Black Money Hoarding' ‘Elongation Of Cases’ etc, from time to time, in all the countries existing & emerging in the world, as the Existentially Law Ignorant Judges will USE the education they are provided by the All Knowing Lawyers -Who Are NEVER IGNORANT Of Law Of Existence! -to scan what’s happening in the ‘NON’ LAW IGNORANT WORLD & pass the judgements accordingly!   

The common man (And, ofcourse the Ignorant Judges!) SHOULD thank the lawyers as without them the Indian World should have fallen into the dark ages of law ignorance & all the ‘Law Ignorant Indians’ (Which, is, according to the latest surveys & gallop polls etc, all the Indians are!) should have thrown into the darkest vicinities of the lawless Universe! We should write some Great Epics on These All Law (‘Law or Low’ that is the Question!) Knowing Lawyers, who stand as the Ultimate Guardians Of Law, hiring some ghost writers, that the posterity understand the great things done by these great creatures of Our Great Democratic & Lawful India!

In Indian Law Conditions, the master phrase ‘The Better Law Educator Wins Over The Law Ignorant Judge’ has great significance! Or someone has also stated this great sentence in other words ie ‘Greatly Ignorant Judges Can Be Greatly Educated By The Law Knowing Lawyers –making this sentence a great example of ‘Comparative Degree’ in English Language! This also allows the Law Ignorant Judges (LIJs) to have Their Own Time (TOT!), in eons, to learn from the All Knowing Lawyers (AKLs) & other Foreign Country Laws (FCLs) & deliver their flawless decisions & judgements that the commoner can approach the HIGHER IGNORANT SYSTEM OF JUDICIARY (HISJ) for another ‘Eon Long Law Learning Session’ (ELLS) where the Higher Ignorant Judges can take another Eon of Time (ET) to make their Higher Law Ignorance (HLI) extinct & allow themselves to be ‘Law Enlightened’ by the Lawyers Of Universal Knowledge!

And, this Indian Made Perfect Law System makes sure that the ‘YUG OF KALI’(Kali Yug)  will be greatly exhausted much before the time a case is disposed off & by that time the ‘YUG OF SATYA’ (Satya Yug) will emerge where there will be no more eon long disputes & litigation going & every common man, judge & the chaparasi will be well aware of Satya, Dharma etc, the Law of Satya Yuga; and, there won’t be courts, law (or IS IT ‘LOW’?!) educating lawyers, false evidences, law ignorant biased judges, manipulating law enforcement agencies which always move well along with the mighty & powerful & other lawless things and matters!

Taking Charge Of One's House!

I live in a house where I try to live peacefully without the intervention of other people! I simply don’t want to be disturbed! I don’t require the Killer Paparazzi to follow me into my house stealthily & take pictures of me when I step out of the bath room after a shower or when I rinse my mouth with water after a filling meal or while I keep typing the article for my well read blog Great Views @ www.viewcrackers.blogspot.in etc! 

I think it’s a basic thought that no one wants to be disturbed in one’s house where everyone goes to have some tension free moments & that too with minimum or no limelight! There, every one wants to be the self one is & all the masks one fits on one’s face are taken off & kept ready in the cupboards, in the preparation for the next stage show outside one’s house! I won’t, and I know, no one else will, tolerate the unwelcome presence of someone inside my house, scrutinising on the mistakes & even blunders I commit while I am inside my house! In my opinion, one’s house is for committing mistakes, blunders, stupidities etc 24/7 & rest 24/7 uncriticised & unpocked & unnoticed & unreported! Inside my house, as is the case with any one else, I wish to be what I am, unnoticed & undescribed by the others of the outside world!

I love to throw tantrums @ the imaginary figures I raise up with my imagination by throwing some books or a chair at them, occasionally, scream at the top of my voice imitating a Kishore Kumar, Yesudas, Mukesh & others, draw a picture of a monkey or donkey –according to my mood, ofcourse! – which never came out thousands of kilometres near what they actually are, ever, watch some soft porn in the loneliest hour of the night, tear into pieces what I have written about Indian Secularism a million times, scream aloud angrily at the FAST DEVELOPMENT OF POVERTY& HUMAN PAIN, POLITICAL GREED, RANK COMMUNALISM, WHOLESOME CORRUPTION etc, unnoticed & unrecorded by the outside world! And, I know, for all the people in the world, the house is where one exists as one really is!

Hence, when I saw the news of the Karnataka Assembly Porn Watching Programme broadcast by the visual media and later on in the ever vigilant news papers I was not even moved a bit! I could not find out why the policemen & the media persons were screaming at the top of their voices against the lawyers who beat them into some unusable pulp, inside the Karnataka High Court premises! Though I thought for more than a couple of days, I could not find out even a single reason why the people from the media –In the first case! - and police & the media (Again!) –In the second case - accuse the so called perpetrators –MLAs in the first case & the lawyers in the second one! – of devious & malignant intentions!  

It was well clear that the so called perpetrators were just doing whatever they liked to do in their respective HOUSES; the MLAs in their Assembly HOUSE & the lawyers in their Court HOUSE! What they did never amounted into anything abnormal that the whole world cries foul! It is the right of the persons of the HOUSE to do whatever one wishes to do in one’s own HOUSE! Nobody has the right to intrude into one’s HOUSE & take picture, videos etc & publish them! “How can one’s neighbour get into one’s house & try to beat one down?!” as was the case with the police in the Court HOUSE muddle who tried to force into the Court HOUSE of the lawyers & show their might?! Any one who has any credential won’t stand such an arbitrary & senseless act, with both the hands tied infront; and, that’s simply what the lawyers did – they defended the rights of their HOUSE with all the might they had!  

When a former chief minister of Karnataka cried aloud that everyone watches porn in Karnataka & the MLAs watching porn in the Karnataka Assembly HOUSE was not a big deal was speaking the universal wisdom, after all! He explicitly knew that the MLAs –The number of them is trying to rise from a mere 4 to 40 over the days! – quite democratic! - were just exercising their Fundamental Right inside Their Own Assembly HOUSE! And, all those people –misinformed morons, devious villains, riot raisers & morally the degraded others! - who accuse them of watching porn in the Assembly HOUSE should understand that they were mere representatives of all the people of Karnataka, who, according to the wise former chief minister, have been Regular Porn Watchers, all these decades since Independence! And, they were Legally Watching Porn –As they were watching porn in the Legislative Assembly HOUSE! – in their HOUSE! The old axiom ‘Porn Watchers Beget Porn Watchers!’ is scientifically proven, beyond any doubt, in this ‘Great Porn Watching HOUSE’ episode, as even for an axiom a scientific proof is required these days, in Our Qualified India!  

Some miscreants were arguing that if the media people can place their cameras where ever they wish to place them & capture whatever they wish to capture & air them WHY DON’T THEY PLACE THEIR CAMERAS IN THEIR OWN HOUSE –MEDIA HOUSE!- and air what all happen there as more porn & sleaze will be visible & available for the porn crazy Karnataka Public etc! They also tried to spread misinformation & whip up communal passions by saying that instead of airing the non porn things & items of a Swami & co it would have been far better if they had placed their cameras inside their HOUSE –Media HOUSE- & aired whatever happens there that the Porn Hungry Karnataka Voters should have got a far better deal! They also challenged the Media HOUSES to place cameras in the Police HOUSES – Police Stations & Other Police HOUSES! - & air whatever they have from the Police HOUSES 24/7 that the Porn Hungry People will have Much More Than Enough! And, they also suggested that if the MEDIA HOUSES start doing what they suggested – Placing cameras in the media HOUSES & police HOUSES! - the Karnataka Public can have an unbelievably democratic & secular 24/7 Porn Channel, the first such channel anywhere in the world and be PORNFULLY PROUD OF that!  

The experts were of the opinion that according to the fundamental rights of the democratic & secular people in India anyone & every one should be in a position to defend his or her rights in ONE’S OWN HOUSE and no compromise can be done in this regard! And, one who protects one’s HOUSE from ‘the outside intrusion’ can not be pulled up for any sort of misdemeanour, misbehaviour, assault etc, as it’s all legally in the game of protecting one’s own HOUSE! Hence, the Assembly HOUSE stands vindicated if it thrashes out the persons from the Media HOUSES from the HOUSE; likewise, the lawyers who thrashed & assaulted the persons from the Media HOUSES & Police HOUSES also clearly stand vindicated! And, it is sensibly & wisely suggested that if anyone wants to make public whatever happens in the HOUSES –Like the Court HOUSE, Media HOUSE, Assembly HOUSE, Parliament HOUSE, Business HOUSE etc!- it is always better he or she start & end the gathering of information –Recording of the video, taking pictures etc included- ONLY FROM ONE’S OWN HOUSE!

When I saw him for the first time in the last ten or fifteen years, that too ONLY a couple of steps ahead of me in the 'Q' I was pleasantly surprised; the great man himself and that too these very long years after & just a few yards infront of me as a VERY COMMON MAN - The EQUALITY the great people envisioned all over the ages coming into existence infront of my very own humble eyes in Our Secular & Democratic India! I remembered what I learned in my childhood days 'There Is No Rich & No Poor Infront Of God...All Are Equals!' I thought whether I reached heavens & was I standing infront of the Almighty where nothing but Eternal Equality is seen?!

He was heard to be in all the places of the world, giving lectures on all the subjects under the Burning Sun! He had followers all over the world, it’s known! Whatever he says no one ever in the world had spoken before & whatever he told them on various platforms of the world was called wisdom distilled! The same man standing there, infront of me, carrying his top end laptop, infront of the Certified Fleecing Centre (CFC - No Chloro-Fluro-Carbons this time!) door as the Lords Of The Rings (Certified Fleecing Experts or CFEs!) perambulated inside the impregnable castle made or leased by the company from where he bought the TOP END LAPTOP, paying the TOP END CURRENCY from HIS TOP END POCKET, made things unreal for me!

Nobody knows about the thousands & thousands of instant parliaments (And ofcourse, millions of Parliamentarians!) in India who pass thousands of laws every moment & create another thousand the very next and so on....these laws are the laws of the land...every square inch of land....every square centimetre of our land - India!

These laws of Law Mouthers are born the very moment somebody of some authority- including the chaparasi even!- opens his or her mouth in front of a person who wishes to do something, wants something from these so called authorities, seek permission for anything etc or else simply move on in life! These laws are the laws born the same moment any of the above mentioned things happen! These are the Real Laws which run our country and not, as one supposes, the laws passed by our Indian Parliament! These are the laws which get executed faster than the photons or in the common man's language light! The very moment the law is uttered it is almost at the same time executed or at the least at the same moment started to be executed by the person who listen to the Law-Mouther!

The Law Mouther is a legend that whatever comes from his or her mouth is law which should be executed without question! He or she can be a rag-picker, an electricity board employee, a post man, a call centre employee of a mobile phone operator, a cleaner, a school teacher, a house wife, a person who deals in used magazines & news paper, the man who prepares Masala Dosai, the person who brings gas, the conductor in the road transport corporation, the person who repairs one's computer and millions of others...... it can be anybody & everybody...it can be here, there & everywhere....it can be any time of the day & night....we see these One Second Parliament-in-Existence or Law Mouther every second of our life! We have to be very happy living among millions of parliaments in a land of millions of instant parliamentarians, Law-Mouthers, instant judges & judgements, law executioners etc.....our land India!

The law of Law-Mouthers are faster than lightening...its something like now its here...now its not....its something like an Ariel which cannot ever be caught or scientifically, with all the sorts of scientific proof, proven! The law of the Law Mouther says that if you park a bike horizontally in a parking area, where parking is free, with another number of bikes parked in the same way, it can be whisked away by the hooligan towers of the police department & charge you with whatever amount they wish to charge without giving you a receipt; it says that if you are found speeding -the measurement being the very naked eye of a police constable!- you can be charged according to the financial condition -read whether the star crossed policeman has two wives & six kids, an instalment to pay for the luxury car he has bought, the number of bottles he empties in the evening at a high end bar near by, the amount he has to get for the admission of his sixth son etc etc- of the policeman or men in the situation!

It says that your this proposal or that proposal will be outrightly rejected unless & until you pay the amount to buy some grease for the concerned authority’s hands & head that they can be moved in an affirmative way; it says that your phone line will be disconnected if you failed to produce the required documents -they change intermittently from time to time!- for the millionth time; it says that a loanee can be tricked by every trick in a Bank's Trick book - something like ‘simply’ adding some amounts without any reason & logic to the basic amount, ‘simply’ increasing the interest rates without saying anything to the loanee citing something technical & non understandable, ‘simply’ doubling the interest rate without the knowledge of the loanee citing some intricate Mouth Law points from the Law Book of Law-Mouthers etc- till he is drained of everything in his life, as he had to sign under all the undecipherable Hieroglyphics presented in front of him in volumes, written in microscopic letters, without asking any question, to get a thousand rupee loan at an RBI recognised & registered rate of a MEAGER 15-20%+, depending on the pathetic condition the loanee is in etc!

It says that any employee, even the most uncivilised & lowest graded one among them, can Mouth A Law which should be obeyed to the syllable by every devotee of the prayer houses like temples & churches etc; it says that even a panchayath board, which is very low in every positive source like education level, cultural level, sense level, thought level, vision level, understanding level etc can Law-Mouth anything abysmal in quality and implement it in India -like they can impose a hefty fine on a person or institution because they simply dislike him or it, continuously engage one in never ending legal battles senselessly using the tax payers’ money because he/she failed to fit in their lifeless/qualityless SCHEMES OF THINGS, cancel certain allotments & registration, deny permission on a million things etc; it says that an auto wallah can charge you anything under the Sun Law Mouthing a billion things including calling you names etc! What ‘the Law of the Law Mouther’ basically states is that any Law Mouther can deny anything to anyone without any reason what so ever in Democratic India, using the Law Mouther’s Uncontrollable & Unrestrained Powers Vested In Every Law Mouther in India!


I was seriously in doubt whether the Anna Hazare team & their Lok Pal Bill will take into their fold these millions of Law Mouthers who’s Kingdom (sorry Democracy!) is here & now! What will they do or better put what can they do to these millions of Law Mouthers & how will Anna & his team suppose to control these millions of Local Parliamentarians -in the sense that they create laws & keep creating them as has been going on in the Indian Parliament!- and make them accountable for billions of laws they make & execute, all over India?! Who will control these Law Mouthers like the one who deliberately forgets to give you back the changes he owes you in the form of a bus conductor or the person who repairs the object you have given him into a worse form to Law Mouth something charging you the heavens or the doc who Law Mouths to deny any hand in the death of a patient who was admitted in the hospital & died of sheer medical negligence or a train engine driver or a bus driver or an auto driver who Law Mouths to justify the couple of hours delay he caused to you etc etc?!

While I was talking about these millions of Law Mouthers what they said seemed to be more entertaining & factual! They said it is something like what these people say becomes law of the land and it is only a matter of time the Indian Parliament ratifies whatever they say now & here! They also pointed out that all the parliamentarians in the Indian Parliament are ONLY the representatives of these Law-Mouthers, who elected them through a very democratic process called parliamentary election, every five years! They also had a complaint that their contributions towards the World of Law is never recognised & appreciated, world over! They didn’t forget to add that these millions of Law Mouthers are the pillars of our modern day democracy which is pushed forward (Somehow?!!) by the Law Mouther's Elected Lawmakers in the Indian Parliament & the Other People Who Follow Them On Dotted Lines!

A THOUGHT ON SUO MOTOS – A LEGAL SYSTEM IN INDIA!

When the policemen charge riders & drivers on the streets for something or the other & ask them ILLEGALLY – the policemen never LAWFULLY have the right to ask people to appear in front of court, as ONLY a court can issue such orders! - to appear in front of a particular court on a particular date, nobody, including the courts, feels encroached upon or thinks it as CONTEMPT OF COURT & take SUO MOTO action!

When the land of the poor & hapless has been grabbed, usurped & annexed forcefully all over India by the mighty & powerful and has been reported all over the media all these years in HIMALAYAN ALPHABETS & the losers are left with no means to fight for justice –they don’t even know they can fight, as most of them are left illiterate & poor due to the ALL ENCOMPASSING DEVELOPMENTAL SCHEMS & GROWTH PLANS IMPLEMENTED IN THE MODERN & INDEPENDENT INDIA!- no SUO MOTOS appear for them from anywhere!

Political meetings & speeches in Kerala are still conducted in the busy junctions across the width & breadth of the state despite the court orders against doing so and despite these things happening continuously all these months & years after the court orders no SUO MOTO has been initiated!

When large scale adulteration of basic food items have been reported day & night by the 24/7 media, all these years, no court seems to take it seriously & start a SUO MOTO case against those people who adulterate food unashamedly & treacherously; it is a shame that the adulterators have become multi billionaires in these years by SLOWLY POISONING UNSUSPECTING GENERATIONS!

When education system is rotten at the roots with politicians & the other powerful people garnering enough power to do whatever they like in the education system, destroying what is to be the right kind of developmental system for human beings, no court takes SUO MOTOS!

Nookkukoolie, the infamous practice of the rowdy workforce of Kerala to bully and forcefully take money for the work other people have done, has been in vogue for a large number of years with the tacit & spineless support of the various governments there and no judge came to it ACCIDENTLY & took SUO MOTOS!

A lot of other grave problems & evils like corruption, favouritism, black money, large scale destruction of the public wealth in the name of some stupid protests etc, money laundering, whole scale fraud in financial, industrial, private sectors etc, systematic and well planned & executed destruction of environment, division of people in the name of caste & religion and the appeasement of some among them etc, gradual & systematic destruction of the 7000-8000 years old Indian culture, misinformation campaigns on a lot of important factors like illnesses, the systems of life, democracy, legal systems, the style of living, quality, things of importance, India itself, religion & religious statuses etc have been systematically grown all these years in the very fertile soil of India! But, the SUO MOTOs of very urgent nature in all these gravely important aspects have always been extremely hard to come by!

Courts all over India have been taking SUO MOTO cases all over India, for some years now! No one has thought about or talked about the criteria by which the courts are taking up these SUO MOTO CASES?! One can not find any standard system existing by which a judge understands this case is fit for a SUO MOTO & that one is not?! Going by what is going on in the field of SUO MOTOS one can not but feel pity at the SUO MOTO SYSTEM working in our country!


Thinking More On Suo Motos - When, Who, Why etc!

According to the figures compiled by the Supreme Court of India, there are 42.17 lakh cases pending in the high courts as on September 30, 2010, comprising of 33.36 lakh civil cases and 8.8 lakh criminal cases!

In the subordinate courts, the figure was 2.79 crore cases comprising 78.56 lakh civil cases & 2 crore criminal cases!

It is estimated that in some of the subordinate courts over 30-40% of arears relate to petty cases and out of the total pending cases, 9% of the cases were pending for 10 years & above!

24% cases were pending for 5-10 years in both, the HCs and subordinate courts!

According to the Supreme Court as many as 305 judges serving in various courts of the country are facing departmental enquiries for misconduct during the period April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011!

Utter Pradesh tops the list with 44, followed by Rajasthan 42, Maharashtra 31, J&K 23, Gujarat 22 and Andra Pradesh 15!

17 judicial officers have either been discharged or discontinued from service in this period for misconduct!

75 judges have been given premature retirement on account of various charges!

Major penalties were slapped against 38 judges while minor penalties were imposed on 35!
