It’s the time of the stupid; it’s the reign of the silly; it’s the age of the insignificant! And, all the people who are supposedly alive here are to be the strict adherers of the Master Insignificance! They got to be having nothing worthwhile, as far as quality is concerned, in their lives! Here, there & everywhere there should ONLY be Master Insignificance present!

 In the films, serials, write ups, promotions, speeches, advices, performances, articles written, literature, songs, music, information, art, news, reporting, media, life, education, training, service, governments, politics, public sector, private sector, talk, relationships, courtships, love affairs, institutions, marriages, discussions, love letters, other letters, conversations, thought & all the other things related to human existence the enviable presence of Master Insignificance should be seen and observed, wholesomely! 

The base setting for the Insignificant Kingdom has been set taking a couple of decades when the door keepers, servants, slaves, trainers of insignificance & all have been gathered & trained masterly in the great domain of Insignificance! The education to be imparted that is the education of the age of the Insignificant itself, the books of learning in the time of Insignificance, the public & private activities at the time of Insignificance, the Insignificance Trainers by whom the world will be wholesomely converted into the one where ONLY Master Insignificance dwells and all that have to be there in the Reign of Insignificance have been gathered, painstakingly, arranged in their respective insignificant places & got them activated, step by step, over the decades! 

The media which has a somewhat significant reach & role has been masterly trained in the Art of Insignificance that they never leave the True Path of Insignificance and they report ONLY THE INSIGNIFICANT 24/7! They will never tolerate significance or its relatives anywhere near them & before they got the Insignificance Training they had already booted the significant & important in the favour of their New God Insignificance! They are masterly trained to select only those Insignificant things & materials, Insignificantly Carefully, to put them in their medium that people ONLY understand & learn the Significance of Insignificance, Silly and Stupid & emulate them wholesomely in their very Insignificant Life! 

The media has been doing its insignificant duty pretty well that almost everything significant (Like the wholesomely distressing situations in which crores of people have been living in, the sufferings human beings go through, the dirty & inhumanly ways most of the human beings are treated, the mass suicides committed by the utterly hopeless, anything & everything basic, positive & enriching the human life, the wholesome destruction of Nature, the whole scale poisoning & dreadful contamination of food, water, air etc, the futility of the education given, the whole scale loss of human life, all across the spectrum due to the complete loss of human values, great & positive ideas, ideals, falsification of truths & facts of everything including life, deliberately spread false information of all sorts, peace of mind etc, ) has been thrown into the waste basket, specially kept for significant things!

And only the silly, stupid & insignificant (The insignificant style of  an insignificant apparel of an insignificant media created diva who is a total failure in life; the gait of a media propelled whore who is eulogised as the one with an extremely broad heart; the totally insignificant events where the heavily over weight & malady infested gluttons swallowed truck loads of junk food & gulped down gallons of useless & harmful sweetened aerated impurities; the variety colours applied on the seats of these malady infested & mentally totally unstable people’s toilets; the under wear on which the media made & propelled whore displayed the condom sign made of jewels which are worth millions of dollars; the stupidest & the most useless of the games where poorly & wrongly informed common people spend most of their time, money, energy & life itself; the longest running media information serialisation on what the servant of the Never Heard Queen in the inner most part of the Amazon forests do just before she goes to sleep; an information series on what the people of the world might look like in the year 5013 AD; what did a particular ignorant and equally stupid minister or politician said -& keep telling about!- about a thing or matter of which he or she never knew anything about & will know about; the importance of sleeping 10 hours & exercising 3+2 = 5 hours daily to have a body that can be wholesomely exploited by the crafty people in body building, Aerobics & medical businesses, in whatever way they like to exploit till one is no more there in the world to be squeezed more; the wonderful education & the educational environment in a very particular educational institution which charges a fortune & gives back nothing for the money taken and spoils all the ones who enter there in the hope of living a human life; the dragon tattoo done on the buttocks of the singing goddess which is put there in the memory of her 155^th boy friend who died due to some unknown diseases; the most innovative, different & attractive styles –which were very successfully executed world over-  in which one can destroy trees & never plant one and ofcourse grind down Nature on the way; the most interesting & the so called fashionable game of eating the bull shit, which was very popular in Great Nicaraguasia –which was largely supposed & believed to have great and incomparable medicinal & curative powers by the little known Nicaraguasians who died of serious illnesses 212 or so years ago; how great things like depression, anxiety, avarice, inhuman ambitions, gluttony, qualitylessness (lack of quality!), greed, hoarding, intoxication of the extreme levels, smoking 24/7, adulteration, poisoning the mind, living as lazily as possible etc can elevate human beings to the next level and develop the Economy and human being in totality, at the same time; & what all great research works are going on all the above mentioned matters spending billions of dollars in various parts of the world where dollars, euros & pounds rule; how to reinvent the wheel a million times; how the Religious Ignorance & Intolerance should be well developed & spread systematically using the rare resources of a democracy –which means public/common man’s hard earned money, resources, life etc!; how religious, communal and all other sorts of fanaticism should be promoted & fanned; how to have a panel discussion, for years, on how the price hike in aviation fuel in the year 2047 will affect the common man; write, talk, discuss, print, walk the talk, talk the walk etc on the great & extremely destructive bearing the introduction of government bonds, future options, reckless speculation, carry forward system etc when human beings open the first ever stock exchange in Mars etc; whether the people suffering from acute famine in the African countries should go for creamed cake or not; how many so called socialites (Women!), glamour girls ( Most of them will force nausea out of anyone living & the dead never commented, till date, on this insignificant issue!), socially committed Miss Universes, Miss Worlds, publicly & socially dedicated film stars (Women!) and the others (Women!) tore away their cloths & showed their under wears & MORE in full public & media glare to raise funds – which are supposed to have erased famine & poverty from the face of Mother Earth, for ever!- for those who suffer from famine, civil wars, human trafficking etc in Antarctica; how much the Egyptian termite eaten under wear, supposedly used by Cleopatra (Though it is still under intense Scientific Discussion & debate whether she used one or not it is scientifically proven, beyond any doubt, that the termite which swallowed most of it is purely Egyptian!) will fetch @ the Southby’s in London; if the civil wars, sectarian violence, ethnic cleansing, development & expansion of religious fundamentalism etc should be nationalised & universalised or not; and, other millions of equally or sometimes more Insignificantly Significant Matters (ISMs!) the media has to get under it’s all magnifying insignificant lenses and present them in various forms to Educate The World!) got into whatever medium they have, 24/7! 

Education, thoughts, standards of life, ideas, ideals, morals, human behaviour, human relationships, human interactions & life itself should be based on the insignificant, silly & stupid; and, no exceptions should be made, ever, in favour of the disgusting thing or whatever called Quality! Nothing significant, important, of any use to any one or any body, worthwhile, positive etc should be seen anywhere on the surface of the Mother Earth! Every thing should be silly, stupid & completely insignificant! People should eat, drink, breath, think & live Insignificance! "O Master Insignificance, The Ruler Of The Entire Insignificant, Silly & Stupid, World Over, Thy Kingdom Has Come!”.....!

The Education!

When he went to the computer institution for the first time with his parents to enquire about the courses offered there & their scope, the person who was sitting in the chair of the manager cum councillor cum marketing executive cum trainer cum psychologist cum man of wisdom cum etc uttered in a voice of disbelief & wonder that HE COULD BE THE NEXT THING IN COMPUTER ANIMATION & he saw Raja Ravi Varma + Picasso + Leonardo Da Vinci + The Topmost Hollywood Animator at the same time in HIM that HIS educated & well planning parents took 70000/- rupees out of their hard earned deposit & made HIM join one of the greatest of the animation courses offered by the greatest of the computer institutions Never Heard By Anyone In The World!

After a couple of years of ‘animatorly’ excellent & intense training (Which He & His family continuously spoke about in large volumes through out the duration of His Excellent Animator course!) from the Never Heard Of Famous Institution, now he is working inside Hollywood, the name he has given to his small room inside his house which earlier had a name ‘Innocence’! There he is trying to live the lives of Raja Ravi Varma, Picasso, Da Vinci & Other Greats of Hollywood Animators, at the same time,  without ever knowing that the crafty manager cum councillor cum marketing executive cum trainer cum psychologist cum man of wisdom cum what not in the World Famous Unknown Institution, where he learned to be a Raja Ravi Varma + Picasso + Leonardo Da Vinci + The Topmost Hollywood Animator etc, at the same time, spending 70000/- and a couple of precious years of his life, would be continuously finding out, non stop, new Raja Ravi Varmas, Picassos, Da Vincis, Michael Angelos & others, all these years after he finished his 'World Class Animator Course!

The education industry is flourishing in India as never before & their listed shares are sky rocketing in the bourses in the gambling investors' extremely greedy hope & expectation that one day everyone will be joining THESE QUALITY INSTITUTIONS & the benefits will be inexpressible as the parents of the younger generations to come are seemingly preparing themselves to give their children the best education & training possible, throwing away even lakhs and crores! They are rushing to all the quality institutions around them carrying their children & bank pass books & ATM cards that they never miss an opportunity, which will come only once in a blue moon, to get the best for their children who always deserve the best!

They start with carrying their 3 or 4 year olds & running to the so called Tiny Tots, Kids Wonder, Wonder What, Tiny House, Tiny Rainbow, Who Is Tiny, Tiny Stable, Rainbow Children, Rainbow Wonder, Kids' Heaven, Magical Kids, Tiny Squeezer, Tiny Idiot, Tiny Wonderful Stupid, Tiny Dare Devils, Tiny Hell Raisers, Tiny Kids Of Screaming Parents, Kids Who Wonder What etc & make their precious ones join any of these Heavenly Kid Care Institutions in the market - It is a greedy market, where any sort of trick is applied to extract the last paisa & cheat the easily gullible parent customer!- paying 40000/-, 50000/-, 70000/-, 100000/- for a 2-3 hour Heavenly Training & Care, 5 Days A Week for the next 8 or 9 months! And, it is a wonderful & quality thing that most of the trainers in these Heavenly Care & Training Institutions are those who never had any sort of training in anything worthwhile & never knew what quality, human developmental stages, child care etc are!

It is the nature of the present day generation that those who have money will only come back after admitting THEIR LITTLE DEAR ONES in one of these so called modern & money grabbing institutions, once they set out to make the admissions of their young ones! It has become a matter of prestige for the parents of some means to THROW THEIR LITTLE ONES into the care of those who learn the tricks of tricking people by squeezing even the last ounce from the parents of the little wonders!

It is the Herd Effect that has taken complete control over the Tiny Tot Business! If one goes to a Tiny Place & get the little one admitted for 100000/- then the Herd Effect begins! All of a sudden, from no where, the piece of information comes and spreads & all the others will make a beeline to that particular Tiny Place with their young ones in their carry bags & start joining their young wonders in that same Tiny Place! Nobody ever knows or rather cares that the first one –The Parents!- who went there  -Tiny Place!- never had a former education and they also never knew what any sort of training was! They also never knew or will ever know that the first one was the close relative of the persons who started the Tiny Place to fleece the Parent Customers & the first one never paid anything to get the admission for their young one! Its all in the game baby, is the attitude of the persons who run these sorts of institutions – From Tiny Places to the Animation Centres!

It is a wonderful practice among the people of India to do whatever to get their sons & daughters into any lavishly advertised Non Quality institutions! Quality is never a criterion in making their children join any place for any sort of training or coaching. The training or education institution selection process, most of the times, is based on Herd Effect, Lack of Knowledge on the Institution and its quality standards of teaching & training, lack of knowledge as far as discipline in the institution –which is one of the most important things a training or educational institution should have as one should have Quality- is concerned, opinion of the little knowing son or daughter, advice of a person who doesn’t know anything about the institution & the educational standards implemented there, the intuition of the worst kind, prejudices etc!

What people look for in the present is whether the son or daughter is O.K with the institution at the time of admission & whether they stay in the same impression till they finish the course there & move on! No one is concerned about the Quality things one’ son or daughter gets from the institution where one is going to admit one’s son or daughter; no body bothers about Quality these days, it is stated! If Quality has been the sole criterion of the institution selection process, then 99% of the educational & training institutions in India, including many of the so called famous institutions in the private sector, and of course, the government sector as well would certainly have downed the shutters for ever, eons ago & gone to other easily beneficial fields of trickery where Quality is not required!

 

It is interesting to note that most of the training & educational institutions, the so called trainers & teachers, the parents, the people who go for training & education to these training & educational institutions, the educational bodies, the education planners, the governments which CLAIM TO BE the regulators, modifiers & visualisers of the future generations etc never knew what they want to get & should get from an education institution or Education Itself, how to get it, should one get it at all after the so called master training OFFERED by the ALL KNOWING INSTITUTIONS etc! All over India, crores of people go to the training & education institutions in the hope that they will have SOMETHING –Remember this ‘SOMETHING’ is never defined in Quality terms!- and it will be of SOME USE – This ‘SOME’ too is never Qualitatively defined!-  to their future.

It is always acceptable that the people keep on hoping ‘Great Things’ from the training imparted in the training institutions, all over India, as ‘Great Things’ change from person to person & view point to view point! Hence, as these ‘Great Things Of Expectation’ changes as the polar changes in the Sun, no one will be in a position to blame any of the educational or training institutions in India & anybody else in the world on ‘THE NOTHING THEY GET’ spending thousands & lakhs of hard earned money; and, ofcourse, that is fine with the education & training institutions! And, with Quality, Discipline, Knowledge etc seen nowhere, we can see lakhs & lakhs of Indians spending lakhs & lakhs or Indian Rupee to GET NOTHING but IMAGINARY GREAT THINGS from the education or training they are Supposedly Getting from the institution/s they enter with Great Expectations! When one ponders properly, one can /will definitely come into the right conclusion that the people who are Supposedly Getting Educated & Trained in the myriads of institutions in India get what they really deserve & ask for - NOTHING!

The Modern Indian Foodie!

The Modern Indian Foodie Has Become So Modern That The Complete Eating System Has Been Changed, taking a couple of decades! The modern system he introduced two score years ago has introduced a sea change that those who had any sort of eating habit before the present eating system got introduced will definitely find oneself utterly lost in the sea of change the Modern Indian Foodie introduced!

According to the Modern Day Indian Foodie & His Food Bible it is always ONLY something like how it’s served, who serves it, what type of attire the server has, what brand you had, was it from somewhere the TV or radio or newspaper advertisements continuously thunder about, was there soft music played by any western band, in the background, where did you have it-was it in the upscale/posh area, were there any bullshit celebrities around promoting what you ate, did you click some snaps with them while it was served, what brand you went into to have it, how was the interior, what is the reclining angle of the chairs there, on what wood the furniture is made of, what sort of chandeliers are used & how many, how good looking were the KINGS who served, did the hand driers spread eau de cologne in the air, how efficient & nice was the valet parking there, who all come/came with you there, what was the prize you pay/paid through your nose for it, how did the toilet look though you never use it there, what all unknown, unheard of things you had,how did the KING at the entrance salute you, how many times you have it from there, what was the angle of the server when he served it, how (dirty!?!) was the table cloth, did you go for Siberian starter, sub Saharan main, Norwegian dessert etc, kicking down & trampling on the worthless Indian ordinaries, have you taken the leftover for your dog in a parcel & did they charge you extra for that, were there any 3rd page buffoons in their buffoonery best, how many well to do were there while you had it, how much you dished out as tip etc etc that matter!

AND, THERE IS NEVER A how much you had, was it good or bad, was it to your liking or not, was it enough, was it tasty, what was it etc etc! When a couple of pieces of puppy shit are served under an international brand name, wrapped in gold & silver paper with the KING ‘deliciously’ serving them in a 180 degree angle, when dog meat is served ‘deliciously’ decorated as prime lamb in an international chain restaurant with the KING smiling ‘deliciously’ while serving in 90 degree angle, when the KING serves the rotten meat ‘deliciously’ fried in whatever oil available with a KING’s smile the Modern Indian Foodie is on cloud nine.....! Just be a part of an international brand....just be a part of a VERY MODERN INDIAN FOODIE GROUP....just be a part of the connoisseurs of food of each & every part of the world & be proud of it....just be a proud part of the most modern foodie group which eats worm to termite from Chine to Zambia.....just be a part of the much appreciated WORLD CULTURE OF BRANDED FOOD EATING, his mind mumbles! Shit with the Indian stuff, he screams aloud! It is pizza, burger, sandwiches, carbonated drinks & whatever shit in the name of a brand....3 cheers to them all... And hell with the Indian stuff.....!

As far as the Modern Indian Foodie (And According To His Modern Food Eating System, as well!), Hygiene is like pretending it fashionably! Taste is nothing but pretending it vociferously! The service is like pretending it as superficially as possible! Quality is another pretention in a million words- it is never ever found in the food served! Quantity is the pretentious minimum of the ordered thing that the Modern Foodie can discern whether it is what he/she ordered or not! And, to top it all the pricing is the magnanimous pretention of taking or lifting hard earned money as peanuts for the peanuts provided in the guise of serving jackfruits, apples, oranges, papayas & a million other things! Ofcourse, the 'somewhat' neatly folded tissue paper, tooth pick etc will be surely given as standard that one can stick the tooth pick into one's cavities in the mouth after having WHATEVER IS GIVEN IN THE NAME OF A BRAND OR SOMETHING & take back all the things eaten into the tissue paper provided!

A THOUGHT ON SUO MOTOS – A LEGAL SYSTEM IN INDIA!

When the policemen charge riders & drivers on the streets for something or the other & ask them ILLEGALLY – the policemen never LAWFULLY have the right to ask people to appear in front of court, as ONLY a court can issue such orders! - to appear in front of a particular court on a particular date, nobody, including the courts, feels encroached upon or thinks it as CONTEMPT OF COURT & take SUO MOTO action!

When the land of the poor & hapless has been grabbed, usurped & annexed forcefully all over India by the mighty & powerful and has been reported all over the media all these years in HIMALAYAN ALPHABETS & the losers are left with no means to fight for justice –they don’t even know they can fight, as most of them are left illiterate & poor due to the ALL ENCOMPASSING DEVELOPMENTAL SCHEMS & GROWTH PLANS IMPLEMENTED IN THE MODERN & INDEPENDENT INDIA!- no SUO MOTOS appear for them from anywhere!

Political meetings & speeches in Kerala are still conducted in the busy junctions across the width & breadth of the state despite the court orders against doing so and despite these things happening continuously all these months & years after the court orders no SUO MOTO has been initiated!

When large scale adulteration of basic food items have been reported day & night by the 24/7 media, all these years, no court seems to take it seriously & start a SUO MOTO case against those people who adulterate food unashamedly & treacherously; it is a shame that the adulterators have become multi billionaires in these years by SLOWLY POISONING UNSUSPECTING GENERATIONS!

When education system is rotten at the roots with politicians & the other powerful people garnering enough power to do whatever they like in the education system, destroying what is to be the right kind of developmental system for human beings, no court takes SUO MOTOS!

Nookkukoolie, the infamous practice of the rowdy workforce of Kerala to bully and forcefully take money for the work other people have done, has been in vogue for a large number of years with the tacit & spineless support of the various governments there and no judge came to it ACCIDENTLY & took SUO MOTOS!

A lot of other grave problems & evils like corruption, favouritism, black money, large scale destruction of the public wealth in the name of some stupid protests etc, money laundering, whole scale fraud in financial, industrial, private sectors etc, systematic and well planned & executed destruction of environment, division of people in the name of caste & religion and the appeasement of some among them etc, gradual & systematic destruction of the 7000-8000 years old Indian culture, misinformation campaigns on a lot of important factors like illnesses, the systems of life, democracy, legal systems, the style of living, quality, things of importance, India itself, religion & religious statuses etc have been systematically grown all these years in the very fertile soil of India! But, the SUO MOTOs of very urgent nature in all these gravely important aspects have always been extremely hard to come by!

Courts all over India have been taking SUO MOTO cases all over India, for some years now! No one has thought about or talked about the criteria by which the courts are taking up these SUO MOTO CASES?! One can not find any standard system existing by which a judge understands this case is fit for a SUO MOTO & that one is not?! Going by what is going on in the field of SUO MOTOS one can not but feel pity at the SUO MOTO SYSTEM working in our country!


Thinking More On Suo Motos - When, Who, Why etc!

According to the figures compiled by the Supreme Court of India, there are 42.17 lakh cases pending in the high courts as on September 30, 2010, comprising of 33.36 lakh civil cases and 8.8 lakh criminal cases!

In the subordinate courts, the figure was 2.79 crore cases comprising 78.56 lakh civil cases & 2 crore criminal cases!

It is estimated that in some of the subordinate courts over 30-40% of arears relate to petty cases and out of the total pending cases, 9% of the cases were pending for 10 years & above!

24% cases were pending for 5-10 years in both, the HCs and subordinate courts!

According to the Supreme Court as many as 305 judges serving in various courts of the country are facing departmental enquiries for misconduct during the period April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011!

Utter Pradesh tops the list with 44, followed by Rajasthan 42, Maharashtra 31, J&K 23, Gujarat 22 and Andra Pradesh 15!

17 judicial officers have either been discharged or discontinued from service in this period for misconduct!

75 judges have been given premature retirement on account of various charges!

Major penalties were slapped against 38 judges while minor penalties were imposed on 35!

ON INSURANCE, TAX, LOAN, INSURANCE COMPANIES, BANKS, INDIANS etc!

It seems that the people in India these days are more worried about their personal life, much more than their predecessors as they rush to take personal insurance! They also are so concerned about their homes as they make long queues infront of the home-insurance counters of various insurance companies. A large chunk of people's time is now a days spent on taking insurance like accident insurance, vehicle insurance, medical insurance & a hell lot of other insurances! It is genarally reffered to as the Spring of insurance in India!

The people are so much involved in the process of taking insurance that they always think, talk & write about insurance, its benefits, the greatness of the thing called insurance, the illitterates & stupids who don't have insurance, the suffering of those who are not so intelligent as the insured persons are etc They even sent Indian post cards to millions asking the reciever to post at the least 10 post cards each for the recieved one, narrating the gory stories of what happened to those who didn't send 10 post cards narratting the greatness of insurance, after recieving one! In the terrible stories we often read the stories like that of the person who didnt send the 10 post cards as required by the INSURANCE GOD/GODESS & sprained his right ankle THE VERY NEXT DAY, the woman who didnt send the 10 to wake up next morning with a severe tooth ache, the 37 year old man who didnt care about it to find himself in a very ugly situation where he COUGHED TWICE infront of a couple of people, the girl who teased it to find that her toffee was eaten by ants the same evening etc!

The Indian government has magnanimously promoted & supported the EXTREMELY STARVED INSURANCE INDUSTRY in such a way that THESE POOR GUYS SOMEHOW CONTINUE TO LIVE ON! If this industry is not there, it is believed that millions would have died silently & sufferingly all over India, AS HAD BEEN HAPPENING TILL JUST BEFORE THESE INSURANCE COMPANIES CAME TO INDIA! OH WHAT A STRUGGLE IT HAD BEEN, WE ARE TOLD! SOMEONE EVEN BELIEVED THAT THE INDIA GATE IS BUILT IN THE MEMORY OF THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES DUE TO THE NON-EXISTANCE OF INSURANCE COMPANIES IN INDIA!

What the government never told us is that when we insure our home, paying exorbitant amounts, what we really make sure is that THE LAW & ORDER PEOPLE REST IN THEIR HOUSES -SLEEPING, EATING & AGAIN SLEEPING- as whatever losses one incures after one's home is insured automatically goes to the insurance company and WHAT THE LAW & ORDER PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO IS JUST FILING AN F.I.R & TAKE REST! The government always forget to tell us that when we take vehicle insurance what we make sure, paying heavily from our pockets, IS THAT ALL THE DAMAGES & PROBLEMS EMANATING FROM THE LOW QUALITY VEHICLE ONE BOUGHT PAYING HUGE AMOUNTS, THE EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY ROADS - THE RESEARCH WORKS ON HOW DEEP ONE CAN DIG ON A NO-PROBLEM ROAD IS FINDING NEW DIMENSIONS EVERY HOUR IN INDIA!-, SENSELESS DRIVING & ACCIDENTS CREATED BY THOSE WHO GOT LICENSES 'IN SOME WAYS' etc CAN BE 'TRIED' TO BE BRIDGED, SOMEHOW, AFTER THE SO-CALLED HEAVY DEPRECIATION & ALL!

For 'THE SIMPLE & CONVENIENT EDUCATION LOAN' if the MAGNANIMOUS BANKS are taking the land titles & other valuable things as guarantees, who can blame THE MAGNANIMOUS BANKS?! At last the death is coming for the BPO Industry.......! Riding the waves all these yearsthe point of acid test is here! And surviving it and be the thing what it was/had been before the test came is almost impossible! Its well stated that we can not avoid the Unavoidable!All these years the BPO industry has been taking things for granted. Almost all the people working in the industry took it for granted. Everyone thought of the industry as some sort of a bush, thistle, shrub, grass or an unknown plant which is there and will be there forever even though nothing is done to grow it! They confidently believed that its not even importantto think that its there!

The so called authorities who have been commenting on the industry in positive tones for eons - what are these authorities for other than commenting continuously on something?! - continue trumpeting over the greatness on the things in the industry! They keep saying about somethingthat they think are the most important things about the industry! Everyone conveniently forgetswhat this industry basically is and why it came to India in such a BIG WAY! Even those who are there in the BPO industry and those who think they lead the society and nation think aboutthis "Panacea" for the root decaying deadly decease called 'Joblessness or Unemployment' as another 'Somehow Grown' shrub or plant which if seen is ok or else dont mind.

People who even dont know this plant which is a panacea, fish very powerful microscopesout of their deep pockets as a juggler does and point out to the public the microscopic organismsliving on the surface of its leaves as something 'Very Dangerous' and declare that these microorganisms were the 'Real Reason' for the extinction of the 'Good Old Flesh Eating Dinosours!'Media spread this news of 'very dangerous organisms existing on the surface of its leaves' all over the nation and people develop a new phobia named by the experts who found out these'Deadly Organisms' as 'BPO Phobia'. The much respected and knowledgeble teachers of all the colleges and universities stand together to spread this 'piece of information' about 'the organisms'and they with other thought leaders and social strategists with the help of media declare this plant an evil!

Hundreds of thousands of people earn their livelihood from this industry; but they all forgot that it is efficiency, quality and the like things which are the most important things which should be maintained at any cost!They completly forgot the basic rule "Give Quality(work) & Take Quality(remunaration)! The personnel who were in the responsible positions of recruiting quality people did underhand dealings to recruitsub-standard people into the positions of responsibility & quality.They compromised everything the BPO Industry stood for!The HR People of a lot of BPO Companies thrived due to this illicit relationship with the outside recruitment peopleand hundreds of poor quality, inefficiant and qualityless people were recruited to man the positionswhich should have been manned by those who 'Knew Things' or at the least knew '1+1=2!!!'

In the years of BPO Sunrise, when no other country was able to give what India did for it's customers,it was well assumed that anything would sink in unnoticed and without questions being asked! But, seeing this huge opportunity, other countries started preparations and they started to train their peopleto give the quality the foreign companies expect and need from Quality BPO Services! As years went by, those countries, armed with the quality built over the years, started to take away small chunks in the begining and later large pieces from the cake India for a long time tasted alone - all these years our Indian HRs getting perks for recruiting the wrong & poor quality people, who performed pathetically, into the industry!

Now, the things have come to a full circle; what India once stood for - quality, competive prices, efficiency etc. - other countries are offering, as the Indian BPO Industry wade through the quagmire of inefficiency,poor pricing and extreme lack of quality it has created for itself, taking all these years! Hundreds of jobs are lost; existing processes vanish into thin air; new processes come only by tricles! Yet, 'the people in the know' continue their stupor and 'the Quality HR People' in the companies do their best to continuetheir stupid practises to Upgrade Inefficiency & Incompetence! Let us all stand by the dying industry & hope the malady - which is a very large part of the present day BPO Industry itself! - disappear, somehow!!!
