The Dire Consequences of Living In India!

To the last, final & all deciding question “What is the most common thing available in India or which is universal in the secular & democratic India?!” the person who stole away the trophy in the national Quiz Competition answered, without even posing for a minute, “DIRE CONSEQUENCES”! It was the deciding answer which made sure he emerged winner of the National Quiz for a record 64th Time! 

We, in India, have to be assertive, as the management gurus say, by using the maximum number of 'Dire Consequences' in our daily life. If one seldom uses 'Dire Consequences' in one’s life, he will be considered pretty much less than competent in any given field! If any one is to be considered powerful & of any significance, one has to use 'Dire Consequences' at the least a million times daily in his life! All the powerful like the MPs, MLAs, Local Police Constables, Local Rowdies, EX Panchayath Members, Retired Goondas, Former Members of Local Smuggler Groups, The President of Petty Beggars & Criminals’ Confederation & the like MIGHTIES have to use 'Dire Consequences' quite often –And, they use it quite often, as well! - to SHOW THEIR CLASS, POWER, SIGNIFICANCE, INFLUENCE etc to the commoners!

When the Transport Appellate Tribunal Authority Judge Vidyadhara raised his voice against the Tumkur District MLA Suresh Gowda when the latter jumped the 'Q' at a toll booth he was threatened with 'Dire Consequences' by the LAWMAKER who didn’t know the Voice Raiser was a LAW INTERPRETER!

 When an Uttar Pradesh Law Maker's son Vivek Ahlawat thrashed a Russian architect Tatiana Butyaeva in Delhi & she registered a complaint she was flooded with SMSs & Phone Calles of 'Dire Consequences'! Poor Russian didn't know -of course before filling a complaint - that India is a land of 'Dire Consequences'! She didn’t even know that all the public telephone booths in India & millions of UNREGISTERED SIMs the mobile companies have sold, over the decade, are basically intended to make democratic & secular calls of 'Dire Consequences' & send SMSs with the same intent - 'Dire Consequences'!

When Professional Eve Teasing happens in public, in broad day light & a father, a mother or a somebody else lodges a complaint against it then he or she will definitely get truck loads of SMSs & Phone Calls, which will be full of 'Dire Consequences'!

If waste water is poured into your bed room thanks to your hygienic neighbour's Daily Flat Cleaning Ceremony & you raise your voice against it you can have SMSs, Phone Calls & Even Face To Face Confrontation With Your Hygienic Neighbour which will be full of 'Dire Consequences'!

When an Indian Oil Official blew the whistle he had to face the 'Dire Consequences' in the shape of loss of his own existence!

When the water mafia is taken to task by the army man, as happened in Bangalore a number of moths before, he will get enough SMSs & Phone Calls full of 'Dire Consequences', and sometimes a number of Physical Dire Consequences as well!

When a political party in Kerala is not interested in the existence of an educational institution as they deem it to be against their political philosophy the party can threaten the institution with ‘Dire Consequences’ & burn it down & then again resort to the basic ‘Dire Consequences’ if the management went ahead to register a complaint against the anti-social party perpetrators!

If the land mafia & land sharks are pulled up for lakhs of crores of Government Land Disappearance, then the whistle blower will get enough number of 'Dire Consequences' calls & SMSs and sometimes he will be BUMPED OFF with 'Dire Consequences'!

When one complaints against the arrogance, bad behaviour etc of the auto driver & the money he forcefully –most of the time, shouting at one in greatly obscene languages! – took from one –most of the times, almost double of the metered amount!-, the person who complained against the rowdy auto driver starts to get millions of phone calls & SMSs of 'Dire Consequences'!

 If someone whistles on the Qualitatively Decayed Food supplied in the various railway canteens & platform stalls, he or she will have to face 'Dire Consequences', as happened in Mumbai a couple of months ago!

 It is fine that we don't have a system in India to tackle the Universal Presence of 'Dire Consequences', in the Indian Life! Though the phone calls, SMSs etc with 'Dire Consequences' can be tracked or traced & taken into the evidence section nobody in India including the police force, who are ‘the almighty protectors of our legal system’ doesn’t care a rap for that as These Well Qualified People don’t know what can be done with those who Call & SMS people with 'Dire Consequences'! In their expert opinion, ‘Dire Consequences', as its been proven time & again, have to be faced & dealt with INDIVIDUALLY & PERSONALLY, without having any kind of support from anyBODY - governmental & non governmental bodies included! - in India! IT IS A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF ANYONE or ANYBODY IN INDIA TO THREATEN ANYBODY WITH 'DIRE CONSEQUENCES' & TRY TO EXTRACT THE MAXIMUM OUT OF IT! 

Indians are even seriously thinking about starting Universities & Management Institutions all over India which will train people EXCLUSIVELY in the exclusive & efficient use of ‘Dire Consequences’ in one’s life & make them self sufficient in all the departments of ‘Dire Consequences’! They are also thinking seriously about introducing ‘Special Chairs in Dire Consequences’ in the various high quality training institutions of India like IIMs, IITs, IIScs etc! They are also planning on a 'Dire Consequences Research Centre' where 24/7 research will be conducted by the world class 'Dire Consequences Researchers'! It is also heard that a Yearly National Award –Which, in stature, will be equal to a Padmavibhushan, at the least! - will be given to the person who makes the most number of calls in which he sporadically applies 'Dire Consequences' & send most number of messages & SMSs threatening 'Dire Consequences' etc!

 It has to be well understood that Living In India means facing 'Dire Consequences', almost every second of one's existence! It is to be perfectly understood that Only those persons who are ready to face ‘DIRE CONSEQUENCES’ without ever uttering a word against it have the right to be Indian citizens & ONLY those will be provided with Ration Cards, Election ID Cards, Adhaars etc! All the others will be treated as NON INDIANS with no right, what so ever, in Our Secular & Democratic India!'Dire Consequences' are & have become a more integral part of India than Kashmir or Arunachal Pradesh is! Without these 'Dire Consequences' there is no democracy, secularism, culture, education etc in Modern India!

Dismantling ‘SARDAR’s India!

A lot of incessant & feverish research work has been going on “How To Dismantle ‘SARDAR’s India” since India got its so called freedom from the colonial powers! Great theses were submitted on the subject all over India, all these years, by all the ‘WHO’s WHO of India’! Ship loads of hard work have been continuously spent on this matter; but still somehow, the wholesome India Indians had from 1947 or little later kept to drag on!

Just before the Indian Independence, The Pakees went away with ‘their Muslim Part of India’, with the foolhardy conviction that everything will be fine after that! And, the result is still there in front of our eyes, even decades after Partition! Despite we, the whole India, – India & The Muslim India- read now the present day Pakistan! – fighting against the ‘DIVIDE & RULE TACTICS’ of the British in the pre independence India & almost succeeding @ it, we started to master the art of ‘DIVIDE & RULE’ in Independent India! Each & every politician of this great country became the master of this British-found British- managed technique! And, they went all over the world propagating ‘this surrogate philosophy’ as their own & took classes @ Cambridge & Oxford!

The man who made the present day India what it is almost now, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who did whatever he could to REUNITE INDIA after the Indian Independence must be a very happy man now, seeing all the ‘DIVIDE & RULE’ things happening in India, from the other side of the world! For the Modern India & Its people & of course Its leaders “Doing & Undoing and Doing & Undoing in a billion variety ways’ seem to be favourite pastime for all these decades, since Independence! And, we, the Independent Indians are extremely happy that we can still cling onto the colonial day legacy ‘DEVIDE & RULE’ even after we publically ditched all that that’s colonial!

Due to the pressure from ‘the foe within in the pre independent India’ we let the divisive forces, whatever be their form, form Pakistan; due to the insensible pressure from Nehru, a pragmatic Sardar was forced to agree to the foolish ‘SPECIAL STATUS’ to J&K! The divisive forces which were at work before & at the time of Independence are still at work, with full vigour and dedication! From those days’ ‘Straight Version of the Divisive Things’ it has transformed itself into myriad forms of deception that finding these divisive forces today has become a Herculean Task! These DIVISIVE FORCES come in all hues & colours and multidimensional shapes! From the so-called intellectuals/thinkers to educators & speakers, from the politicians to the philosophers & ideologues these forces are omnipresent & invisible! These Invisible & Omnipresent Divisive Forces have, now a days, a highly explosive, destructive, irresponsible & at the same time easily accessible weapon named ‘24/7 Media’ to further/spread their vested interests, like wildfire! And, that’s what they use invariably!

The views the Great Sardar had about Kashmir, Junagadh, Hyderabad, Tibet & Goa had the world against him! The leading people of the post independent India, including the first prime minister of India, Nehru stood against the vision & wisdom of the very Pragmatic Sardar! People, including Nehru listened to the HOLLOW VOICES –or should we call it false commotion?!- RAISED BY THESE SAME DIVISIVE FORCES! And for listening to this commotion-illusion the Indians suffered a lot, even after Independence! We, the Indians, almost lost Kashmir when we listened to these divisive forces; and still we are losing lives in Kashmir thanks to our stupidity of NOT LISTENING TO THE SARDAR WHEN HE WAS SPEAKING WISDOM!

Kashmir & Arunachal Pradesh have been out of the Indian map –India’s International Map!- for most of the 64 year period (since Independence!) due to these camouflaged proponents of division! We kept on dividing people of India in the lines of these Hippocratic & Sly Divisive Forces! In the name of FALSE SECULARISM we tolerated religious fanaticism & intolerance, and poured oil into the fire lit by the Divisive Forces! We kept Kashmir separate with special privileges that one day we lose it COMPLETELY; we made Malappuram (A district in the state of Kerala!) based on religious grounds way back in 1967 that one day we grow enemies within! We kept treading the path created by the Divisive Forces all these decades, since Independence!

Division by caste, creed, language, faith, politics & a million other things flourished in India like wild shoots in the wilderness! On whatever we had/have we fought with one another to divide & rule in the name of these million non-existent things! People started to take the Fabled Land of India Piece By Piece – In the name of Language, Religion, Caste, Politics, Muscle Power etc! For them even the heart breaking partition of 1947 was not enough! All over India people started to think of & do the essential work for ‘HOME STATES’ with the borders being the borders of their own homes! They cried “POORNA HOME SWARAJ” from their roof tops! Wherever there was a slight chance of making a division the DIVISIVE FORCES worked overtime till the problem reached a head! They almost succeeded in Kashmir with their terror-sponsored diplomacy; another pressure group won Malappuram; another pressure group won the Gorkha Land; and another pressure group is near winning Telangana!

Kashmir, Malappuram, Gorkha Land, Telangana etc have all become an inspiration to all those who wish to do their ‘SWARAJ LESSONS’ properly and definitely they can & do take a couple of leaves out of all these issues created by ‘the Divisive Forces Working Inside India’, 24/7! Let’s be happy to think that what a great man like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel did for all of us, Indians, we are undoing shamelessly & with ingratitude! And, let’s celebrate the fact that we with all our greed, shamelessness, arrogance, tunnel vision, ingratitude, narrow-mindedness, petty thinking and blind following of the Divisive Forces are on the sure way to the disintegration of a great dream called India!

SORRIES FOR THE DEAD & MORE BULLSHIT FOR THE LIVING!

Bhopal Gas Tragedy ‘struck or (made) happened in 1984’, and the people of India, including the numerous central & state governments, have continuously been fighting for JUSTICE FOR THE DEAD – A very simple number of 25000+ Only! - & THE LIVING (LIVING DEAD?!)! After more than a quarter of a century, the case has ‘come to a naught’ (KNOT!?) & Our Great Investigators are still finding (even after quarter of a century!!!) thousands of ‘skeletons in the cupboards’ of thousands of people, ‘who were not even born at the time of the MAN-MADE DISASTER’!

Peruman Rail Disaster struck more than 20 years back taking scores of lives & the expert investigating team found out that it was all due to a Tornado, which came from nowhere & disappeared ( USING A SPACE SHIP OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT!) just after the business it came to do! The investigation report is NOW USED AS A TEXT BOOK IN SCOTLAND YARD, AS ‘A GREAT EXAMPLE OF HOW STUPID AN INVESTIGATION CAN BECOME’ ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!

Kashmir problem was created when Jawaharlal Nehru declared a unilateral ceasefire in the United Nations before taking back the usurped Indian Territory from our good old neighbour, Pakistan! Since then Indians have regularly been sacrificing their lives in & on Kashmir.....! A large number of investigations – READ ANALYSES!- have been spent into the ‘UNDERSTANDING OF THE KASHMIR ISSUE’ ALL THESE YEARS, all of them presenting with myriads of options! And, compensations are regularly sent to the victims of the ‘Kashmir Cause’!

Bombay Blasts of 1990s happened with scores of casualty & the loss of crores of rupees. There came Our Dear Great Investigators Of Yore & started their all-involved-all-finding mission of investigation! THEY FOUND OUT SOME THOUSANDS OF ‘VERY RELEVANT POINTS OF INFORMATION’ WHICH WERE ‘OF NO USE’! All the lost lives were never given back & THE LOST & DEAD REMAINED THE LOST & DEAD, TILL DATE!

Scores of Indians were lost in the Pak-Initiated & Promoted Kargil War. To find out the REASONS OF KARGIL, a lot of analysts & investigators have been SPENT! They got their own answers & reports & they even submitted them before the SO & SOs of the SO & SOs and OTHER SO & SOs! As a ceremony, compensations were sent to ....................(READ INNUMERABLE VICTIMS & MARTYRS!) & GROUPS OF INVESTIGATORS & ANALYSTS WERE KEPT READY FOR ANY FURTHER EVENTUALITY, 24x7!

The Indian Parliament attack was done ceremoniously by some good-intended people (From the Pak View Point!), and India lost a couple of people here as well! The investigators arrived on the scene after all the damage is done & declared that the attack was due to the negligence from the authorities, who ceremoniously & carelessly treated the warning signals (As has been happening from time immemorial in India, where all the warnings are thrown into the waste bin the very next second they are submitted and where the warning reports & warning signals are submitted or given ONLY to be thrown into the waste basket!) sent by the various intelligence agencies -who all did this stupid thing of ignoring security agency warnings, when exactly these warning reports were sent, who all are responsible for the security lapse etc are ceremoniously never told & were totally forgotten!- & the carelessness shown (BY WHOM? Is Never Mentioned!)!

Mumbai Attack (26/11) was well planned & well executed by the Pakistan-Based Forces, while India was caught off-guard once again and India lost around 200 of its precious human beings. Again the investigators appeared from nowhere & started the blame game, as usual. They pointed out what could have happened & what should have done to prevent what had already happened and what all misses & mistakes had been committed that this scale of a tragedy occurred etc! Sharp Analyses & Investigations (And of course, with the extremely valuable recommendations, suggestions etc) were done and the tragedy was swept under the carpet!

Around 50 people died @ Thekkady when the boat they travelled in the Periyar River capsized last year & the people who should have kept the life of those who come there for site-seeing & boat journey safe failed to do so & as they have done a million times DELIBERATELY FORGOT what at the least to be done to safeguard the human beings in the THEKKADY ATMOSPHERE! Swarms of Investigators landed there after the tragedy struck & found out numberless reasons from the Colour of the Water in Thekkady to the Design of the Shirt the boat driver worn on the fateful day!

Andhra Chief Minister died last year in an air plane crash of which a number of INVESTIGATIONS & ANALYSES WERE MADE! And, hundreds of reports were made qualitatively! The investigators found this, that and a million other things for the tragedy in which Andra Pradesh lost one of its greatest leaders. The great investigators also suggested some great & exquisitely intelligent measures by which ‘ANYBODY INTERESTED’ CAN SAVE ANOTHER CHIEF MINISTER ‘NEXT TIME’!

Then happened the Mangalore Aircraft Tragedy, which made all on board the ill-fated flight casualties....scores died in this tragedy too..... Sheer negligence from the authority’s side, shortness of the runway, fatal errors from the pilots & a million things were dug out by Our Dear Investigators who arrived after the tragedy! But, as usual, the Term ‘Authorities’ remained Undefined & Unnamed and the dead pilots never spoke in defense! (And the Investigators took the very next flight after their THREAD BARE ANALYSIS!)

Carlton Towers in Bangalore followed all these tragedies with great enthusiasm & there too a number of innocent persons lost their lives due to sheer negligence from the authority’s side, building owner’s side & most importantly FROM THE SIDE OF THE FIRE FIGHTERS, WHO ‘SUPPOSEDLY CAME THERE TO RESCUE’ THE PEOPLE TRAPPED IN THE FIRE-LIT, BURNING BUILDING! HERE TOO ‘THE SINFULLY NEGLIGENT AUTHORITIES & FIRE FIGHTERS REMAINED FACELESS & IDENTITYLESS & EVEN FIGURELESS’! Of course, Our Dear Investigators were there to find out who all erred & what could have been if that could have been THIS & this could have been THAT!

In India, Investigation (OR Scientific Analysis Of Any Disaster Happened!) means ‘thinking about what would have been & what would not have been after a tragedy where losses are severe & disastrous’..................where "WHAT IS TO BE" IS ALWAYS THE CASUALITY! In India, everything is fine & under perfect control till the moment something happens severely disastrous; and 'these somethings' happen quite often & quite effortlessly that India has become A MUCH HAPPENING PLACE!

It is very pathetic to know that even after more than 62 years of independence India & Indians have FAILED MISERABLY TO LEARN such simple things as “Prevention is better than cure”, “A stitch in time saves nine!” etc! Any potentially problematic situation in India is always 'under consideration & analysis' when it is of common men & these "under consideration' can go on for ever & ever till eternity! And, Indians always like to learn things ONLY BY GOING THROUGH TRAGEDIES, SUFFERING LIKE ANYTHING & LOSING THINGS WHICH CAN NEVER BE COMPENSATED! It is also interesting to know that this learning lasts only for a couple of moments that THEY CAN LEARN THE SAME THING AGAIN BY GOING THROUGH ALL THE TRAGIC THINGS THEY HAVE ALREADY GONE THROUGH A MILLION TIMES, AGAIN!

It is really great of all the Indians that they are very thankful IF THEY GET SORRIES FOR THE DEAD - THEY ARE VERY PROFICIENT IN THIS KIND OF EXCHANGE! - as they know pretty well that ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE DEAD & LOST ARE COMPENSATED BY ‘GIVING BACK THEIR LOST LIVES’& INDIANS HAVE 9 LIVES! But the only things they ardently insist on are Investigators & Investigations after every disaster! Who thinks there are no investigators in 105 crores of Indians, who can find out a million reasons for any type of tragedy?!
