Milking The GLBT Market For The Last Time!

In the last 3-4 years, I have been bombarded continuously by the reportage of homosexuality, gays, transgenders, lesbianism etc, in all the media formats! Whenever I read a news paper, I saw, the WHO IS WHO of the opinion creators talking elaborately about the gays & lesbians with all their might that I felt without understanding them I would NOT be able EVEN to breathe!

I had seriously been in doubt, for a couple of months, after I started to see these sorts of articles keep appearing, making me think if SOMEBODY wants us become homosexuals that they have some hidden benefits! All the articles looked as though they were placed with some secret designs behind them that benefit some vested interests, as has always been the cases of ALL THE PLANTED STORIES & REPORTS, in various media platforms!

Creating a new/market/colony has ALWAYS been a dream of the corporates & the countries which promote & support them beyond all their means! For any person who THINK & UNDERSTAND a little, it all seem to be a concerted effort to create a NEW COLONY which all these corporations & their countries can milk till the milked got killed, as have been happening since the colonisation had been kick started, large scale, in the 16^th  century!

It seemed that whoever had an opinion SHOULD have an opinion on gays, lesbians & transgenders! All the others have been counted as lesser mortals! It seemed that public figures, writers, so called thinkers, human liberty experts, the innumerable heads of NGOs of various colours & sizes, presidents, prime ministers, governors, chief ministers, fashion experts, cycle mechanics, railway beggars, run away brides, pick pockets, auto rickshaw drivers, certified & registered rapists, chai wallahs all got their opinion on the gays, lesbians & transgenders recorded & registered!

The government EVEN formed a ministry to register the opinion of the 1.25 billion Indians, who registered their opinion on these very significant people  (VSPs!) against one’s Aadhar Number! Aadhar was made mandatory (Unofficially, BUT FORCEFULLY with the careful use of other means which ‘ONLY’ the sly politicians have at their disposal!!), despite promising to the Highest Court of the Country otherwise, for the registration of the gay-lesbian-transgender opinion (GLTO!) of the 1.25 billion!

It has been made a fad to be a gay or lesbian & trumpeting it as though SOMETHING beyond this world beings are those who declare themselves gay or lesbians, in FULL public glare! In the various grading systems which graded & evaluated the people, the gays, lesbians & transgenders ALWAYS had the HUGE prominence over the Vanilla Male & Female (VMF!)! Those who presented themselves as gays or lesbians were revered as gods while all the others were treated scornfully normal!

It is ‘made’ that lesbian & gay is the real order, where the ‘OLD & OUT DATED’ man-women relationship is passé, by a century or two! It seemed, going by all the reports by the media GIANTS & EXPERTS, that it SHOULD be who in a regular (Male-Female!) relationship who SHOULD BE ashamed of their relationship & they MUST, as fast as possible, declare themselves as gays or lesbians or EVEN transgenders to escape from this SHAMEFUL association of theirs where human beings are PRODUCED in billions, making themselves Human Factories (HFs!)!

What these GIANTS & EXPERTS on gays, lesbians & transgenders always forget is that if they need to have their numbers increased in gays, lesbians & transgenders, it is these puny, silly, stupid & insignificant HFs which are the BASIC REQUIREMENT! Of course, there are Scientific options like test tube babies & all, but, for that too, the requirement is a Female Womb! It is trumpeted that those who go on this way can have Paid Wombs (Some call these ‘Surrogate Wombs’!) that the gays, lesbians & transgenders can germinate another human being or two!

Then, also, the BASIC QUESTION is ‘WHY’ complicate things for the sake of the commercial interests, wishful thinking, human arrogance in the name of the so called scientific advancement etc where the solution for the problems these so called sufferers face seems to be somewhere else & that too, simple?!

People ALWAYS love to do something different & hence, tricky new techniques are introduced in such a way that all the millions of guys & gals in their tumultuous marriages are enticed to TRY this new mantra of nirvana as is done in the ‘BUSINESS’ OF YOGA (Which is what ‘YOGA’ is in the US, nothing but another multibillion dollar industry!!), presently!

It will be interesting to know that it is the same MARKET FORCES, who micro managed things to make the UN declare July 21 as the International Yoga Day, which is CLEARLY behind this new BUSINESS of gay & lesbian marriages & their universal rights that they develop their own multibillion dollar businesses, catering to the newly CREATED MARKETS of ‘MORE & MORE’ lesbians & gays, a la Business Yoga Style (BYS!)!

The much printed & media discussed GLBT rights talk about a minority of people who are TRIED to be increased in numbers by the GLTB business ventures of the West, sweeping under the carpet such World Tragedies like horrible malnutrition, hunger, utter poverty, child labour, debilitating illnesses, wholesome contamination of air & water, large scale premature death, ethnic cleansing, seamless exploitation of all the Natural resources, which include the defenseless billions of people on all the inhabited countries & continents etc!

Anyone thinking WILL BE FORCED TO THINK about the devious means in which the insignificant things are discussed ELABORATELY & then executed in the name of ‘EQUALITY’, which is another sort of an illusion which is getting continuously changed definitions & measurements befitting the illusionists who create it!  

When the basic problems like unadulterated air, water& food remain untackled for decades, for the multimillions of common men, in the so called independent India (And, of course, all over the world!), is it THAT significant to keep discussing & indoctrinating on homosexuality & the so called rights of this endangered species, STUPIDLY aping what a WEST, which ALWAYS strive HARD & love to create NEW COLONIES, all these past centuries @ the expense of all other civilisations which were here on the Earth, millennia before the so called cultured, educated, modern & scientific West came into existence, says or does?!

In our school days, when there were some government sponsored vaccination programmes where injections had to be administered, we were told to look at the green leaves on the trees & foliage that the pain vanished! We HOPEFULLY looked @ the greenery that, we felt, we got our share of ‘Injection Pain’ (IP!) reduced! Likewise, are all these ‘Landmark Judgments’ on gays, lesbians & trans genders by the US Supreme Court a green leaf or green foliage of distraction where human beings keep looking on when some lethal injections of destruction or termination be administered unnoticed & with attention deviated?!

Can it be something like the end of the world (THE SIXTH EXTICTION!) coming nearer that the well informed Supreme Court of the US decided to give into the demands of the same sex champions that they get whatever ‘pleasurable’ they wish to have, BEFORE THEY DIE?!

Sacrificing The Indian Businessmen!

What’s happening to the ‘SELECTED’ (By ‘Whom?’ has ‘ALWAYS’ been the question?) business people of India?  From what one sees in the matter of the Sahara Group chairman Subrata Roy (Subrata can be EXPLAINED SU+ BRATA i.e. Good Brother!), the mess pool he ‘has been’ pushed into, the suffering he has been going through, all these months, have all been crying out for answers for the question we have asked in the opening of this paragraph!

He has been languishing in the Tihar jail for almost 1 year now on contempt of court charges & it seems that there seems to be no light at the end of the SPECIALLY CREATED TUNNEL (SCT!) for him! It is amazing to see that, every day, the tunnel is getting longer & longer and the light is running far away from the Sahara chief! It seems that the Sahara chief is without any sahara (Help!) or he has become ‘besahara’ (Beleaguered or helpless in English!) , for some time now!

The Supreme Court of India has asked him to deposit a very ‘small’ amount $1.6 billion (That is more than 10000 crores of Indian rupees!) to get the bail which he has been trying hard to raise, all these months, in vain! The central government seems to be in eternal slumber from which it doesn’t want to wake up, as far as the Sahara chief is concerned! So is the Bengal government of Mamata Banarjee which itself is battling the do or die battle with the CBI & company over the Saradha scandal!

Almost after 1 year in Tihar jail when Subrata was trying hard to raise the amount to pay out the bail, every hammer in the country is struck on his head, one after another, in a wonderful rhythmic symphony! One after another, SEBI, CBI, Enforcement Directorate (ED, which has been assessing & re assessing the amount Sahara is ‘supposed’ to have paid back to its customers & others a couple of times to have a last announced sum which ‘IS’ almost 10000 crores ‘LESS’ than what it assessed first & another couple of times!) & others have been hunting the Sahara chief, at times, simultaneously & sometimes, one after another with the PREVIOUSLY NEVER SEEN regularity that Subrata NEVER gets any respite, EVEN in his sleep in Tihar, AS SOMEBODY WANTED IT!!

Even one has, at the least, a little bit of data on ‘SOME’ of the business people of India who were ‘Sacrificed’ @ the altar of Indian business in the name of Business Ethics, Business Law, Business Fairness, Business Justice and whatever, ONE SURELY SEES SOMETHING ‘FISHY’ in the Sahara Case & its unfolding!

Over the decades, in the Indian business circles, it’s been like someone deciding some other one’s fate, just because the first one disliked the second one because he doesn’t like the competition he has been giving OR the loss to the first man’s group the second man is creating due to the ‘market fight’ OR the monopoly the first one gets if the second one is ‘REMOVED’ OR the first one has an interest in the second one’s assets or ‘SIMPLY’ the first one doesn’t like the second one etc!

Whenever the first one planned – the first one ‘ALWAYS’ remains invisible is a fact! – the ‘SACRIFICE’ he ‘ALWAYS’ takes assistance from those who are there in the ‘MARKET’ (One can call them ‘Market Rowdies & Market Goondas -MRs OR MGs- Use of whom is ‘legal’ in ‘BUSINESS MEN SACRIFICE’ – BMS!), for a price, that too for good silver! Whenever he planned the sacrifice he ALWAYS planned it so efficiently that the second one ALWAYS stayed in whatever he prepared with the help of the ‘MARKET MEN’ – Or MRs & MGs!-for a very long time, if possible to the last days of his life!

One comes to have the first clear hints out of ‘THESE WELL PLANNED SACRIFICES’ with the ‘SUDDEN’ death of the Biscuit tycoon Rajan Pillai in the central prison, decades back! Before that, in the times of the License Raj, one gets ‘SOME’ ideas out of the fights between the Father Ambani & his long ago defeated enemies! But, with Rajan Pillai, people started to get some wind of the REAL happenings & of course, Planned SACRIFICES (PS!) in the business circles!

What Harshad Mehta did in the early 90s with the stock markets was considered & propagated as SO SHOCKING that he was put behind the bars, from where he NEVER came out, alive! What no one in those days –And, EVEN now!- TRIED TO UNDERSTAND was that he was SACRIFICED for using & utilising ‘WHAT WAS SURELY & TRULY POSSIBLE’ without any illegality!

He speculated with the money which was ‘NOT’ there was THE CLEAR SIGN OF INGENUITY & made the BSE skyrocket was NOTHING SHORT OF MIRCULOUS! He used the method ‘ONLY’ because there was THE CHANCE to make use of it & he was so intelligent to find out that option which EVEN the Olden Days Toothless Tiger (ODTT!) SEBI never dreamed up, in its wildest dreams! He was incarcerated & later sacrificed Tweaking the law that existed then with the ‘EXPLANATIONS’ OF LAW

which arrived much after HIS INGENUITY – We, now a days, call them Hindsight Laws (HSLs – Which can be ‘CREATED’ – Creation, most of the times, by the simple means of EXPLAINING an already existing law in such a TwiSTeD way!- whenever & wherever CERTAIN OBJECTS & OBJECTIVES ARE TO BE ACHIEVED !) - & its sharp & precise execution!

What we have ‘ALWAYS MISSED’ is that as all the great men are, he too was much ahead of his times, finding out the useful gap of 2-3 weeks of time when the promissory notes of one bank to the other CAN BE USED FRUITFULLY! In the present world where Certain BIG Countries & Billionaires (CBCBs!) ‘EVEN’ destroy countries & economies by undercutting them by ‘whatever means’ they think appropriate, ‘ONLY’ to make profits, where some so called ACUTE businessmen of the West are flattered all over the net & the printed editions of millions of books & magazines, all over the world, for making money out of ‘NOTHING’, what sensible men SELDOM understand is why we ‘STILL’ consider Harshad Mehta a pariah, EVEN AFTER SACRIFICING HIM FOR ‘NO’ FAULT OF HIS?!  

What happened to Ramalinga Raju known as Satyam Raju is another example of what can happen to a ‘SELECTED’ or ‘CHOSEN’ or ‘TARGETED’– For Sacrifice!- businessman in India! He, all of a sudden, found himself behind the bars for doing something ‘SO CALLED ILLEGAL’- ‘SOLELY’ depending on the ‘EXPLANATIONS’ of law! – while the multinational company (Price Waterhouse Coopers!) which HELPED him do ‘THE SO CALLED ILLEGAL ACTIVITY’ for 7 or 8 years went scot free, without facing any sort of action from the West Lenient Indian Law (WLIL!), to keep the books of OTHER LAW ABIDING COMPANIES OF INDIA, when he LOST his company, which had been in the TOP 3 Indian IT Companies for long, wholesomely which he built up from the scratch, as happened to Rajan Pillai of the Biscuit Giant ‘Britania’, a couple of decades back!

When the Western companies OPENLY flout the SO CALLED ‘INFERIOR’ INDIAN LAWS – Compared to those of the White Skinned Peoples, as whatever we have here is TAKEN/COPIED from the PREDOMINANTLY WHITE SKINNED COUNTRIES like the UK & US!- & the specially made Hind Sight Laws (HSLs!) as they KNOW pretty well that Indians STILL maintain their subservient mentality towards their former WHITE MASTERS & they get away with whatever they do in a Mentally Subservient Indian Law Structure (MSILS!) as we Indian have seen in the cases against Union Carbide, Price Water House Coopers, Vodafone, Shell & other foreign entities where India has ‘ALWAYS’ TWEAKED THE INDIAN LAW in the White Skin’s Favour, BY EXPLAINING IT, as has been happening from Our So Called Independent Days & throwing away billions of dollars which were RIGHTFULLY Indian!

It’s a pity that while ALL THESE ‘WHITE SKIN’ FLATTERY is going on & on in the Indian Law Structure, the SELECTED INDIANS are straight jacketed into the millennia long ‘EXPLATIONS’ OF LAW & (BUSINESS) SACRIFICES where we Indians ‘LOSE’ our brethren, in the ‘EXPLANATION FOG, which includes the stupidest of all the law, the Law Of Hind Sight (LHS!), created by the planners of the SACRIFICES!

When we see the ‘besahara’ Sahara chairman incarcerated for more than enough time, in the name of the LHS and Everlasting Explanation & Re Explanation of Law (EE-REL!?) by ‘various’ investigating agencies & their ARTFUL lawyers who represent them, one after the other & simultaneously, and see all the problems of the world STORMING India to STALL him from getting the ‘very small’ amount of $ 1.6 billion to make him come out of the central prison, come what may, ONE ‘SURELY’ DOUBTS THAT THE SAHARA CHIEF IS THE CENTRE POINT OF SOMEONE POWERFUL’S ‘BUSINESSMAN SACRIFICE PLAN’ (BSP!) & IT’S ‘EXECUTION’?!

Indian Law And The System Of Fear!

More than 3 crores of cases are pending before various courts in India, officially! People all over India are fighting for the SUBLIME THING CALLED JUSTICE, all over India, LOSING THEIR LIVES in the process!

Though it may seem that people are fighting for justice, the proper number of cases to be ‘registered’, if EVER registered at all, will be in BILLIONS (For a population of 1.25 Billion Indians!), IF all the people who are denied justice in the day to day life start filing suites in the various courts existing in India! Hence, it becomes PRETTY CLEAR that the more than 3 crores of cases pending in front of various courts –which includes the Supreme Court Of India, AS WELL! - are JUST A MINISCULE OF THE REAL THINGS or ISSUES WHERE JUSTICE IS DENIED TO THE CITIZENS OF INDIA!

And, when one asks the SHARP POINTED question “Then, why the others –Excluding The More Than 3 Crores Of People Who Fight It Out In Various Courts Of India! – ‘DARE NOT’ enter the court premises to get justice when they are served with injustice 24/7?” the fog of doubts clears itself & the RUDE TRUTH emerges visible, even to the simpleton kind of existences!

It becomes crystal clear that IT IS THE FEAR (CREATED??) of the Indian Legal System (ILS – ‘NOT’ Ills!) which is preventing millions (Millions Of Common People!) from raising their voice against GRUESOME JUSTICE VIOLATIONS & INJUSTICES (From Millions Of Conmen!) they SILENTLY suffer, almost every minute of their life!??

They DO FEAR (1) the eons of time spent on the NEVER ENDING CASES, (2) the truck loads of money they have to spend on Eternally Elongated/Postponed Cases & the Expert Lawyers of the Tactic of Elongation, (3) the mental struggle one has to go through Fighting Injustice, (4) the lack of clarity of the existing laws & the legal system, (5) the quite logical & sensible prospect of getting a verdict that ‘MAY’ bestow justice ‘WELL AFTER’ THE TIME PERIOD WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED JUSTICE, (6) the technical stupidities involved in the verdicts where (a) the stupidity of an FIR, (b) investigating officer’s partiality, (c) ignorance, (d) his mental state etc SHOULD HAVE PLAYED the most important & clinching role & MORE OVER EVERYTHING, (7) ‘THE TIME OF LIFE LOST’ waging the war against injustice etc ALL HAVE DONE SUCH THINGS TO INDIANS THAT THERE ARE ‘ONLY’ more than 3 crores of cases pending in a country where millions of injustices or crimes are happening everyday!

It ‘ALSO’ becomes VERY CLEAR that ‘ONLY” those persons who have (1) Truck Loads of Money, (2) Have Nothing Else To Do & (3) Have Enough time to spare fighting a ‘NEVER ENDING BATTLE’ are there in these more than 3 crores of legal battles going on in various courts of an India where no court or legal system of the present style existed, THOUGH PEOPLE GOT JUSTICE WITHOUT MUCH DELAY – ‘Delay’ is the BASE WORD of the present legal system! – from the legal systems of our ancestors!

Here, it seems that the Legal System of India IS ‘SPECIFICALLY’ designed for the ‘Employment Opportunities’ of those ‘so called persons’ who ‘ARGUE OR CLAMOUR FOR JUSTICE’ – lawyers!

In a country where alcohol is promoted for squeezing the last penny from the intoxicated dying man, tobacco is promoted for the SOLE purpose of taxing the suffering like hell people who use it & the job opportunity tobacco & alcohol create, IT IS LITTLE WONDER that OUR LEGAL SYSTEM IS BUILT TO CREATE THOUSANDS OF JOBS FOR THOSE WHO CAN NEVER FIT IN ANY OTHER SYSTEM OF ‘CREATIVE THINGS’, whom the common Indian calls LAWYER!

In Indian Legal System (ILS!) it is the jobs of the thousands of lawyers & the so called legal experts which are safe guarded MUCH ABOVE the ‘SUPPOSED’ JUSTICE the legal system is ‘SUPPOSED’ to deliver to those millions of Indians who ‘NEVER’ get justice in their entire life span! Indian Legal System (ILS!) is a system which creates jobs for thousands of people who OTHERWISE would have gone jobless, REGISTERING in the innumerable Employment Exchanges, which are spread all across the country & waited for a job to come, which MIGHT barge in @ the last moment of their life, as has been happening to the millions of suitors THEY NOW REPRESENT AS LAWYERS, promising to deliver justice!!

Then, think about the jobs created in the Educational Sector where thousands are needed to RUN a law college or a law school & other law institutes; then, think of the thousands of book publishers who publish their law books & give jobs to another thousands; and, comes in the clothe merchants who deliver fabric to make gowns & all for these lawyers etc….! It is a WHOLE ECONOMY that is run efficiently in India, LEGALLY!

Who can blame our legal system AS IT CREATS JOBS IN THE MILLIONS ‘THOUGH’ IT ‘RARELY’ PROVIDES JUSTICE TO THE SUFFERING MILLIONS OR BILLIONS OF INDIA (WHICH HAS BEEN THE PRIME & MOST IMPORTANT DUTY IT HAS TO DO OR FOR WHAT PURPOSE ‘ILS’ HAD BEEN CREATED, PRIMARALY)??

But, the legal system in India & the governments which support & promote it are MORE THAN SATISFIED in the system as it provides jobs to millions of ‘unemployed’ THOUGH THE PRIME PURPOSE OF ANY LEGAL SYSTEM – Efficient & Timely Delivery Of Justice! – IS WHOLESOMELY SACRIFICED??

A HUGE number of the cases filed in various courts of the country are against institutions which DO ‘WHOLESOME INJUSTICE’ IRRESPONSIBLY OR WITHOUT SHOWING ANY RESPONSIBILITY; most of these types of cases are filed against an institution, company or group because of the action taken on the decisions of SOME PERSONS in the institution, without responsibility, as he or they NEVER have to answer for what they have done, illogically & illegally, as they will be protected by the institution they are part of & the expenses will be met by the institution & these Irresponsible Injustice Doers (IIDs!) will NEVER have to go through the Eternal Legal Foolhardiness (ELF!), wasting their OWN time & money, fighting the legal battles which FORCE (Only one in a million cases of Injustice will come into the court IS a naked truth in India!) those who are @ the receiving end of INJUSTICE to seek justice!

In such cases those persons WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INJUSTICE DONE ARE ‘NEVER’ held responsible & he or she NEVER loses anything in the SO CALLED PROCESS OF LAW, while the person who has to fight against the gross injustice meted out has to SACRIFICE his or her Time, Money & Effort & MOST OF ALL, ‘LIFE’ for a shade of a chance, THAT ‘MIGHT’ ONE DAY FETCH JUSTICE!

IT IS ‘ONLY’ BECAUSE OF THE FEAR OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN GROWN BY THE ‘ORGANISED’ & ‘POWERFUL’ [WHO ALWAYS BENEFITED FROM ‘THE FEAR FACTOR’ WHICH THEY CREATED; they created the FEAR SHOWING the HUGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY, TIME , ENERGY etc which one (The common man OR the unorganized!) has to invest to have ‘A VERY CHANCY’  & AT THE SAME TIME, ‘EONS CONSUMING’ VERDICT OF JUSTICE WHICH ‘ONLY’ THE ORGANISED & POWERFUL CAN AFFORD, when a common man fights against the Resourceful Organised (ROs!)!!] IN THE MIND OF THE INDIAN POPULACE, SYSTAMATICALLY, (1) a million complaints against innumerable gas agencies, all across India, (2) another million complaints against the various SO CALLED charitable institutions which get all the benefits from the governments & NEVER CEASE TO BE AVARICIOUS like the religious institution which unilaterally increased the rent of its tenants a whopping 128%, (3) a more than a million complaints about the wholesome & rampant adulteration of water, milk, food, education, life etc, (4) another millions of complaints against the wretchedly cunning & wholesomely cheating service sector companies like telecom etc and (5) another millions of complaints against the other organised sectors – which include government, semi government & nongovernmental institutions  - are ‘NEVER’ legally forwarded, registering suits in the courts WHICH ARE ‘SUPPOSEDLY’ THERE TO CHALLENGE ANY INJUSTICE THE COMMON MAN FACES!

The common sense that “THE BEST LAW HAS ALWAYS BEEN COMMON SENSE!” & whenever it is tweaked what we have is injustice or partial justice IS TOTALLY FORGOTTEN HERE IN INDIA, in the commotion of job creation! It is ALSO FORGOTTEN that “When law stands for itself, it is NO law at all!”!

May one day the Common People Of India (CPI!) get a legal system where THE BASE WILL BE ‘COMMON SENSE’ & NO ONE (Common Man!) ‘DIE’ FIGHTING THE BATTLES AGAINST INJUSTICE, WITH ALL HIS RESOURCES, WHICH INCLUDE MONEY, ENERGY & THE MOST PRECIOUS ‘LIFE’, ‘COMPLETELY’ SPENT OR EXHAUSTED ON THE COURTS OF INDIA!!!

HIS GAS MAJESTY'S PROOFS AND THE PROOFLESS BOXES OF HIS GASDOM !

Only when the Food & Civil Supplies minister of Karnataka announced – In the Month of September or October 2011!- over the media that the verification of all the documents submitted by the GAS OWNERS  –THE GAS COMMON MEN!- was done, the wily gas distributors all over the state restarted to give the supplies to the Gas Common Man again! Our document submission was done, either in the month of July or August as per the news paper announced requirements, to OUR GAS AGENCY –Which Is ‘Sri Rama (Gas) Agency’, all these last 7 Years!- which put PROOFLESS CARD BOARD BOXES infront of the gas agency's veranda in those Document Collection Days of 2011, to collect the Required Documents Prooflessly from the Gas Common Man!

When, at the time of submission of the so called required documents, -In the month of July or August, 2011- we asked for the bill stating the reception of the documents, the stingy looking lady at the counter –There were more than a couple of miserly looking ladies @ the counter, then!- made faces & just waved & said "Just Put Them In The Proofless Cardboard Boxes arranged in the veranda!”, that they could MAKE ALL THE PROOFS OF SUBMISSION VANISH whenever they wanted to do it! She was saying it as if she were talking to some street urchins who came infront of her BEGGING FOR SOME OF HER FAMILY HELD GAS! When we repeated our request for the PROOF again she made faces & started to talk to the other STREET URCHINS WHO CAME THERE ASKING FOR HER FAMILY HELD GAS!

When our gas cylinder got finished on 9th of November 2011, we made the booking via IVR on the same day, which was WELL AFTER the Civil Supply’s Minister's announcement of the completion of the verification process of all the submitted documents & the declaration, all over the media, that almost 2 lakh customers were suspended from the gas supply list due to non submission of the required documents! We got our cylinder delivered on 12th of the same month -November 2011!

When on 16th of March 2012 - Just over 4 months after the gas cylinder was delivered in November 2011!- our gas cylinder got finished, we called the IVR again @ 3.09pm spending 1 minute & 28 seconds and got the response that the IVR was not in a position to register our booking with a suggestion that we contact ‘Our’ Gas Agency!

We called the gas agency over the phone two times, the last call being placed @ 3.13pm or so! Both the times THE RESPONSIBLE GAS PEOPLE didn’t pick up the phone as they must be in a very tight schedule trying to sort out the problems of the Gas Common Man! And, when we called them again @ 3.15 we got the engaged tone, as we knew pretty well that they must have kept the phone outside the cradle to help some GAS COMMON MAN! As we were well familiar with THESE EARNEST GAS PROBLEM SOLVERS - as we had 4 or so years back gone personally there & had a heated exchange of words with them on the non response or non picking up of the phone (when we reached at the Gas Agency -4 Years Back, the receiver of the EARNEST GAS AGENCY TELEPHONE was kept on the table top, where it had been resting for all the 40 or so minutes we had been trying to get connected to these CERTIFIED GAS PEOPLE)-  we went direct to the gas agency where we were told to submit the documents again!

We started to have a heated argument with the GAS LADY @ the desk, as she told us that we had not submitted the Required Documents! We asked “How Many Times One Has To Submit ‘The So Called Required Documents’?!" at the top of our voice! Then, the Gas Lady told that as our documents were not submitted they were not verified & hence, we got to submit them (AGAIN)! When we argued that we got our cylinder via IVR in the month of November 2011 -Enough proof that we had submitted our documents & our submitted documents were verified! - the Counter Gas Lady countered saying  that we got to submit all of them again! Then, to my repeated question "How many times we got to submit the documents?!" she replied grudgingly that it was better we talk to the ALL KNOWING MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE, THE GAS MANAGER inside!

We went inside & saw the GAS MANAGER sitting there, having a sort of an argument with ONE GAS COMMON MAN, who was talking, irritated, about the GAS ILL TREATMENT he got from these Official Gas People; when we reached near the table of the OFFICIAL GAS MANAGER the GAS COMMON MAN mumbled something and resigning to his GAS FATE went out side! The Gas Manager sat there as if he was talking about the Fukushima Nuclear Disaster & trying to find a GAS SOLUTION for the human suffering there in Japan with someone subordinate who was sitting left to him! He continued talking despite our arrival & when we WISHED HIS GAS HIGHNESS'S ATTENTION, grudgingly he turned to us in disgust as if we, the GAS MORTALS, made him deviate from the VERY SERIOUS FUKUSHIMA TOPIC, which ONLY he could have solved!

 When told about our problem he mumbled that we need to submit the documents (Again!) as we hadn't submitted them –In His Gas Majesty’s Grand Opinion!- and we had been given 3 months’ time TO RESPOND –“From When?” & “To What Should We Respond?!” I asked to which The Gas Majesty never replied!- & we never responded, our Gas Connection stands disconnected! Listening to this stupid & insensible blabbing of the GAS MANAGER, which he kept repeating, I argued vociferously that we had submitted our documents & ONLY BECAUSE THEY WERE SUBMITTED & VERIFIED WE GOT OUR CYLINDER REFILLED IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 2011!

Then, the GAS MANAGER asked us "What Proof We Had For The Submission Of Our Documents?!" The moron looking guy repeated "What Proof you have which says that you have submitted the documents?!" He also INFORMED US that it was ‘Our Constitutional Duty’ to collect ‘the Proof Of Document Submission’, as he was more than well aware that THESE GAS MORONS NEVER GAVE GAS PROOFS for anything they do! Listening & talking to these GAS DICTATORS we sometimes seriously doubt whether they were trained by Mossad or KGB of yesteryears to eliminate all the proofs of their doing, well before they take up any position in any of the gas agencies in Karnataka!

I repeatedly told HIS GAS MAJESTY that when we submitted the documents we asked for the PROOF & we were told that we need only put what all documents we had with us into the PROOFLESS BOXES put in the veranda of THESE PROOFLESS PEOPLE! I harshly told him that we didn’t put the documents, which were stated to be used to MAKE GAS PROOF, in the box put in the veranda of the BAR which was almost opposite to this PROOF ELIMINATING PEOPLE, or the waste box put inside the KSRTC bus depot, as according to the newspaper & other reports we –The Gas Common Men of Karnataka!- were asked to submit them to THESE PROOFLESS & PROOF ELIMINATING GAS CON MEN!

HE WAS PROOFLESSLY LAUGHING AT US WHEN HE ASKED FOR ‘THE PROOF OF THE DOCUMENT SUBMISSION’ WHICH NEITHER HE NOR HIS GAS SUBORDINATES EVER GAVE TO ANY GAS COMMONER BODY IN HIS GAS KINGDOM! And, he reminded us, a number of times that it was OUR DUTY to get the proof! I shouted back that if HIS DUTY TO GIVE PROOF IS NOT DONE, EVEN AFTER ASKING, THEN HOW WILL I FULFILL MY CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY OF GETTING THE GAS PROOF?!

The stupid looking man was full of his own stupidity that he said that we had to go to the food & civil supplies department if we needed to get the gas proof! He seemed to imply well that if they too don’t give any proof of the submission of the documents for GAS VERIFICATION IN KARNATAKA then we –The Representatives Of The Gas Common Man- can go to the Union Food Ministry in Delhi, the Supreme Court, the Prime Minister’s Office, the International Court of Justice in Hague & United Nations (UN!), in that order!

His Master’s Voice – Legally!

The man hacked  his neighbour to death and buried him under a Banyan tree; the other fellow kicked his friend out of his life and ran away for cover with police close at his heels; the fisherman kidnapped the other person's daughter, to have a kid with her as he could not give a kid to his wife; the butcher butchered the person who came to his house regularly, as he was suspicious of an illicit relationship going on between him and his wife; the man poured boiled water onto the plants his neighbour was growing, secretly in the nights, as his wife didn’t like plants & greenery on the other side of the fence; the wife arranged an exorcist to exorcise the evil in the house and the exorcist cleaned the house worth lacks of rupees and disappeared from the scene, applying  chloroform on the participants; the man stopped talking to his mother and treated her as a street wench and never greeted her as his wife was never in comfort with her mother-in-law; he started to drink regularly and come home & shout at his neighbours, from the roof tops, as his wife liked her husband bullying her hapless neighbours; he killed his paramour's husband as she (BIBI/WIFE of the killed person!) didn’t like him & wanted him to be killed!

 

All this above mentioned things happened thanks to the orders or the wishes of the all knowing & extremely logical wives of people, who were either participants or supporters of their wives’ good & educated wishes; and, all these men knew, it is Underneath Their Wives' Feet Their Heaven Lies! All this because, they perfectly understood without their wives' wishes being given, they can not breath oxygen on the surface of our mother Earth! They also understood that they have to jump into Mariana Trench unprotected if one's wife asks so or try to hit a running train off it's tracks with one's head, if one's wife demands so! One also knows that one has to fetch the flower KALYANA SOUGANDHIGAM somehow, if one's wife is bent on having one, come what may; one has the story of the MIGHTY BHIMA going to bring the same as and when asked by a very feminine Draupathi, deeply written inside one’s mind! And, not to forget, one's wife tells the story a million times a day to remind one of his DUTIES TO HER! And one is SO LOYAL to her that he never forgets it is under HER ALL KNOWING FEET HIS HEAVEN IS!

 

Hence, it came as no surprise to all these above mentioned people & the millions like them when the Apex Court declared "Bibi joh boltee hai woh suno (Listen to whatever your wife says) as otherwise it could land you in trouble. Because, if you do not listen to her, you will suffer the consequences" & "If your wife asks you to put your face that side, put it that side. If she says, put it this side, then put it this side. Otherwise you will face trouble. HUM SAB BHOGI HAIN (We are all sufferers!)".  The wives all over India welcomed whole heartedly the statement from the vacation bench & they once again made their Loyal Husbands remember that it is What They Say They have To Do & Nothing Else or Else Be Ready To Suffer As It Is Legal Now That If The Husband Do Not Follow The Order/Rule of The Wife Word by Word, It is Destined that He Suffer 24/7 & The Wife Has The Right To Make The Husband Suffer, That The Hell Itself Become Ashamed!

 

Hence, from now onwards it is legalised that one can do anything one likes to do and blame it on one's wife that even if  what is done is a serious crime, one can go scot free as & if it is the will of one's wife! All should non-sensibly execute whatever their wife or wife-to-be says and attain Nirvana! Because, according to those in the thick of the matter or we call knowledgeable people, it is unconditional, insensible & illogical subjugation to their women folk that is the secret of BLISS or NIRVANA or HEAVEN! "Yes we know it is the Ultimate Truth!” that is what each and every man says all over India! One will seriously doubt whether the Judge or Judges who proclaimed these things were saying or presenting WHAT THEIR WIVES SHOULD HAVE ASKED THEM TO SAY OR PROCLAIM, as who will SAY NO to DIVINE INTERVENTIONS and WHO CAN? And, one must know pretty well what will happen if one dare to disobey one’s JUDICIALLY UNTRAINED WIFE!! As we mortals always strive for HEAVEN & not HELL after this life, doing Poojas & saying our Prayers regularly, how can we create Hell in our lives while we are alive, as achieving BLISS or HEAVEN is as simple as dancing to the tune of one's wife!
