ALL THE INDIANS!

‘All’ the Indians are cheats, liars, black money hoarders, black money hiders, black money printers (Black being the colour of Evil, Devil, a HUGE number of Indians, Africans, &, white, the colour of peace flag, fairness creams, powders & of course, the colour of the British slave merchants who decimated India for ‘more than’ 200 years!), fake currency printers, cheaters, seditious criminals, anti national infidels, terrorists, suspects, the accused, the doubted, tax evaders, potential criminals, fugitives, criminals having ‘ILLEGAL’ sexual intercourses with the UNREGISTERED & UNCERTIFIED, the ones who ALWAYS do/speak/opine contempt of court, the one who ALWAYS do/speak/opine contempt of police, the one who ALWAYS do/speak/opine contempt of government & ‘even’ NON INDIANS! This is what all the CENTRAL GOVERNMENTS, and, of course, state governments ‘insist’, from time to time!

And, it IS the ‘ONLY’ duty of an Indian to prove from dawn to dusk & Sunday to Saturday & January to December & Birth to Death that he is ‘NOT’ such a one (OR a combination of the above stated multiples!), as painted in the previous paragraph, spending one’s hard earned money, effort & even life, whenever & wherever the Central governments & state governments accuse one, intermittently, nonstop, of 100% being so , i.e., thousands of times, according to the whims & fancies of the so called elected rulers or SHOULD we call them ‘DERANGED DICTATORS (DDs!)’?!!!

The onus is always ‘on’ the common man (As it SHOULD BE, as it is common to accuse the common man, commonly!) and it is HIS LIFE that is screwed up, ALWAYS! The ‘ONLY’ duty of the ‘so called’ ‘elected’ governments is to ‘simply accuse’ & ‘keep finding’ newer accusations that can be thrown on the ‘utterly defenseless’ common man, one after another & now & then! Research work, with the HELP of FOREIGN AID, has been going on, on the war footing in this field of finding newer accusations (FNAs!)! Foreign investment is gushing forth in this field of research & development (R&D!); and, the only ‘Functioning Wing’ (OFW!) of the Indian Research Foundation is the ‘REFORMED’ Newer Accusation & Doubt Finding Agency of India with Foreign Aid (NADFAIFA!)!

Central Governments (CGs! Or c(a)g(e)s??) ALWAYS KEPT ASKING to do this & do that to prove our INDIANNESS, as if Indians’ Indianness changes like a chameleon changes its colour, every now & then!

Indians driving a four wheeler were FORCED TO peel off the sunscreens they put on their vehicles, spending their own well earned money, to shield themselves from the ALL PRYING EYES of the paparazzi minded criminals in the society, claiming that all the Indians travelling inside a sun screened vehicle are POTENTIAL TERRORISTS or INTERNATIONAL FUGITIVES or  BIN LADENS! By such a foolish & arrogant move the central government put the onus of proving themselves NON TERRORISTS, NON RAPISTS, NON FUGITIVES, NON BIN LADES etc on the common man, again!    

Spending thousands of crores of common man’s money, the Central Government ‘then’ IMPOSED CCTVs, even inside the common man’s bedrooms, in the name of nonexistent & drummed up security threats & put everything recorded ‘LIVE’ that anyone & everyone could see when a terrorist, robber, murderer, rapist comes & does whatever, never mentioning WHAT IF the evil doer comes wearing his head properly covered or wearing an ISI helmet or the evil is done where the CCTV is absent, as putting a CCTV on every inch of Indian territory is senseless & impossible!? Thousands of CCTVs got installed, spending thousands of crores of common man’s money, are NOT functioning & thousands of CCTV recordings of the crime scenes are of NO USE to catch the culprits, due to poor lightings or poor quality recordings etc are NEVER told! Again the common man was ‘SUSPECTED’ for being a terrorist, fugitive, criminal, murderer, rapist & all other sorts of evil doer & the onus of proving otherwise is ONCE AGIN PUT on the frail shoulders of the common man of India (CMI!)!

Aadhar has been ‘imposed upon’ the common man ‘with’ thousands of crores of Indian Common Man’s Money (ICMM!) thrown into the gutters to ‘REBAPTISE’ Indians as Indians (Shall we call it GHAR WAPSI of a non religious kind?!!), Malayalee as Malayalee, Kannadiga as Kannadiga, Bengali as Bengali, Rajasthani as Rajasthani, Marathi as Marathi, Manipuri as Manipuri, Assamee as Assamee, Bihari as Bihari & so on! By revealing our Retinal Code to the International Criminals (ICs!), & Exposing ourselves with the DNA pattern of ‘EVERY’ Indian to the EVER GREEDY, CROOKED, GAMBLING, SELFISH, PERVERTED International Beasts, WE WERE ‘MADE TO’ DIG OUR OWN GRAVES, with the government helping International Criminals (People, Businessmen, Companies & Nations!) in this matter!

It is ‘HORRIBLE’ to know that we were ‘FORCED’ to ‘PROVE’ our Indian identity by ‘SELLING’ & ‘ENDANGERING’ ourselves, fatally! All the Indians, born in India, were asked to prove ‘OUR INDIANNESS’ by the ‘FALSE’, ‘MANIPULATED’ & ‘EVER CHANGING’ standards of the West, despite we having, at the least, more than half a dozen, ‘accepted’ identity proofs of Indianness! We ‘SOLD OURSELVES’ in the International Criminal Markets, FORCED BY the Indian central government (Which is nothing more than a ‘FOREIGN’ Prime minister!), to ‘PROVE’ our loyalty to the nation!?

People GOT HIT LIKE ANYTHING the very next moment AFTER Aadhar Commotion & Suffering started abating, after months of ‘PROVING INDIANS’ INDIANNESS’! One fine evening, India’s ‘Foreign’ Prime Minister (FPM!), taking ‘very’ precious time out of his foreign wanderings/flirtations, ASKED INDIANS TO ‘PROVE’ THEIR 500 & 1000 rupee notes are WHITE MONEY & THEIR INDIANNESS, and, the very next moment, vanished into the thin Japanese air, no more to be seen, again!  

The Perennially Indianness Proving Common Man Of India (PIPCMI!) got stuck with a couple of 500 & 1000 rupee notes in his Famously ‘Holed’ Pocket (FHP!)! All of a sudden, he found that whatever money in 500 & 1000 notes he had became ‘AS INVALID AS A COMMON MAN’ & for another more than 24 precious hours he & his family had to survive on the coins & other RELEVENT/WHITE notes of lower denomination!

With His ‘White’ & ‘Foreign’ Master Strategy (WFMS!) India’s ‘Foreign’ Prime Minister (FPM!) has REVEALED (As Moses did to the Israelites!) TO THE AWE STRUCK nation that all the ‘BLACK’ money in India is stored in 500 & 1000 rupee notes & all the BLACK MONEY stored in 100 rupee notes, gold, diamond, stock & share, land  etc is WHITE! Really, it was a ground breaking revelation or should one say ground breaking discovery for which he would ‘surely’ be given the Nobel for Economics & Oscar for the best actor, next year! People even doubt that he would be cannonised as the Saint for Economics by the Vatican & the Indian government would honour him with nothing less than the Barath Rathna for just making ALL THE BLACK MONEY IN INDIA vanish in just one master move! Whether ‘THE ORIGINAL THUGLAK’ will contest Our FPM’s grand claims to fame is to be seen!

By declaring ALL the 500 & 1000 notes invalid, Our FPM has, without his knowledge, gave away the clear picture of the validity & credibility of those who printed these notes, i.e. the government itself (Or, in other words, that All Powerful ‘FPM’himself!)! The credibility of the Indian Currency notes got smashed one fine night, that too by the So Called FPM of Our Own Country; what a shame!  

It is reported through various news channels, from which one can hear ‘ONLY’ truths, that lakhs & lakhs of black marketers, black money hoarders etc are arrested in the thousands of branches of various banks, all over India, &, @ tens of thousands of post offices, as they rush to exchange the 500-1000 rupee BLACK MONEY NOTES! It is also reported that there is a war like situation in all the jails of the country as the room the jails have seems pretty inadequate to keep all the 500-1000 notewallah BLACK MONEY hoarders (500-1000 NBMHs!) inside the limited area as the BLACK MONEY HOADERS seems to be numberless!

THE STAUNCH SUPPORTERS OF THE FPM TRUMPET THAT the promise by the FPM to the Indians when he was trying to get himself elected in 2014 that he would provide JOBS to the Indians is kept by this 500-1000 ‘BLACK’ move as crores of Indians got jobs AS (1) PORTERS/COOLIES to carry the non black money notes when a BLACK 1000 rupee note was exchanged for 1000 single rupee coins etc (2) Queuers who stood in the serpentine queues, from dawn to dusk, to change a couple of BLACK 500-1000 notes (3) Patients (meaning those who has patience!) who patiently stood like beggars to get the money they earned, struggling in their lives (4) Humblers as waiting for one’s turn to come as slaves in the banks & post offices has been a humbling experience which taught BLACK ( = NOT white!) INDIANS ‘How It Was Before We Got The So Called Independence’ etc!!

THE STAUNCH SUPPORTERS OF THE FPM  also claim that it was found out by the various intelligence agencies & international study groups that thousands of FARMERS commit suicide in India BECAUSE OF the BLACK MONEY they hoarded inside their farmlands which the 500-1000 BLACK MONEY CATCHER FPM never allowed to appear over ground & around 40 crores of Indians go to sleep, empty bellied, EVERY NIGHT BECAUSE OF the same BLACK MONEY they hoarded underground which the VERY PROGRESSIVE & DEVELOPMENTAL FPM who is DEAD AGAINST THE 500-1000 BLACK MONEY HOARDRES (500-1000 BMH!) never allow to appear above the ground! STUDIES HAVE TO BE TRUSTED, PARTICULARLY, INTERNATIONAL ONES!!

But, some ‘PESSIMISTS’ baselessly ask ‘How will the 500-1000 BLACK MONEY HATER FPM catch those who HID THE BLACK MONEY in 100 rupee notes, gold, diamonds, stock & share, land etc’, as they baselessly feign to ask the question whether our FPM will ask THOSE BLACK MONEY HIDDERS to carry all the BLACK LAND, BLACK GOLD, BLACK DIAMOND, BLACK STOCK & BLACK SHARE etc to the various bank branches & post offices, all over India, & get them exchanged in smaller, tiny pieces, parts & EVEN PARTICLES (WHITE, OF COURSE!!)?! Some of those ‘STUPID’ teasers even ask WHO has the authority to tell how to use, when to use, where to store, how to store the money one earned, working HARD, all one’s Life!

They ASK if a person who NEVER trusts banks & other financial institutions (There are crores of ‘SUCH’ people!), as HE knows they are all there ONLY to trick & loot the customer, keeps the money (Legally Taxless 2.5 lakh, a year!) unto himself for 5 years he would have 12.5 lakhs in cash with him; then, what sort of ‘PROOF’ he has to give for the money he has; there is NO such need, at all, IS THE TRUTH?! They also tell that they will take care of the money they earned, sincerely & honestly, taking pains and, no one has the right to call their money BLACK, just for the sake of calling something BLACK!

   

In a country WHERE (1) bail & non bail with incarceration is IMPOSED UPON AN ACCUSED (NOT A CONVICT!), (2) sedition is ‘Court Trailed’, every other day, only on the basis of ‘SUSPICION’ & ‘COMPLAINT’, of some thin skinned, court happy or court addicted persons, (3) NON DEAD certificates are asked every now & then, (4) notary attested ‘something’ has to be carried, on the person, day & night, (5) police verification of the passport applicant is LEGALLY done after one getting the passport & the verifying officer getting some extra valueless Indian money (VIM!), (6) LKG-UKG admission seeking kids are FORCED TO FURNISH ‘ALL CLEAR’ CERTIFICATES (ACCs!) from the ‘Eye Testing Centre (ETC!) to get admission in the LKG-UKG sector (It is a sector, NOT school!), (7) to renew one’s passport two neighbours’ signatures with ID proof is DEMANDED, (8) round the clock marriage certificate attestation & verification by the moral police & police of any couple, anywhere, 24/7, all over the country, (9) vaccination compliance verification & re verification & FORCEFULL compliance by the so called health department chamchas & their cronies are carried out stealthily, (10) pollution certificate IMPOSITION on the common man, when the reason for the emission is the ADULTERATION SUPPORTED & DONE BY THE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES & OIL COMPANIIES, is done in the name of FALSE & SENSELESS laws, (11) poison, waste, non edible items, manipulated-adulterated items are certified, permitted, promoted & supplied to the defenseless common man as FOOD & BEVERAGES by the governments, (12) ONLY the tricky, HUGELY exploitative & makeshift English Medicinal system is promoted out of the hundreds of REAL medical treatment systems (Which includes the traditional Ayurveda, Unani, Naturopathy, Pranic Healing etc) to shamelessly exploit the common man, (13) ONLY medical certificates of/from an English Doctor is accepted as proof in medical matters, (14) insurance is nothing but the shameless exploitation of common man’s ignorance & fear of the uncertain future, (15) multitudes of unjust taxes are imposed, nonstop,  for NON DOING THINGS & MAINTAINING ALL THE THINGS IN UTTER NEGLECT & DISREPAIR (Roads & All!) etc, (16) service taxes are collected for services NEVER rendered ( By lawyers, teachers, petrol delivery stations and another numberless people!), (17) certified helmets which can NEVER protect one’s head in a real accidents is FORCED on the common man’s head in the name of safety & other lakhs of SENSELESS THINGS are RULING THE SO CALLED DEMOCRATIC NATION what else can be expected from the FPM of such a chaotic nation???

Stopping Indians From Celebrating Rape!

Indians have been ‘celebrating’ RAPE, BIG TIME! They have, at the least, for a couple of years been submerged in this specific topic, 24/7! All over India, people have been thinking about it, 24/7, all these couple of years! They have, it seems, nothing else to think & talk about….Not even their poverty, deprivation, lack of opportunity to grow, near nothing existence etc! They all have ONLY one word in their mind, soul – RAPE!

Soumya in a Kerala local train where she was BRUTALLY raped & killed, Nirbhaya in Delhi who also was raped & killed, Badaum girls, policeman getting ‘suspended’ for ‘ALLEGEDLY’ raping a girl, parents initiating girls into the flesh trade & getting their own children getting raped, foreigner getting raped in India, 80+ year old woman getting raped, children of 1-3years of age getting raped, call centre cabbie raping & killing a girl in Bangalore, rape in the orphanage, rape in the mansion, rape in the bus, rape in the car, rape in the moving auto rickshaw, rape in the park, rape in the track, rape in the field, rape in the Track & Field (!) ……………………the ‘stories’ are in their thousands, in Our Cultured India! And, it is the problem ……. ‘THEY’ are just STORIES!

Hence, for the growth of this industry in India, IT SEEMS, someone VERY POWERFUL is burning the midnight oil!

IT SEEMS that it is because of these Industry Champions (ICs!) the rapes continue unabated in India, as the RNVI badly needs rape stories! It is a RAPE FACT (RF!) that without rape getting reported no newspaper sees the morning, anywhere in India! It is the ‘ONLY’ thing where there is no distinction between national English dailies & the vernacular newspapers! The details SPLASHED across the pages with ‘ONLY’ the name of the victim masked gives millions of Indians a chance to figure out who the LATEST victim was, using various ‘Apps’ provided by the tech savvy experts of the west, via the all invasive ‘App Stores’, where downloading is chargeable by ‘ONLY’ a couple of rupees!

It is found out in Various Studies conducted by Western Study Agencies (WSAs – It is ‘ONLY’ there certified, scientific & trustable studies are conducted, anywhere in the world!) that Rapes in India increase the ‘Apps’ download substantially that ‘Apps’ companies turn from red to black in India, in NO TIME!

It is also the time for the word fight & the sort of related things about the reasons for the UNENDING RAPES (URs!) happening in the country, depending on the colour of the political party one represents or supports! The ruling party ALWAYS places the responsibility of all the rapes happening in the country on the shoulders of the opposition parties and their smear campaigns & the opposition parties RETALIATE by blaming all the rapes on the ruling party!

From the dress code of women who are RAPED to the cultural tilt towards the West & the resultant abandoning of the Indian values, the responsibility of the RAPE VICTIM, the INDUCEMENT the RAPED provided to the rapist to get herself raped, the character & family background of the raped & killed and a million other things are HOTLY discussed! TV channels celebrate RAPE by conducting Talk Shows, Serialised Episodes on the RAPED women in India, Kaun Banega ‘Next’ RAPE Victim (KBNRV!) Contests (Where the participants are selected on the basis of an SMS lottery where the person who sends an SMS to participate IS CHARGED rupees 60 or more ‘ONLY’ for EACH SMS sent!), Panel discussion where THE EXPERTS spit out their EXPERT opinion on RAPE & related things etc!

In this melee what is TOTALLY FORGOTTEN is the ‘RAPED’, in their thousands, & their miserable lives (If they are ‘STILL’ alive!) & the HORRIBLE FACT that the SAME RAPE ENVIRONMENT (RE!) where anyone can RAPE anyone, anytime, remains!

Despite all these variety of things like group discussions on RAPE, political mudslinging of the worst kind, ‘LIVE’ from the spot programmes etc happening, all over India, RAPES continue unabated! Whether the ‘Apps’ are sold or not making companies register a HUGE profit RAPES continue, in their thousands…..Whether the ruling & opposition parties continue their mudslinging competition on this grave issue RAPES continue……Whether millions of English & vernacular newspapers are sold or not RAPES continue as if tomorrow will be a better day for the All India Rapists (AIRs!) community, which STRONGLY lobbies to get inside the newly formed & ‘West’ recognised LGBT Brother or Sisterhood, to get their RIGHTS!  

All Indians & the various governments which PRETEND to rule them HAVE TO UNDERSTAND that all the Raped are RAPED for abiding the law AS all the girls Raped in India have NEVER been reported for ‘NOT’ abiding the law of the country; still they are brutally raped! When the law abiding citizens are raped cattle class BY those anti social elements & perverts who never care a rap for the System Of Law in the country, what can the law making & implementing societies do? In India, they elongate the excruciating torture the rape victims go through with SUCH ‘SCIENTIFIC’ TESTS as ‘2 Finger Test’ & other dastardly acts & procedures! And, there are some courts of the highest order which have already jumped into the Mediation Ring (MR!), trying HARD to become mediators in the matters involving the rapist & the raped in the hope of getting FDI in mediation industry!

The fact to be remembered in this situation is that India is a Very Progressive Country (VPC – Of course with the HELP of FDI!), which has been trying HARD to enter the UN ‘Security’ Council as a permanent member when it FAILS MISERABLY to give ‘SECURITY’ EVEN to the law abiding Females (LAF!) & where anything ‘Sexual’ before the Enlightenment Age 18 is considered Rape & of course, a non bailable offence which will see the ‘RAPIST’ behind the bars for an unaccounted quantity of Time (Where these ‘Sexual’ things are NEVER explained & made understood by the laymen like whether hugging & kissing come under Rape ; whether kissing & hugging is sexual or not; what quantity of kissing pressure on an under 18 girl’s lips or the force of hugging her body be qualified as sexual; how much kissing & hugging can be considered sexual & how much is not etc) AND, no girl can EVER know Her Sweet 17, LEGALLY! Provisions are made on a war footing that Girls can ENJOY their SWEET 17 AFTER crossing 18, with RETROSPECTIVE EFFECT!

An amendment is due where it is sufficiently mentioned that all the girls SHOULD BE given, after reaching the Girl Enlightenment Age of 18 (GEA 18!), EQUAL opportunities to be enticed & seduced by the Legally permitted & qualified boys & men (It SHOULD BE made sure that they all are ‘Registered’ & carry an Aadhar Card, to get this benefit!) ‘promising’ a marriage of heaven & earth! Then, the Enlightened Girls can LEGALLY be enticed & seduced, as after a girl reaching 18 seduction & enticement is STRICTLY legal! No legal hawk of India ever thought HOW can a male attract a female without a little bit of enticement, seduction, misinformation, untruth, pretention etc WHEN all other departments of the so called modern life are FULL of these things as WE SEE IN ALL THE ADVERTISEMENTS, scattered all over media, LEGALLY!

In a country where the girl can ‘legally’ be shamelessly exploited 24/7 by everyone ‘much before’ she turns 18, in all OTHER departments of Life, from the time she is born – BY numberless baby food makers, girl dress wallahs, toy manufacturing companies, education systems, jewelers, girl child TV channel wallahs, ‘Registered’ advertisement wallahs, bikini suit wallahs, mini skirt wallahs, swim suit wallahs, short tennis skirt wallahs who sell their wares LEGALLY, wearing which the underwear is ALWAYS the most visible attraction etc -- only ‘Sexual’ things are denied & sin! And, according to Indian Law no girl can ‘SIN’ before 18 without being seduced by a male (He can be under age, over age or under-over age etc!) who ALWAYS seduces her ‘promising’ a marriage of heaven & earth!

The ‘FIRST’ thing to do to STOP this brutal destruction of Female Life, in India, is to (1) PROVIDE the harshest punishment to the rapist, that too with quick trial conducted. The other important things to be done are to (2) making all the girls, in India, understand that it is their PRIME & ONLY DUTY to protect themselves & their lives as they are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for their actions AS NO ONE can protect the one who is on the road to self destruction etc, (3) making girls aware of their ‘PHYSICAL’ limitations while confronted by a male in an unsafe situation etc, WHATEVER the feminists movements say or try to instill (4) restraining the media from the ‘Sensationalisation’ of rape AS Rape in India has NEVER reduced due to the media celebration of rape & it’s victims, (5) STOP harassing the Rape Victims with the STUPID methods of investigation like the 2 Finger Test, uncivilised behavior & questioning of the police force vis a vis the rape victim etc, (6) systematic, speedy & efficient use of fool proof methods like DNA testing etc without the ALL INTRUDING ATTITUDE of the investigating officers towards the rape victim (7) making the police & other officials who interact & investigate a rape case MOSTLY females that the victim is protected from MORE victimisation (8) sensible & non discriminatory laws be introduced that ‘Rape By Technical Reasons’ can be ‘completely’ avoided as is in the matter of Age Of Consent where it is ‘FOOLISHLY’ fixed @ 18 in the matter of an unmarried girl where as a married girl above the age 15 can have sex whenever & wherever, without having the CHARGE OF RAPE on her husband (9) simplification of the procedures in the rape cases that it can be completed within a couple of months (10) exclusion of the lawyers (AS SHOULD BE DONE IN MOST OF THE CASES, IN INDIA!!!) from the rape cases, as they  ALWAYS try to complicate & elongate things so that they MINT money from rape cases (AS from scientific evidence like DNA Test ‘MOST’ of the rape cases can be proved BEYOND any doubt & a sensible judge can come into conclusion without considering the arguments of the lawyer representing the rapist)!

Let’s, all Indians, STOP celebrating rapes & move ahead, hand in hand, to stamp out this inhuman practice of uncultured, brutal & inhuman minds as we did with a number of Social Evils like ‘Sati’! Let’s all STOP every male, female, medium & whatever moving in India from celebrating rape for their own selfish purposes and UNITE in asking the so called governments that profess to rule us in the name of democracy to heed what we common men & women of India demand HERE : An India Where No Life Or Prestige Of A Single Woman Is Lost Due To Our Negligence, Ignorance, Selfishness, Law, Government, Executive & NO BRUTE IS ALLOWED TO ROMP AROUND, HUNTING FOR THE NEXT VICTIM!

What China Does To India..!

The various new studies (Conducted where else BUT in the West, of course!) have credibly found out that ‘What China Does To India, Tamilnadu Does To Kerala!’ In other words, ‘What Tamilnadu does to Kerala, China does EXACTLY to India’! The Keralites, to their utter shock & disbelief, are finding out that the ‘findings’ of the various Western studies are exactly correct to the last syllables!

Though the studies have taken these many years to get published, it is a fact that the Learned Tamilans (LTs –‘NOT’ to be confused with LTTE!) always knew it! A Tamil film produced more than ‘5’ years ago brings into light such a piece of ‘useful’ information, as well! Though the beans have been spilled, EVEN the Indian government didn’t take notice of such a major & relevant piece of information that could have improved the performance of the UPA II’s foreign policy decisions in a very BIG way!

Despite all its efforts, dealing with the Chinese has ‘never’ been India’s forte, particularly in the matter of its common borders with China! From the 1950s the boarders with China have always created serious headaches to the various central governments which ruled India, from time to time! The ‘inconsistent, non diplomatic, heavy handed, arrogant &unilateral’ methods continuously employed by the Chinese ALWAYS disturbed & annoyed India, beyond any describable/expressible words!

When the Tamil film hit the screens no one, including the MOST INTELLIGENT PEOPLE in the IB, RAW, CBI etc, ever noticed SUCH A BIG piece of information that could have COMPLETELY altered the Indian government’s foreign policy towards China, forever! Only if these INTELLIGENT people had given ENOUGH thought on the basic words the Chinese ALWAYS use in their attitude towards India - ‘inconsistency, non diplomacy, heavy handedness, arrogance & unilaterality’etc! – India could have won a MAJOR diplomatic victory without struggling a wee bit, against the Chinese; &, that too, for the first time in the Independent Indian history, over the over arching Chinese!

They could have ‘easily’ found out, with a very little effort, that the adjectives ‘inconsistent, non diplomatic, heavy handed, arrogant & unilateral etc’ have ‘ALWAYS’ been used in the interactions of one state in South India – Tamilnadu!- towards another neighboring state – Kerala! And, by learning & analysing threadbare what these Tamilans do to Keralites or the so called Malayalees, India could have developed some SENSIBLE methods or instruments to deal with the EVER domineering & arrogant Chinese, who have ALWAYS been playing Chinese Games with India!

The Chinese flood the Indian market with their cheaply produced goods which are toxic & below quality standards with the ‘TACIT’ support of the ‘WHO IS WHO’ of the Indian system; Tamilans flood Kerala market with Toxic Food Items (TFI!) & other substandard products in connivance with the so called Kerala officials who become rich by the minute with the money the manipulating Tamilan STUFF down their EVER GREEDY throats!

Though India’s backing helped China enter World Trade Organisation (WTO), China ALWAYS thwarted India’s efforts to get into the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG!) & securing a permanent seat @ the UN! Likewise, despite all the support the State of Kerala has given to Tamilnadu, all these years, Tamilnadu has been playing spoilsport with all the plans of Kerala, which NEEDS developments its people require inside its own territory!

The Chinese ALWAYS disputed EVEN the well demarcated territories of India & keep provocating India with their irritating incursions & land grabbing! To our wonder we can find the same happening when Tamilnadu keep disputing the well demarcated areas of the state of Kerala & usurp the land of the tiny state, as happened in many areas & territories which belong to Kerala, including Ramakyalmeedu, Mullapperiyar etc!

China keeps building their dams, railway lines, roads etc wherever they like in the border areas with India, nonstop & EVEN inside the Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK!) and do whatever they wish to do with their own resources & territories, PREVENTING India doing the same inside its own well marked territories! It is the SAME Chinese technique of doing whatever they wish to do inside their territory & their ‘CLAIMED’ territory & preventing the neighbour from doing the SAME, Tamilnadu uses to prevent Kerala from doing the developmental works it BADLY NEEDS to do for the well being & safety of its people, inside its own well demarcated territory!  

In the Tamil film which was released almost ‘5’ years ago it was clearly stated that the Chinese Kung Fu which gained world recognition via the Bruce Lee films of the 70s was actually the art brought to China by a Tamilan who escaped the non survivable living conditions in Tamilnadu, centuries back, & the god of Kung Fu the Chinese revere to the present day is none other than the Tamilan with a Chinese face!! In one strike the Tamilans have abrogated the Fatherhood of Kung Fu from the Chinese as they have done in many cases against its tiny neighbour Kerala & ONCE AGAIN revealed their ability to ‘lift’ whatever that is others’ with their master class thieving skills!

All those who watched the movie SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONVINCED in the matter that it is NOT the Chinese who invented the cheating ways which the Chinese proclaim as their own & which are regularly used against India, nonstop, as it SHOULD HAVE BEEN some Tamilan who taught the innocent Chinese (ICs!) whatever indecent, arrogant, heavy handed, manipulating ways they use against India & Indians! And, it’s clearly understood that it SHOULD BE some Tamilan behind whatever the Tricky & Ever Usurping Chinese do with India on its border with India & inside the Indian Territory!

Most probably, the various Scientific Studies (Of course, conducted by innumerable ‘Western’ universities, research groups, credit agencies etc!) which are there to see the light of the day, in the near future, WILL reveal that all the Chinese were ACTUALLY the descendants of the Tamilans who migrated to China Thousands of years ago OR Tamilnadu was the ‘Capital Part’ of China before the Indian peninsula jammed into the Asia continent, creating the Mighty Himalayas!

Sacrificing The Indian Businessmen!

What’s happening to the ‘SELECTED’ (By ‘Whom?’ has ‘ALWAYS’ been the question?) business people of India?  From what one sees in the matter of the Sahara Group chairman Subrata Roy (Subrata can be EXPLAINED SU+ BRATA i.e. Good Brother!), the mess pool he ‘has been’ pushed into, the suffering he has been going through, all these months, have all been crying out for answers for the question we have asked in the opening of this paragraph!

He has been languishing in the Tihar jail for almost 1 year now on contempt of court charges & it seems that there seems to be no light at the end of the SPECIALLY CREATED TUNNEL (SCT!) for him! It is amazing to see that, every day, the tunnel is getting longer & longer and the light is running far away from the Sahara chief! It seems that the Sahara chief is without any sahara (Help!) or he has become ‘besahara’ (Beleaguered or helpless in English!) , for some time now!

The Supreme Court of India has asked him to deposit a very ‘small’ amount $1.6 billion (That is more than 10000 crores of Indian rupees!) to get the bail which he has been trying hard to raise, all these months, in vain! The central government seems to be in eternal slumber from which it doesn’t want to wake up, as far as the Sahara chief is concerned! So is the Bengal government of Mamata Banarjee which itself is battling the do or die battle with the CBI & company over the Saradha scandal!

Almost after 1 year in Tihar jail when Subrata was trying hard to raise the amount to pay out the bail, every hammer in the country is struck on his head, one after another, in a wonderful rhythmic symphony! One after another, SEBI, CBI, Enforcement Directorate (ED, which has been assessing & re assessing the amount Sahara is ‘supposed’ to have paid back to its customers & others a couple of times to have a last announced sum which ‘IS’ almost 10000 crores ‘LESS’ than what it assessed first & another couple of times!) & others have been hunting the Sahara chief, at times, simultaneously & sometimes, one after another with the PREVIOUSLY NEVER SEEN regularity that Subrata NEVER gets any respite, EVEN in his sleep in Tihar, AS SOMEBODY WANTED IT!!

Even one has, at the least, a little bit of data on ‘SOME’ of the business people of India who were ‘Sacrificed’ @ the altar of Indian business in the name of Business Ethics, Business Law, Business Fairness, Business Justice and whatever, ONE SURELY SEES SOMETHING ‘FISHY’ in the Sahara Case & its unfolding!

Over the decades, in the Indian business circles, it’s been like someone deciding some other one’s fate, just because the first one disliked the second one because he doesn’t like the competition he has been giving OR the loss to the first man’s group the second man is creating due to the ‘market fight’ OR the monopoly the first one gets if the second one is ‘REMOVED’ OR the first one has an interest in the second one’s assets or ‘SIMPLY’ the first one doesn’t like the second one etc!

Whenever the first one planned – the first one ‘ALWAYS’ remains invisible is a fact! – the ‘SACRIFICE’ he ‘ALWAYS’ takes assistance from those who are there in the ‘MARKET’ (One can call them ‘Market Rowdies & Market Goondas -MRs OR MGs- Use of whom is ‘legal’ in ‘BUSINESS MEN SACRIFICE’ – BMS!), for a price, that too for good silver! Whenever he planned the sacrifice he ALWAYS planned it so efficiently that the second one ALWAYS stayed in whatever he prepared with the help of the ‘MARKET MEN’ – Or MRs & MGs!-for a very long time, if possible to the last days of his life!

One comes to have the first clear hints out of ‘THESE WELL PLANNED SACRIFICES’ with the ‘SUDDEN’ death of the Biscuit tycoon Rajan Pillai in the central prison, decades back! Before that, in the times of the License Raj, one gets ‘SOME’ ideas out of the fights between the Father Ambani & his long ago defeated enemies! But, with Rajan Pillai, people started to get some wind of the REAL happenings & of course, Planned SACRIFICES (PS!) in the business circles!

What Harshad Mehta did in the early 90s with the stock markets was considered & propagated as SO SHOCKING that he was put behind the bars, from where he NEVER came out, alive! What no one in those days –And, EVEN now!- TRIED TO UNDERSTAND was that he was SACRIFICED for using & utilising ‘WHAT WAS SURELY & TRULY POSSIBLE’ without any illegality!

He speculated with the money which was ‘NOT’ there was THE CLEAR SIGN OF INGENUITY & made the BSE skyrocket was NOTHING SHORT OF MIRCULOUS! He used the method ‘ONLY’ because there was THE CHANCE to make use of it & he was so intelligent to find out that option which EVEN the Olden Days Toothless Tiger (ODTT!) SEBI never dreamed up, in its wildest dreams! He was incarcerated & later sacrificed Tweaking the law that existed then with the ‘EXPLANATIONS’ OF LAW

which arrived much after HIS INGENUITY – We, now a days, call them Hindsight Laws (HSLs – Which can be ‘CREATED’ – Creation, most of the times, by the simple means of EXPLAINING an already existing law in such a TwiSTeD way!- whenever & wherever CERTAIN OBJECTS & OBJECTIVES ARE TO BE ACHIEVED !) - & its sharp & precise execution!

What we have ‘ALWAYS MISSED’ is that as all the great men are, he too was much ahead of his times, finding out the useful gap of 2-3 weeks of time when the promissory notes of one bank to the other CAN BE USED FRUITFULLY! In the present world where Certain BIG Countries & Billionaires (CBCBs!) ‘EVEN’ destroy countries & economies by undercutting them by ‘whatever means’ they think appropriate, ‘ONLY’ to make profits, where some so called ACUTE businessmen of the West are flattered all over the net & the printed editions of millions of books & magazines, all over the world, for making money out of ‘NOTHING’, what sensible men SELDOM understand is why we ‘STILL’ consider Harshad Mehta a pariah, EVEN AFTER SACRIFICING HIM FOR ‘NO’ FAULT OF HIS?!  

What happened to Ramalinga Raju known as Satyam Raju is another example of what can happen to a ‘SELECTED’ or ‘CHOSEN’ or ‘TARGETED’– For Sacrifice!- businessman in India! He, all of a sudden, found himself behind the bars for doing something ‘SO CALLED ILLEGAL’- ‘SOLELY’ depending on the ‘EXPLANATIONS’ of law! – while the multinational company (Price Waterhouse Coopers!) which HELPED him do ‘THE SO CALLED ILLEGAL ACTIVITY’ for 7 or 8 years went scot free, without facing any sort of action from the West Lenient Indian Law (WLIL!), to keep the books of OTHER LAW ABIDING COMPANIES OF INDIA, when he LOST his company, which had been in the TOP 3 Indian IT Companies for long, wholesomely which he built up from the scratch, as happened to Rajan Pillai of the Biscuit Giant ‘Britania’, a couple of decades back!

When the Western companies OPENLY flout the SO CALLED ‘INFERIOR’ INDIAN LAWS – Compared to those of the White Skinned Peoples, as whatever we have here is TAKEN/COPIED from the PREDOMINANTLY WHITE SKINNED COUNTRIES like the UK & US!- & the specially made Hind Sight Laws (HSLs!) as they KNOW pretty well that Indians STILL maintain their subservient mentality towards their former WHITE MASTERS & they get away with whatever they do in a Mentally Subservient Indian Law Structure (MSILS!) as we Indian have seen in the cases against Union Carbide, Price Water House Coopers, Vodafone, Shell & other foreign entities where India has ‘ALWAYS’ TWEAKED THE INDIAN LAW in the White Skin’s Favour, BY EXPLAINING IT, as has been happening from Our So Called Independent Days & throwing away billions of dollars which were RIGHTFULLY Indian!

It’s a pity that while ALL THESE ‘WHITE SKIN’ FLATTERY is going on & on in the Indian Law Structure, the SELECTED INDIANS are straight jacketed into the millennia long ‘EXPLATIONS’ OF LAW & (BUSINESS) SACRIFICES where we Indians ‘LOSE’ our brethren, in the ‘EXPLANATION FOG, which includes the stupidest of all the law, the Law Of Hind Sight (LHS!), created by the planners of the SACRIFICES!

When we see the ‘besahara’ Sahara chairman incarcerated for more than enough time, in the name of the LHS and Everlasting Explanation & Re Explanation of Law (EE-REL!?) by ‘various’ investigating agencies & their ARTFUL lawyers who represent them, one after the other & simultaneously, and see all the problems of the world STORMING India to STALL him from getting the ‘very small’ amount of $ 1.6 billion to make him come out of the central prison, come what may, ONE ‘SURELY’ DOUBTS THAT THE SAHARA CHIEF IS THE CENTRE POINT OF SOMEONE POWERFUL’S ‘BUSINESSMAN SACRIFICE PLAN’ (BSP!) & IT’S ‘EXECUTION’?!

Shaming The Idea Bangalore!

THE SHAMING OF BANGALORE is happening….! The Silicon Valley of Asia is getting the shame dirt on it on a daily, hourly & minutely basis! And, the CULPRITS are those who are there to protect the Name & Prestige of the metro city, which ALSO include those who govern, in the name of the so called common man whom the legendary cartoonist RK Laxman depicted with one of his master strokes of the same name!

It starts with the towing people, who are hand in glove with the police men stationed @ various places of Bangalore in the guise of protecting the common man in Bangalore! These towers, who has the very dignified qualities of the professional rowdies just ‘LIFT’ any vehicle from anywhere they deem fit, the SOLE CRITERION being THEIR IDEA OF NON PARKING AREA! These rowdy like people ALWAYS have a penchant for the vehicles registered in other states which come to Bangalore as tourist vehicles etc, when it comes to towing!

Whenever they see an ‘another’ state vehicle parked anywhere in Bangalore, they jump out of their towing vehicles & lift it off the ground & put it inside their towing vehicle, to be GONE IN 60 SECONDS! When one sees the perfection & the quickness of their action one SURELY doubts whether they are EX JAILBIRDS who finished their FINISHING COURSE in the prison, BUILDING MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL RELATIONSHIPS with the jail mates – In their case their jail mate policemen!

When the ‘ANOTHER STATE MAN’ (ASM – Sounds like ‘ASSAM?!) finds his ‘ANOTHER STATE VEHICLE’ (ASV!) disappeared into the thin air, from the parked position, with all the other ‘STATE VEHICHLES’ (SVs!) parked in the same area with him non disappeared, a SHELL SHOCKED ASM is ALWAYS told by a Divine Presence There (DPT!) that the tower has come & GONE IN 60 SECONDS! And, then, he will ALWAYS be directed to an X or Y police station nearby that he thrusts 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 or 1000 Indian Rupees (That dependents on the ASM’s gift of gab, language efficiency, size of the vehicle & a lot of other things!) into the Black Hole Pockets (BHP!) of the Tow Rowdy – Police Nexus (TRPN!) to get his ASV back!

The MG Road portion, on the Deccan Herald side, the connection road between the MG Road & Church Street near the LIC Building, the road side near the Commercial Street signal & various other road sides all over Bangalore where the bikes are parked, the ‘Illegal Parking Fee Collectors’ (IPFCs!) & the police have Real Time Association (RTA!); and, it has been going on for a large number of years! THE SHAME of the IPFCs & their ILLEGAL fee collection, WITH THE ‘CLEAR & PRESENT’ SUPPORT OF THE BANGALORE POLICE has NEVER been effectively wiped off from the face of Bangalore!

The Autowallahs of Bangalore are one of the WORST KINDS in India, SHAMING the Image Bangalore (IB!)! They thrive well on the FEAR they create in the minds of the commuters with the use of FOUL & AGGRESSIVE LANGUAGE (FAL!) which they use more often than not to intimidate a logically & legally correct traveler! The various governments which vie with each other to increase the auto fare, bus fare, excise duty & other myriad things incessantly, TILL DATE,  ‘NEVER’ tried enough to mitigate the unruly mob of the Autowallahs, Shaming Bangalore in a very BIG way!

The roads with innumerable pot holes, slabless pavements, where human beings are SUPPOSED to walk, uncovered man holes on the most prominent roads of Bangalore, intermittent & senseless Road Damaging Work (RDW!) done by the water & waste water departments of Bangalore Mahanagara Palike etc all throw SHAME on the Image Bangalore, nonstop!

Inaccurate & Inefficient Traffic System (IITS!) –Where one SURELY finds the wrong signal or out dated signal boards scattered across the width & breadth of the metro city!- ‘THOROUGHLY’ implemented in Bangalore makes it a city where the policemen can take a couple of 100 rupee notes, any time, from the pocket of the people who visit the city with their vehicles! And, the SHAME graph goes up & up!

Signal jumping is so rampant that it is the law abiding vehicle owner who suffers the most while all the Signal Jumpers (SJs!) reach their destinations hours ahead of him, jumping the SO CALLED TRAFFIC SIGNALS OF SHAME (TSS!) IN BANGALORE! One who visits Bangalore can’t go back from the city without, at the least once, noticing the ‘WORLD FAMOUS’ LURKING POLICEMEN OF BANGALORE (LPB!) who lie waiting SLYLY around the corner of the Bangalore Roads, in the guise of ‘CHECKING’ the vehicles passing by & earning ‘SOME’ paisa for their ‘Chai-Pani’! IT IS A REAL ‘SHAME’ ON THE IMAGE OF BANGALORE!

The bus drivers & conductors of BMTC, who compete neck to neck with the Infamous Autowallahs (IAs!) for the prime position in ARROGANCE & FLEECING THE COMMUTERS ‘ALSO’ add to the Bangalore Shame Index (BSI!)! They don’t EVEN spare those who use BMTC passes to travel in the night AS they consider it their Constitutional Right to deny permission to board the BMTC bus they drive in the night, EVEN though the passenger carries a valid BMTC Pass; they don’t shy away from ARGUING & FIGHTING with the night time passengers, creating some excuses, in the HOPE of EXTRACTING ‘SOME CHAI-PANI PAISA’ (SCPP!) for him & his family, making the SHAME Index soar high!

Shaming Bangalore is an EVER continuous Shame Saga….! The Commuter Friendly (CF!) BMTC buses which ‘ONLY’ think about the commuter comfort ‘rarely stops’ infront of the Cantonment Railway station to facilitate Aggressive Fleecing of the Autowallahs! The Citizen Friendly Governments (CFGs!) of all colours & hues ALWAYS kept a blind eye on this grave issue which has been in existence for quite some time now! For ‘NOT STOPPING THE BMTC BUSES’ in front of the Cantonment Railway Station ‘SOMEONE’ has been receiving HUGE kick backs, all these years @ the expense of the Common Man!

Again, the Commuter Friendly BMTC buses contribute HEAVILY towards SHAMING BANGALORE! They stop their services ‘WHENEVER & WHEREVER’ they like with hundreds of ‘common men’ stranded on the roads of the BMTC ‘SHAMED’ BANGALORE, ‘particularly’, in the night time! After ‘9’ in the evening, finding a BMTC bus to one’s destination becomes exactly equal to hitting a jackpot in the state sponsored lottery gamble!

In a SMART attempt to FISH in the puddled waters, BMTC, by 9 in the evening, ‘SHELVES’ all the ordinary buses from the streets & run ‘ONLY’ AC Volvo Buses, with AC switched off (For long time periods – “Smart, No?!”!) that the common man be FORCED to board these expensive buses, shelling out more of his & her TAX DEDUCED EARNINGS!

And, everyone, including the Citizen Friendly Governments (CFGs!), pretends that BMTC buses do all these SHAMING BANGALORE things on their own & no human being is part of all this wholesome CHEATING & SHAMING as it is Virtual Reality (VR!) that rules the metro city called the Silicon Valley of Asia or Bangalore or Bangaluru!

Another thing which ‘SURELY’ adds to the Bangalore Shame Index (BSI!) is the ‘PARTIAL’ construction of the Metro Rail, grandly named Namma Metro! It’s been years since the skeletons of the metro rail project started hanging above the Bangalore Populace & the visiting population! The partially finished project which was GRANDLY trumpeted to ease the traffic congestion has reached nowhere EVEN much after the declared dead line, with EVERY ONE living in & passing through Bangalore ‘wondering’ whether the tag of Perennially Unfinished ‘Metro’ City (PUMC!) be patently given to it!

With the vehicles moving choke a block before & after the office hours & school hours, the delay in the Namma Metro Project (The Completion of the Project!), where millions have ALREADY been spent, stacks up MORE& MORE numbers of the ‘Newly Bought’ (NB!) BMTC buses on the roads (AGAIN, in the name of commuter pain reduction, PUBLIC MONEY IS PUBLICLY WASTED!), multiplying the traffic jams! It’s ‘AGAIN’ SHAME ACCUMULATION on Image Bangalore (IB!)!

It is SIMPLE logic that all the ‘NEWLY’ bought buses ‘can be’ sold off –to whomsoever the AUTHORITIES deem fit!- as ‘petty scrap’ when the Metro Rail project is finished, years after the original deadline, as, by that time, those who did the ‘BUYING OF THE NEW VEHICLES FOR BMTC’ could have gone to their banks laughing all the way as their ‘UNKNOWN’ ACCOUNTS (UAs!) would, by then, have been FILLED WITH the kick backs they earned BUYING THE NEW BUSES for the commuter comfort!

One comes to the conclusion that the SHAMING BANGALORE PROGRAMME (SBP!), with its multiple tentacles, will definitely move on for some more years as the Governments & the other executive machineries like the police, which SHOULD STOP it, seems to be in collusion with the perpetrators, pushing the programme indefinitely forward! And, it ALSO seems that they find providing wholesome protection for whoever is ROBBING THE COMMON MAN THREAD BARE their ONLY duty for which, THEY CONSIDER, they are there in the respective positions they are in @ the moment!
