‘FEAR’ The Omnipresent!

"IT IS 'FEAR' THAT IS THE BASE OF ALL HUMAN MADE SYSTEMS OF FUNCTION / FUNCTIONING!", said me to a group of eager students who wanted to 'LEARN' something about the present day/existing systems, which they/people who live, encounter, in every day life! Most of them were not even in a mind set to think over My Quote - sitting in front of me & staring on my face! - as they were dead sure that what I stated was wrong!

I just didn’t want to force my point on them, as I have never been a person who forced things on anybody, on any point of Time, all my life! All my life I have been a person who told whatever I 'KNEW' (Or supposed I knew!!) flat on the face & never forced, as I know, forcing never made matters easy, ever! I always tried to simplify the points I wanted to make others understand to such levels that they understand TRUTH without agonising or antagonising them!

I never wanted to have the uncalled for hatred, anger, dislike, animosity, menacing looks, grinning, showing of fangs etc of the people for the TRUTH I give & the FACTS I share with them! I have never been persuasive even; I always left the facts to them to be thought of, when they feel like doing so, with all the supporting facts required, that they may reach Truth, if they ‘ONLY’ wish at all!

I asked them to think, if they can think at all, about whatever systems of functioning, which do not have FEAR as an ingredient, they could gather in their mind & put them down in their palm tops, smart phones, note books, lap tops etc. They started to ponder on the systems of functioning they knew & remembered! I knew they would certainly circle around the topic 'Democracy' to refute my point, as for them 'Democracy Is Something Which Is The Visible Form Of Freedom', which they were supposed to have from 1947 August 15!

And, I knew, they won't ever find 'FEAR' in a functioning system so universally accepted & promoted, as it (Democracy!) is supposedly accepted as the culmination of all the sorts of freedom! And, I was also sure that they could never relate Democracy with Fear, in any sense! As expected, most of those highly educated & vastly read students who sat infront of me thinking like Socrates, came up with 'Democracy' as their first example of 'Functioning System' where Fear Is 'NOT' At All A Factor Of Influence or ingredient!

The thing they were ‘NEVER’ interested in doing WAS thinking logically & sensibly, without taking pre conceived notions into consideration! If they had opened their eyes logically & sensibly, they could have understood the stupidity which they committed i.e. the picking of ‘Democracy’ as the example of something which doesn’t have FEAR as a factor in its functioning! As other Functions or Functioning Systems made by the human beings, for ‘Democracy’ also it is not possible to exist without the common ingredient in all the Human Made Systems of Functioning, FEAR!

From the personal level to the institutional level, from top to bottom, everything & every one IS guided, directed, influenced, evolved, nurtured, built, manipulated, appreciated, learned, taught, institutionalised, created, destroyed, used, utilised, presented, programmed, sold, bought, argued, postulated, done, not done, prepared, decorated, dressed, undressed, exposed, covered etc by NOTHING OTHER THAN FEAR ITSELF! It is very interesting to note that Thief, Policeman, Judge, Rulers, Rowdy, Preachers, Teachers, Godman, Terrorist, Press, Tax Man, Milkman, Companies, Governments, Kidnapper, Father, Mother, Children, Goondas, Religions, Coaches, Trainers, Motivators, Demotivators, Politicians, Organisers, Educators, Sellers, Buyers & others, all use the same thing FEAR to further their interests, in one form or the other!  

It is a pity that one of the most important matters in human life, Human Relationships too are made, sustained & broken because of FEAR & FEAR ONLY! It becomes extremely funny when one comes to know that the so called Law Builders, Law Keepers etc & the law breakers, criminals etc USE THE SAME ELEMENT FEAR, to further their likes & dislikes! It is sheer fun to know that the common things & matters in the existence of human beings from time immemorial, Religion, God, Chieftains, Kings, Kingdoms, Rulers, Democracy, Aristocracy, Discipline, Autocracy, Dictatorship, Bureaucracy, Law, Executioners’ Mechanisms, Hierarchies, Education, Living, Standards Of Societies, Morality, Order, Disorder, Groups, Communities, Army, Borders, Inventions, Any System That Is Of Any Activity like cultural, intellectual etc and all are BASED ON FEAR & FEAR 'ONLY'!

Hence, one can say that it is ONLY because of FEAR the Functioning Systems of Human Beings work, if they work at all and without which all the human made systems will go haywire, in no time! And, then, the questions like ‘What is ‘the difference’ between a Terrorist, who shamelessly exploits the Fear of human beings to further his vested interests & a Theologist, who exploits the FEAR of death & the following uncertainty to push his points forward or a Judge & a Criminal’?!’ etc will arise automatically, which will, definitely, make matters worse! Ofcourse, the questions regarding FEAR & ITS INTEGRAL ROLE in the human made systems will continue everlastingly & I expect, no such question will ever be answered in such a way that people understand that FEAR IS NOT A FACTOR TO BE THOUGHT OF OR CONSIDERED IN ANY OF OR ALL OF THE HUMAN MADE SYSTEMS OF FUNCTIONING / FUNCTION!

I think, the world will move forward, as it has been doing all these millennia, with no one ever PUBLICALLY ACCEPTING (As they never will come to know about the Definite Integral ‘Fear Factor’!) the unavoidable & integral nature of FEAR in all the Human Made Systems of Function / Functioning! The people of this Earth will spend many more years on defending their point that in the human made systems, including in that oft repeated great example ‘Democracy’, FEAR can not be considered integral & it is an ‘Unidentifiable Something’ that is the common thread of all the Human Made Systems Of Function / Functioning!

COMMON MAN – GOD OF ALL THINGS!

For all the questions like “Who created GOD?!”, “Who created LAW?!”, “Who created Science & Mathematics?!”, “Who created Arts & Literature?!”, “Who created many a system including Judiciary?!”, “Who created Governments?!”, Who created Law Enforcement Agencies?!”, “Who created Trade & Business?!”, “Who created Tax Departments?!” & “Who Maintains All These Myriad Systems?!”, only one answer is there – MAN......THE COMMON MAN!

When a god or place of worship is built, it is the common man who does all the things required for all these things; he is the one who regularises his visits to the temple or shrine, pays his respects with money & all the sorts of offerings, hence becoming the GOD OF GODS! It is his contributions the gods have been thriving on all over the world, all over the millennia, despite never showing any gratitude to these CREATORS & MAINTAINERS OF GODS! Same happened with Science as well, as it exploded into a million nuclear fissions & fusions, eliminating millions of GODS OF ALL THINGS – ‘THANKLESS CREATED’!

When LAW was created, it was for the common man & HE was the one who spent centuries to maintain it on the surface of the Earth, giving away all HIS wealth & life! To maintain LAW on the Earth HE suffered like anything; suffered the heavily biased, ignorant, selfish, arrogant judges throughout the centuries, without ever complaining (Nobody was there to listen to the genuine complaints was another matter!)! When HE is faced with some existential problems, HE regularly approached one of the created, LAW, to get HIMSELF out of the problems; LAW –in the form of EON CONSUMING LAWYERS, MILLENIA CONSUMING PROCEDURES, AGES PONDERING JUDGES & others!- consumed whatever THESE GODS OF ALL THINGS have/had including the precious life time to make HIM reach nowhere! The Law Enforcement Agencies HE created took whatever HE has/had & pretended like doing something, eternally!

When the governments of all the ages including the present ones, created & maintained by THESE GODS OF ALL THINGS, did everything they can to make the common man’s life a living hell, THESE GODS OF ALL THINGS never even uttered a mute-word! Sometimes it also happened that THE LAW, living ONLY on what HE has/had given, would order THE GOVERNMENT, which is ALSO LIVING SOLELY ON HIM, to compensate for the things HE suffered; then THE GOVERNMENT will gleefully give HIM a mite of what HE HIMSELF has given immensely to maintain THE GOVERNMENT! To reach this point, which happens only in one billionth of an occasion, HE would have to spend truckloads of whatever is left after giving away most of the things in his life to maintain THE SAME SYSTEMS, which he is presently involved with, ie governments, courts etc!

THESE GODS OF ALL THINGS kept spending all their lives maintaining the creations they created dutifully! When the Tax Departments were formed HE spent all HIS life maintaining them, like HE maintained God, Law & Governments, forgetful of the fact that the Creators & Maintainers have become the eternal sufferers at the hands of the created & maintained! Despite providing for the existence of the Tax Department generations-long from HIS pocket, HE also has to suffer at the hands of HIS creation all HIS life; but to HIS surprise what HIS creation – Tax Department – uses to torment him with is the same things HE has given to it, while creating & maintaining it! NEVER COMPLAINING ‘HE’ RUNS THE SHOW, GIVING AWAY GENERATIONS OF HIS LIFE!

HE, THE GOD OF ALL THINGS, never understands that life is a circle –ofcourse made & maintained by HIM!- & ‘it’s ONLY what HE gives forth in abundance comes back ONLY in trickles’ and that too ONLY IF HE is immensely lucky & long-living! And, HE never knows it is something like HE gives away a billion dollars & gets back a pence, ONLY IF HE is extremely fortunate & lives longer than most people do etc! HE longingly & wishfully thinks that one day THE CREATED would take care of THE CREATOR, without knowing that those days won’t ever come, as the created ones are or were never in a state to KNOW THEIR CREATOR! THESE GODS OF ALL THINGS have become like the gods they created – dumb, mute, silent, immobile, inactive, inefficient witnesses to everything but helpless & suffering and more over LIFELESS EXISTENCES!

An Illusory India!

Since Independance in 1947, we the Indians, have been living in a LARGER THAN LIFE ILLUSION inside which there are hundreds of thousands of smaller illusions! With the Independance started these hundreds of illusions that we Indians never knew we are born into one of the biggest of all the illusions & still go on living in it without ever having even the faintest of the idea! We kept living in the illusion or illusions as if we were living in the Real India, which it never was or is!

Everything seemed and even now look like a dream come true....The overthrowing of the more than 200 year old suppression of the soul of India & the colourful dawn of a new era was something that looked like a heavenly dream come true! But, the-dreams-come-true & illusions walked hand in hand that the INEXPERIENCED INDIANS, from 1947, failed to identify which one is a dream come true & which one is an illusion. In the guise of dreams what most of us got & seemed to be enjoying were & are HUGE illusions which we always failed to understand.....from 1947!

Most probably, those persons, who were at the forefront of our freedom struggle, must have found themselves in an unenviable posision from the point when we got the so called freedom; if someone had any doubt about the precarious situation they were in, that too was cleared when the father of the nation was assassinated in 1948. From then on, it was pretentions after pretensions & the creation of one illusion after the other.....this illusion-creation never stopped & has been carried into the present generation! Expecting miracles in an illusiory India, with its roots deeply mired in illusions, crores of people moved forward & they still keep moving forward!

Generations have gone & the new ones 'SEEM' TO BE THRIVING IN AN ILLUSIORY ENERGY! They see an India where they think their dreams will grow wings....Not any different from their parents & grand parents who dreamed the same dream and vanished somewhere as in a dream! But, the illusionists keep doing their job almost perfectly that the new generation as well MISERABLY FAIL TO READ HISTORY! And the illusionists of the present day India make it pretty sure that the present genaration too fail to understand they are living in an ILLUSORY INDIA WITHOUT ANY BASE!

It is an illusion that we Indians called & are calling India was & is always well beyond the comprehensive capacity of Indians, who form 99.999 % of the Indian population! In other words, we can call India a collection of illusions like CULTURE (A show of something which never existed & never was!), INFORMATION SYSTEMS (Which always inform the vested interests & always spread misinformation etc!), DEMOCRACY (The democracy of the powerful, for the powerful & by the powerful!), SECULARISM (Secularism deeply based on religion & cast!), GOVERNMENTS (Of all the sorts of misgovernance, greed, extreme partiality etc!), LAW & ORDER (Things of extremely transcient nature!), TAX COLLECTION (A collection of senselessness, lack of creativity, extreme partiality etc!) & DISTRIBUTION (To the un-needed, overfed, over-protected, over-luxorious, over-educated & everysort of people who's TAG starts with 'OVER'!) systems, EDUCATION (where aping is the fad, culture & civilization lost eons ago and LIFE is never known!), RULE (ruling ONLY the law abiding, well mannered, highly obedient & rulable!) etc!

When we look at India from an extraordinarily sensible angle, though it is impossible for 99.999% of the Indian population, what we see is an anarchy of illusory systems! We see millions of systems here without any consequence; here we see systems making more systems & an anarchy of systems! Quoting Shakespeare we can say that 'our systems are made by the same stuff the illusions are made of!' Whatever here is IS for anarchy of illusions.....! And, it's an extremely colourful explosive display of illusory systems....!

The often raised question "What will happen to the aam aadmi/common man?!" is something that has expired its date long ago, as whatever is 'LOUDLY' WORRIED ABOUT & CRIED OVER as 'THE PRESENT PATHETIC STATE OF THE COMMON MAN' or 'THE GOING TO BE PATHETIC STATE OF THE COMMON MAN' -ie the doomed state of the common man!- HAD ALREADY HAPPENED DECADES AGO!

SUITABLE SUITS FOR SUITABLE LIFE!

When you find adulteration in rice, as you usually do, you should file a suit to get justice!

When you find red mud in the chili powder you bought, you should file a suit to get justice!

When you are cheated by & in the education system you are in, you should file a suit to get justice!

When mobile service provider cheats you on one pretext or the other, as they usually do unpunished, you should file a suit to get justice!

When a company cheats you, you should file a suit to get justice!

When medical treatment makes you a patient for life & cheats you, you should file a suit to get justice!

When insurance companies cheat you, giving you this reason & that, as they do often, you should file a suit to get justice!

When computer companies cheat you by giving you sub standard & extremely poor quality products charging a fortune, you should file a suit to get justice!

When trains cause you losses, as they usually do, in a million innovative ways, you should file a suit to get justice!

When a judge decides even against the Indian Constitution, and strut diligently as JUSTICE PERSONIFIED, you should file a suit to get justice!

When some hooligans gate crash into your house & beat you up just for fun, you should file a suit to get justice!

When some drunken bastards kill some sane & good morning walkers by insane driving, you should file a suit to get justice!

When your good neighbor stealthily pours boiled water onto your plants, you should file a suit to get justice!

When you are dismissed from your job for no reason of yours, you should file a suit to get justice!

When 25000 people are killed by some extremely greedy inhuman devils, you should file a suit to get justice!

When one swami does something private in his private room, those who do not like it should shoot it secretly & air it that cases including rape, torture, forceful confinement & even genocide can be charged on him, that even a dead man from the Vedic Age get justice!

When nuclear & electronic waste is conveniently dumped in your courtyard by the all powerful companies & nations, you should file a suit to get justice!

When you find sporadic use of baking soda in the cooked rice or something else you have from hotels, you should file a suit to get justice!

When you find out that the meat you eat is FROM THE OLD STONE AGE, you should file a suit to get justice!

When one finds that the TRICKSTERS IN THE SHARE MARKET have done something, as they have been doing for ages, due to which THE COMMONEST OF THE COMMONERS HAVE LOST MILLIONS, one should file a suit to get justice!

When the teachers do exam paper evaluation, even ever going through it & spoil thousands of students’ future, you should file a suit to get justice!

When more than MRP is charged, you should file a suit to get justice!

When political adversaries threaten you just for the kick, you should file a suit to get justice!

When the NON-PIRATED DVD/CD SELLER sells you extremely poor quality material, wrapped in attractive & glossy covering, you should file a suit to get justice!

When someone usurp your land & build a huge building there, you should file a suit to get justice!

When the police kill someone using 3rd, 4th & 5th degree methods, just to have fun & entertainment, those who are not killed should file a suit to get justice!

When an airplane crashes & kills all it's passengers due to utter negligence of the respected persons, you should file a suit to get justice (For whom-Dead passengers??)!

If someone loses life due to a malfunctioning traffic signal, those who are alive & waiting to be the next casualty should file a suit to get justice!

When the weight of the thing you purchased is less than the weight you paid for, you should file a suit to get justice!

When in bottled drinking water you find the VITAMINS & MINERALS LIKE E-COLI etc, you should file a suit to get justice!

When the Nature is destroyed for the petty interests of some social evils, you should file a suit to get justice!

When you buy a vehicle & it becomes the bane on your entire life, you should file a suit to get justice!

When you understand that you are denied justice, you should file a suit to get justice!

When the government makes the common man suffer hellishly by creating hell-like roads & infrastructures, using public money, you should file a suit to get justice!

When a cat is sold as dog & dog as cat, you should file a suit to get justice!

IN SHORT YOU SHOULD FILE A SUIT FOR THIS, THAT & EVERYTHING, TO GET JUSTICE! IN OTHER WORDS, YOU CAN FILE MILLIONS OF SUITS IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE TIME, NON STOP! PUT IT IN OTHER WORDS, REAL LIFE IS NON-STOP FILING OF SUITS, WITHOUT WAITING FOR THE RESULTS TO COME!

AND, THE ONE & ONLY PROFESSION, IT SHOULD BE ASSUMED, WHICH SHOULD BE CALLED A PROFESSION AT ALL IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE IS THE LEGAL PROFESSION! OH MY GOD.....SHOULD WE ASSUME/UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE 1500 YEARS TO LIVE TO FILE ALL THESE CASES, FOR JUSTICE?! AND, EVEN IF WE ASSUME THERE ARE 1500 YEARS TO LIVE – JUST TO FILE ALL THESE MILLIONS OF CASES - HOW LONG MORE WE HAVE TO LIVE TO GET THE JUDGEMENT IN ALL THESE CASES?! WOW....LONG LIVE THIS LEGAL SYSTEM OF JUSTICE!!!
