Much before I went to his house I heard the miracles done by his child; his style of expression, I was told a million times with delight, put the Tamil superstar Rajanikanth to shame; his style of walking was described as something masterly than that of Amitab Bachan; his way of laughing was, as I was told, far superior in attracting people to him, that too much more than the ultimate Rajesh Khanna in his prime; his voice was something like a heavenly mix of Kishore Kumar & K.J Yesudas; his brilliancies far surpassed those of Albert Einstein; after all we should not blame the child for all these as he was sitting on the throne of Almighty, with the 24/7 support & promotion of his parents!
When I reached there I was more than eager to see this Wonder Boy whom I had continuously been told about. Then, there he was....the wonder boy of almost 4 who hadn't been anything lesser than Michael Schumacher, Viswanathan Anand, Tiger Woods, Bruce Willies, Thomas Alva Edison, Rod Laver & Mike Tyson fused together! He came to his father running and embraced him; the father, in his turn, took him in his arms & gave a kiss. I was eagerly waiting for some miracles from the boy's side.....! Then, the father put the son down & he went running inside to my utter despair as I saw my chance of witnessing a miracle running inside the house!
His father continuously told, as he had been telling me all these days, the great exploits of his Almighty Son as we sat inside the visitors' room, looking at the garden outside. Yesterday, when he was playing, he made a DRAGONFLY lift a stone deftly, he told as if Dragonfly was the elder brother of the MIGHTY DRAGON itself! A couple of days back he stood first in the class competition for the UKG kids in drawing, he told as if the Almighty Son had won the competition beating such archrivals as Pablo Picasso, Raja Ravi Varma, Winston Van gouge, Leonardo Da Vinci & Michael Angelo in a fierce, nerve rattling competition! His wife came there with coffee & snacks to remind him what the Almighty Son did to the 3 year old, a couple of weeks back, who STOLE his eraser while he was coming jam-packed in the over crowded auto rickshaw, from his pre primary school! "He kicked him on the face that he wouldn't even dare to look at the erasers in his whole life!” she cuckooed as if her Almighty Son had boxed down the mighty Joe Frazer in the ring at the finals of the WBF heavy weight bout for the Unified World Boxing Championship!
"He understands everything in a flash that his All Knowing Teachers are dazzled with his Marvellous Performance!", she continued to marvel at the Universal Thing which ‘The Mighty She’ contributed to this world out of her merciful mind! What might it would have been if this Almighty Son was not there in this silly dwarf world?! 'Ofcourse, it would have been a much lesser place to live in without the Almighty Son', her every word & action trumpeted this line! I remembered, sitting there sipping coffee, another mother who boasted of the Extraordinary Learning & Understanding Capacity -Of All the intricacies of the world with just a look, of course!- of her son when he was barely 6 months old! Though he didn't speak at that time he knew & understood EVERYTHING, she used to tell! From listening to her continuously all the people in her area used to come to her BABY to seek the Universal Wisdom the baby possessed from the BABY's non-speaking mouth! Without uttering a single word the BABY became very famous for its wisdom in a 10sq kilometre area, at the least! I wondered, what all marvellous things & hidden Universal secrets must had been known to the BIG-eyed green pupa of the butterfly -which moved its BIG eyes whenever I moved even a little bit, standing infront of it!- which I saw on the plant I grew in my terrace garden, the other day!
All over the world, I suppose, these kids have been having wonderful & miraculous capacities, capabilities & abilities that all the persons around them, including their Ever Wondering Parents ofcourse, have been running unstoppable yarn-mills, all these decades, about the extraordinary & superhuman adventures of their tiny tots! And, people all these decades keep listening to them & they never stopped wondering & marvelling! I have seen parents & grand parents promenading carrying the 1 year old, 2 year old & 3 year old living wonders in their hands & showcasing their sons' or daughters' extraordinary divine signs and drawing truck loads of appreciation from the ordinary mortals around their Devine Baby Zones! But what I find with great disappointment & despair is that these GIANTS, who have all the knowledge of the world without even opening up their mouth & perform such extra ordinary, super human things like whistling like a bird, jumping like a frog, imitating the parents & teachers -forget the imitating never reached anywhere near the original!- climbing like a monkey, running like a kid, singing like a nursery kid, learning like a parrot etc etc never grew up & all end up as old Dick, Harry, Ram, Priya, Soumya and Just the Others as the parents and grand parents & great grand parents are/were - just one/another mortal in billions!

The Billion Instant Parliaments Of India!
Law Mouther = A Person Who Mouths Something To Create A Law!
Loanee = A Person Who Has Taken Loan!
Nobody knows about the thousands & thousands of instant parliaments (And ofcourse, millions of Parliamentarians!) in India who pass thousands of laws every moment & create another thousand the very next and so on....these laws are the laws of the land...every square inch of land....every square centimetre of our land - India!
These laws of Law Mouthers are born the very moment somebody of some authority- including the chaparasi even!- opens his or her mouth in front of a person who wishes to do something, wants something from these so called authorities, seek permission for anything etc or else simply move on in life! These laws are the laws born the same moment any of the above mentioned things happen! These are the Real Laws which run our country and not, as one supposes, the laws passed by our Indian Parliament! These are the laws which get executed faster than the photons or in the common man's language light! The very moment the law is uttered it is almost at the same time executed or at the least at the same moment started to be executed by the person who listen to the Law-Mouther!
The Law Mouther is a legend that whatever comes from his or her mouth is law which should be executed without question! He or she can be a rag-picker, an electricity board employee, a post man, a call centre employee of a mobile phone operator, a cleaner, a school teacher, a house wife, a person who deals in used magazines & news paper, the man who prepares Masala Dosai, the person who brings gas, the conductor in the road transport corporation, the person who repairs one's computer and millions of others...... it can be anybody & everybody...it can be here, there & everywhere....it can be any time of the day & night....we see these One Second Parliament-in-Existence or Law Mouther every second of our life! We have to be very happy living among millions of parliaments in a land of millions of instant parliamentarians, Law-Mouthers, instant judges & judgements, law executioners etc.....our land India!
The law of Law-Mouthers are faster than lightening...its something like now its here...now its not....its something like an Ariel which cannot ever be caught or scientifically, with all the sorts of scientific proof, proven! The law of the Law Mouther says that if you park a bike horizontally in a parking area, where parking is free, with another number of bikes parked in the same way, it can be whisked away by the hooligan towers of the police department & charge you with whatever amount they wish to charge without giving you a receipt; it says that if you are found speeding -the measurement being the very naked eye of a police constable!- you can be charged according to the financial condition -read whether the star crossed policeman has two wives & six kids, an instalment to pay for the luxury car he has bought, the number of bottles he empties in the evening at a high end bar near by, the amount he has to get for the admission of his sixth son etc etc- of the policeman or men in the situation!
It says that your this proposal or that proposal will be outrightly rejected unless & until you pay the amount to buy some grease for the concerned authority’s hands & head that they can be moved in an affirmative way; it says that your phone line will be disconnected if you failed to produce the required documents -they change intermittently from time to time!- for the millionth time; it says that a loanee can be tricked by every trick in a Bank's Trick book - something like ‘simply’ adding some amounts without any reason & logic to the basic amount, ‘simply’ increasing the interest rates without saying anything to the loanee citing something technical & non understandable, ‘simply’ doubling the interest rate without the knowledge of the loanee citing some intricate Mouth Law points from the Law Book of Law-Mouthers etc- till he is drained of everything in his life, as he had to sign under all the undecipherable Hieroglyphics presented in front of him in volumes, written in microscopic letters, without asking any question, to get a thousand rupee loan at an RBI recognised & registered rate of a MEAGER 15-20%+, depending on the pathetic condition the loanee is in etc!
It says that any employee, even the most uncivilised & lowest graded one among them, can Mouth A Law which should be obeyed to the syllable by every devotee of the prayer houses like temples & churches etc; it says that even a panchayath board, which is very low in every positive source like education level, cultural level, sense level, thought level, vision level, understanding level etc can Law-Mouth anything abysmal in quality and implement it in India -like they can impose a hefty fine on a person or institution because they simply dislike him or it, continuously engage one in never ending legal battles senselessly using the tax payers’ money because he/she failed to fit in their lifeless/qualityless SCHEMES OF THINGS, cancel certain allotments & registration, deny permission on a million things etc; it says that an auto wallah can charge you anything under the Sun Law Mouthing a billion things including calling you names etc! What ‘the Law of the Law Mouther’ basically states is that any Law Mouther can deny anything to anyone without any reason what so ever in Democratic India, using the Law Mouther’s Uncontrollable & Unrestrained Powers Vested In Every Law Mouther in India!
I was seriously in doubt whether the Anna Hazare team & their Lok Pal Bill will take into their fold these millions of Law Mouthers who’s Kingdom (sorry Democracy!) is here & now! What will they do or better put what can they do to these millions of Law Mouthers & how will Anna & his team suppose to control these millions of Local Parliamentarians -in the sense that they create laws & keep creating them as has been going on in the Indian Parliament!- and make them accountable for billions of laws they make & execute, all over India?! Who will control these Law Mouthers like the one who deliberately forgets to give you back the changes he owes you in the form of a bus conductor or the person who repairs the object you have given him into a worse form to Law Mouth something charging you the heavens or the doc who Law Mouths to deny any hand in the death of a patient who was admitted in the hospital & died of sheer medical negligence or a train engine driver or a bus driver or an auto driver who Law Mouths to justify the couple of hours delay he caused to you etc etc?!
While I was talking about these millions of Law Mouthers what they said seemed to be more entertaining & factual! They said it is something like what these people say becomes law of the land and it is only a matter of time the Indian Parliament ratifies whatever they say now & here! They also pointed out that all the parliamentarians in the Indian Parliament are ONLY the representatives of these Law-Mouthers, who elected them through a very democratic process called parliamentary election, every five years! They also had a complaint that their contributions towards the World of Law is never recognised & appreciated, world over! They didn’t forget to add that these millions of Law Mouthers are the pillars of our modern day democracy which is pushed forward (Somehow?!!) by the Law Mouther's Elected Lawmakers in the Indian Parliament & the Other People Who Follow Them On Dotted Lines!

WHEN I SAW THE PAKISTANI MADE GOD, ATLAST!
I could not believe my very own eyes.....! For a couple of moments I thought I was in a dream....! “Could this be reality?!” my mind galloped a million times! At last.............IN ONE OF THE RAREST OF THE RARE OCCURENCES –In the Court Terminology! - I saw it in my very own hand....The life source of our Indian Existence....The reason for all our Indian Well Being....The base of all our Indian Happiness....The in thing of all our Indian Prosperity.......A FAKE 1000/- INDIAN CURRENCY, WHICH OUR DEAR NEIGHBOUR COUNTRY – Read PAKISTAN! - PRINTED & MADE AVAILABLE IN INDIA! I was in a situation beyond any sort of expressible words!
I have heard, a million times, about the existence of this GREAT THING – PAKISTAN MADE FAKE INDIAN CURRENCY- which they say is Omnipresent in India! I always wished to see this OMNIPRESENT PAKISTANI GOD! But, despite a million sightings recorded & reported all over the country, I failed to see THE PAKISTANI GOD even once! I seriously doubted that My Belief in the PAKISTANI GOD, who ruled Our Indian Existences, was not enough to have a DHARSAN (‘Sighting’ In English!) OF THE PAKISTANI ALMIGHTY! People all around me pointed their accusing fingers at me & called me a PAGAN who is not worth enough -& doesn’t have enough unfaltering belief as well- to see THE PAKISTANI GOD IN DISGUISE IN INDIA, ever in my life!
When anything happen in India, it is estimated by the World Estimating Council, at the least 40% credit goes to THIS PAKISTANI ALMIGHTY! HE is present when one buys a piece of land, a vehicle, a house, a flat, a gadget etc in India! When one gets a loan from a bank, after may be a couple of years’ Bagheeradha Prayathna (‘Herculean Task’ in English!) & greasing the never satisfied officials’ hands, there too we find THIS PAKISTANI ALMIGHTY! Even the Indian Bank Less-Almighty State Bank Of India KEEPS & CIRCULATES THIS PAKISTANI ALMIGHTY’s CURRENCY, as was witnessed in an SBI branch in Allahabad ( The Alien Name for Our Own ‘PRAYAG’!) or somewhere else! In all the development work undertaken by the Democratically Elected God Government Of India, we always see this UNDEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED PAKISTANI ALMIGHTY’S CURRENCY! Even in an alien country HIS POWERS WORK! That is the power of THIS ALIEN GOD!
Like all the other GODS, THIS GOD too is Invisible & Omnipresent (In India!)! WE ONLY SEE HIS WORKS & MARVEL! We see people build multi storey buildings with HIS HELP; we see people buying much more than what they can carry with HIS BENEVOLENCE; we see politicians & the powerful doing whatever they wish to do with HIS INVISIBLE HELP; we see kingdoms & empires built with HIS MAGNANIMITY; we witness Democratic Horse Trading with HE SMILING OVER IT; we stay wonderstruck looking at HIS DEXTERITY with which HE CREATES TERROR & TERRORISTS, in no time, among peaceful people; and WE CHANT EULOGIES IN THE NAME OF HIS INVISIBLE OMNIPRESENCE! REALLY, HE IS THE PAKISTANI GOD DOING MIRACLES IN AN ALIEN COUNTRY INDIA!
HE comes in myriad forms....the 100s, 500s, 1000s....And in crores! Not even the gate keepers of the Indian Gods can find/distinguish THIS PAKISTANI GOD while HE crosses the boundary of HIS LAND to India, disguised as the Indian Ones! In India, in the appearance of the Indian Gods HE rules! O Pakistani Almighty......YOU are so sublime & omnipresent! We, the people of India, will always be indebted to YOU as YOU are The Base of India’s Economy, Progress, Advancement, Price Rise, Inflation, Black Money and a million other creative things & without YOU there is nothing but chaos in India, though the present day chaotic situation is the creation of YOU PAKISTANI ALMIGHTY!
Even after 15 or more years it is still a mystery whether YOU were there in the 1 crore suitcase supposed to be carried by a former prime minister, who is no more now, to do some political horse trading; people in the know say that if YOU were inside then he should have succeeded in whatever plans he had then, meaning YOU were not there! Poor guy, he should have asked your blessings as the present day politicians do! What the present day Gods in India do is taking YOU ALMIGHTY from the common man, if he unknowingly –Who can understand YOUR TRICKS & DISGUISE SIR?!- gives one of YOUR MYRIAD FORMS in a single currency & destroy YOU without giving any compensation to him! Although, nobody –read ‘common man’- in India who accidently –It happens always in the rarest of the rare cases!– gives a SINGULAR YOU PAKISTANI ALMIGHTY gets the compensation ever in India – if the SINGLE YOU are found out & destroyed!-, the powerful & the mighty always deal with YOU in shiploads & keep their lives happy! Our gate keepers, Gods, governments etc will never worry about YOUR intrusion as they all are involved in ‘OTHER SERIOUS MATTERS’ & ‘THE RAREST OF THE RARE CASES’ and all of them will keep fighting internally to have an upper hand over all the others, which may not come ever! COMMON MAN – GOD OF ALL THINGS!
For all the questions like “Who created GOD?!”, “Who created LAW?!”, “Who created Science & Mathematics?!”, “Who created Arts & Literature?!”, “Who created many a system including Judiciary?!”, “Who created Governments?!”, Who created Law Enforcement Agencies?!”, “Who created Trade & Business?!”, “Who created Tax Departments?!” & “Who Maintains All These Myriad Systems?!”, only one answer is there – MAN......THE COMMON MAN!
When a god or place of worship is built, it is the common man who does all the things required for all these things; he is the one who regularises his visits to the temple or shrine, pays his respects with money & all the sorts of offerings, hence becoming the GOD OF GODS! It is his contributions the gods have been thriving on all over the world, all over the millennia, despite never showing any gratitude to these CREATORS & MAINTAINERS OF GODS! Same happened with Science as well, as it exploded into a million nuclear fissions & fusions, eliminating millions of GODS OF ALL THINGS – ‘THANKLESS CREATED’!
When LAW was created, it was for the common man & HE was the one who spent centuries to maintain it on the surface of the Earth, giving away all HIS wealth & life! To maintain LAW on the Earth HE suffered like anything; suffered the heavily biased, ignorant, selfish, arrogant judges throughout the centuries, without ever complaining (Nobody was there to listen to the genuine complaints was another matter!)! When HE is faced with some existential problems, HE regularly approached one of the created, LAW, to get HIMSELF out of the problems; LAW –in the form of EON CONSUMING LAWYERS, MILLENIA CONSUMING PROCEDURES, AGES PONDERING JUDGES & others!- consumed whatever THESE GODS OF ALL THINGS have/had including the precious life time to make HIM reach nowhere! The Law Enforcement Agencies HE created took whatever HE has/had & pretended like doing something, eternally!
When the governments of all the ages including the present ones, created & maintained by THESE GODS OF ALL THINGS, did everything they can to make the common man’s life a living hell, THESE GODS OF ALL THINGS never even uttered a mute-word! Sometimes it also happened that THE LAW, living ONLY on what HE has/had given, would order THE GOVERNMENT, which is ALSO LIVING SOLELY ON HIM, to compensate for the things HE suffered; then THE GOVERNMENT will gleefully give HIM a mite of what HE HIMSELF has given immensely to maintain THE GOVERNMENT! To reach this point, which happens only in one billionth of an occasion, HE would have to spend truckloads of whatever is left after giving away most of the things in his life to maintain THE SAME SYSTEMS, which he is presently involved with, ie governments, courts etc!
THESE GODS OF ALL THINGS kept spending all their lives maintaining the creations they created dutifully! When the Tax Departments were formed HE spent all HIS life maintaining them, like HE maintained God, Law & Governments, forgetful of the fact that the Creators & Maintainers have become the eternal sufferers at the hands of the created & maintained! Despite providing for the existence of the Tax Department generations-long from HIS pocket, HE also has to suffer at the hands of HIS creation all HIS life; but to HIS surprise what HIS creation – Tax Department – uses to torment him with is the same things HE has given to it, while creating & maintaining it! NEVER COMPLAINING ‘HE’ RUNS THE SHOW, GIVING AWAY GENERATIONS OF HIS LIFE!
HE, THE GOD OF ALL THINGS, never understands that life is a circle –ofcourse made & maintained by HIM!- & ‘it’s ONLY what HE gives forth in abundance comes back ONLY in trickles’ and that too ONLY IF HE is immensely lucky & long-living! And, HE never knows it is something like HE gives away a billion dollars & gets back a pence, ONLY IF HE is extremely fortunate & lives longer than most people do etc! HE longingly & wishfully thinks that one day THE CREATED would take care of THE CREATOR, without knowing that those days won’t ever come, as the created ones are or were never in a state to KNOW THEIR CREATOR! THESE GODS OF ALL THINGS have become like the gods they created – dumb, mute, silent, immobile, inactive, inefficient witnesses to everything but helpless & suffering and more over LIFELESS EXISTENCES!

Dismantling ‘SARDAR’s India!
A lot of incessant & feverish research work has been going on “How To Dismantle ‘SARDAR’s India” since India got its so called freedom from the colonial powers! Great theses were submitted on the subject all over India, all these years, by all the ‘WHO’s WHO of India’! Ship loads of hard work have been continuously spent on this matter; but still somehow, the wholesome India Indians had from 1947 or little later kept to drag on!
Just before the Indian Independence, The Pakees went away with ‘their Muslim Part of India’, with the foolhardy conviction that everything will be fine after that! And, the result is still there in front of our eyes, even decades after Partition! Despite we, the whole India, – India & The Muslim India- read now the present day Pakistan! – fighting against the ‘DIVIDE & RULE TACTICS’ of the British in the pre independence India & almost succeeding @ it, we started to master the art of ‘DIVIDE & RULE’ in Independent India! Each & every politician of this great country became the master of this British-found British- managed technique! And, they went all over the world propagating ‘this surrogate philosophy’ as their own & took classes @ Cambridge & Oxford!
The man who made the present day India what it is almost now, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who did whatever he could to REUNITE INDIA after the Indian Independence must be a very happy man now, seeing all the ‘DIVIDE & RULE’ things happening in India, from the other side of the world! For the Modern India & Its people & of course Its leaders “Doing & Undoing and Doing & Undoing in a billion variety ways’ seem to be favourite pastime for all these decades, since Independence! And, we, the Independent Indians are extremely happy that we can still cling onto the colonial day legacy ‘DEVIDE & RULE’ even after we publically ditched all that that’s colonial!
Due to the pressure from ‘the foe within in the pre independent India’ we let the divisive forces, whatever be their form, form Pakistan; due to the insensible pressure from Nehru, a pragmatic Sardar was forced to agree to the foolish ‘SPECIAL STATUS’ to J&K! The divisive forces which were at work before & at the time of Independence are still at work, with full vigour and dedication! From those days’ ‘Straight Version of the Divisive Things’ it has transformed itself into myriad forms of deception that finding these divisive forces today has become a Herculean Task! These DIVISIVE FORCES come in all hues & colours and multidimensional shapes! From the so-called intellectuals/thinkers to educators & speakers, from the politicians to the philosophers & ideologues these forces are omnipresent & invisible! These Invisible & Omnipresent Divisive Forces have, now a days, a highly explosive, destructive, irresponsible & at the same time easily accessible weapon named ‘24/7 Media’ to further/spread their vested interests, like wildfire! And, that’s what they use invariably!
The views the Great Sardar had about Kashmir, Junagadh, Hyderabad, Tibet & Goa had the world against him! The leading people of the post independent India, including the first prime minister of India, Nehru stood against the vision & wisdom of the very Pragmatic Sardar! People, including Nehru listened to the HOLLOW VOICES –or should we call it false commotion?!- RAISED BY THESE SAME DIVISIVE FORCES! And for listening to this commotion-illusion the Indians suffered a lot, even after Independence! We, the Indians, almost lost Kashmir when we listened to these divisive forces; and still we are losing lives in Kashmir thanks to our stupidity of NOT LISTENING TO THE SARDAR WHEN HE WAS SPEAKING WISDOM!
Kashmir & Arunachal Pradesh have been out of the Indian map –India’s International Map!- for most of the 64 year period (since Independence!) due to these camouflaged proponents of division! We kept on dividing people of India in the lines of these Hippocratic & Sly Divisive Forces! In the name of FALSE SECULARISM we tolerated religious fanaticism & intolerance, and poured oil into the fire lit by the Divisive Forces! We kept Kashmir separate with special privileges that one day we lose it COMPLETELY; we made Malappuram (A district in the state of Kerala!) based on religious grounds way back in 1967 that one day we grow enemies within! We kept treading the path created by the Divisive Forces all these decades, since Independence!
Division by caste, creed, language, faith, politics & a million other things flourished in India like wild shoots in the wilderness! On whatever we had/have we fought with one another to divide & rule in the name of these million non-existent things! People started to take the Fabled Land of India Piece By Piece – In the name of Language, Religion, Caste, Politics, Muscle Power etc! For them even the heart breaking partition of 1947 was not enough! All over India people started to think of & do the essential work for ‘HOME STATES’ with the borders being the borders of their own homes! They cried “POORNA HOME SWARAJ” from their roof tops! Wherever there was a slight chance of making a division the DIVISIVE FORCES worked overtime till the problem reached a head! They almost succeeded in Kashmir with their terror-sponsored diplomacy; another pressure group won Malappuram; another pressure group won the Gorkha Land; and another pressure group is near winning Telangana!
Kashmir, Malappuram, Gorkha Land, Telangana etc have all become an inspiration to all those who wish to do their ‘SWARAJ LESSONS’ properly and definitely they can & do take a couple of leaves out of all these issues created by ‘the Divisive Forces Working Inside India’, 24/7! Let’s be happy to think that what a great man like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel did for all of us, Indians, we are undoing shamelessly & with ingratitude! And, let’s celebrate the fact that we with all our greed, shamelessness, arrogance, tunnel vision, ingratitude, narrow-mindedness, petty thinking and blind following of the Divisive Forces are on the sure way to the disintegration of a great dream called India!

The Language Experts Of India!
In Tokyo, Singapore & Hongkong one would find someone who speaks multiple languages. Despite being native speakers they manage a good number of languages, though a native speaker can always find something amiss; but these people never let the listeners nauseate with their 'fluency' over any of the languages they profess they speak!
Come to India, the scenario drastically changes! Here one can find millions of people who speak multiple languages! And, here also one can find more millions who profess they speak multiple languages! If one is in any of the metropolises of India, one will definitely find a large number of 'these professors' who eagerly wait for an opportunity to establish their mastery over multiple languages!
When we were children, I always heard my papa's younger cousin's stories of daredevilry with multiple languages in Arabia, where he worked in those days! It was mostly at some functions like marriage & birthday etc he would tell these glorious stories of his language power! There were always large audiences for his stories, who were only poor guys who only knew & talked their mother tongue! They didn’t even know the alphabets of the universal language English!
He usually started the stories in a situation where he would be driving a motor vehicle of the company he worked for! Usually, he reaches a place far away from the civilisation & all of a sudden a police car appears from no where! The officer usually stops his car & asks "@**$#%*&&*&@@!!&**#&$$#%&@&$!#&**!" in Arabic or English - whichever be the language other than their mother tongue, the listeners of the stories understood not even a mite, ever!- to which he with all his universal powers responded "bnui**#wdhij&!%#%#%()*#^!%*&&!(!*(!@*@$#&&!!^^^^#%%@!" And, the police officers never dared, the eager listeners would be told, to speak even a word against what he had told them FLUENTLY IN WHATEVER LANGUAGE THEY SPOKE TO HIM, ever! I heard him telling the very same story years - 20-25 or more years after!- after when it was my younger brother's marriage; then also I found the listeners around him watching him with awe! "What a language expert!", they must too have thought, despite the story being at the least a quarter of a century old!!
Like him there are millions in India WHO PROFESS TO SPEAK MULTIPLE LANGUAGES FLUENTLY! When an unlucky one gets into the net of THIS PROFESSOR, he jumps at the opportunity to establish his mastery. As if he is a native speaker he would start to imitate a conversation in the TRAPPED MAN's language and continuously, if possible between every two words he speaks in the TRAPPED MAN's language, he would advertise the ability he has over multiple languages! The TRAPPED MAN will be staying in front of him appreciating the FLUENCY THIS PROFESSOR has over his language as he would be left with no choice but to appreciate the PROFESSOR! The PROFESSOR would keep on speaking in the TRAPPED MAN's language that the TRAPPED MAN would be feeling like vomiting! The TRAPPED MAN, while responding to the Professor, will even stammer in his mother tongue due to this nauseating language the PROFESSOR dishes out, non-stop, with self eulogy equally mixed! The TRAPPED MAN' will reach a point where he would happily forget his mother tongue & find solace in amnesia!
These professors litter every nook & corner of any big city in India! When we find these people on our way its better we somehow escape with our own life, at any cost, because once caught it’s the curtains for our mother tongue & sometimes our life! If some TRAPPED MAN ever tries to rectify the Professor or suggest what he is dishing out is not correct - in the mildest terms!- he would get hurt immediately & may even pose serious danger to the TRAPPED MAN, as he would be out of his home turf, when these professors catch him unawares! If he is tried to be rectified the Professor always feels insulted & would be in no mood to TOLERATE THE IMPOSTER IN HIS TERRITORY! We can't expect what would be the next thing the Professor does!
To these Professors even the governments are providing great facilities! It is heard that these Professors have asked the government to categorise them as underprivileged & reserve jobs for them! To this demand the government always responded that though at present what they have asked can’t be done -reservation, as most of the people in India are thinking how to make a hole & enter into the RESERVED AREA!- they have always been taken care of as a lot of jobs are already given to these Professors who GET A CERTIFICATE WHICH PROVE THAT THEY ARE PROFESSORS, in the government sector including Railways etc! And in India it’s anybody's guess how long it takes to GET A GOVERNMENT APPROVED CERTIFICATE! We all know what the government told the Professors is right - they are already taken care of by the all eager government!
While I was waiting to see off my long time friend Harry in the Delhi railway station, a couple of years ago, I perfectly understood that at the least in the case of the Professors the government is keeping their promise to the last word! When a train arrived on the platform number 10 there was an announcement in multiple languages about the train! I was happy that the person in the announcement box handles a number of languages FLUENTLY! As I was just thinking about all these people who speak multiple languages FLUENTLY as the native speakers do, I heard the announcement in another language. The moment the announcement finished Harry asked in which language it was in his stylish & accented mother tongue English, to which an embarrassed me was forced to say "ENGLISH!"

The TRAPPED MAN will be staying in front of him appreciating the FLUENCY THIS PROFESSOR has over his language as he would be left with no choice but to appreciate the PROFESSOR! The PROFESSOR would keep on speaking in the TRAPPED MAN's language that the TRAPPED MAN would be feeling like vomiting! The TRAPPED MAN, while responding to the Professor, will even stammer in his mother tongue due to this nauseating language the PROFESSOR dishes out, non-stop, with self eulogy equally mixed! The TRAPPED MAN' will reach a point where he would happily forget his mother tongue & find solace in amnesia!
These professors litter every nook & corner of any big city in India! When we find these people on our way its better we somehow escape with our own life, at any cost, because once caught it’s the curtains for our mother tongue & sometimes our life! If some TRAPPED MAN ever tries to rectify the Professor or suggest what he is dishing out is not correct - in the mildest terms!- he would get hurt immediately & may even pose serious danger to the TRAPPED MAN, as he would be out of his home turf, when these professors catch him unawares! If he is tried to be rectified the Professor always feels insulted & would be in no mood to TOLERATE THE IMPOSTER IN HIS TERRITORY! We can't expect what would be the next thing the Professor does!
To these Professors even the governments are providing great facilities! It is heard that these Professors have asked the government to categorise them as underprivileged & reserve jobs for them! To this demand the government always responded that though at present what they have asked can’t be done -reservation, as most of the people in India are thinking how to make a hole & enter into the RESERVED AREA!- they have always been taken care of as a lot of jobs are already given to these Professors who GET A CERTIFICATE WHICH PROVE THAT THEY ARE PROFESSORS, in the government sector including Railways etc! And in India it’s anybody's guess how long it takes to GET A GOVERNMENT APPROVED CERTIFICATE! We all know what the government told the Professors is right - they are already taken care of by the all eager government!
While I was waiting to see off my long time friend Harry in the Delhi railway station, a couple of years ago, I perfectly understood that at the least in the case of the Professors the government is keeping their promise to the last word! When a train arrived on the platform number 10 there was an announcement in multiple languages about the train! I was happy that the person in the announcement box handles a number of languages FLUENTLY! As I was just thinking about all these people who speak multiple languages FLUENTLY as the native speakers do, I heard the announcement in another language. The moment the announcement finished Harry asked in which language it was in his stylish & accented mother tongue English, to which an embarrassed me was forced to say "ENGLISH!"

A THOUGHT ON SUO MOTOS – A LEGAL SYSTEM IN INDIA!
When the policemen charge riders & drivers on the streets for something or the other & ask them ILLEGALLY – the policemen never LAWFULLY have the right to ask people to appear in front of court, as ONLY a court can issue such orders! - to appear in front of a particular court on a particular date, nobody, including the courts, feels encroached upon or thinks it as CONTEMPT OF COURT & take SUO MOTO action!
When the land of the poor & hapless has been grabbed, usurped & annexed forcefully all over India by the mighty & powerful and has been reported all over the media all these years in HIMALAYAN ALPHABETS & the losers are left with no means to fight for justice –they don’t even know they can fight, as most of them are left illiterate & poor due to the ALL ENCOMPASSING DEVELOPMENTAL SCHEMS & GROWTH PLANS IMPLEMENTED IN THE MODERN & INDEPENDENT INDIA!- no SUO MOTOS appear for them from anywhere!
Political meetings & speeches in Kerala are still conducted in the busy junctions across the width & breadth of the state despite the court orders against doing so and despite these things happening continuously all these months & years after the court orders no SUO MOTO has been initiated!
When large scale adulteration of basic food items have been reported day & night by the 24/7 media, all these years, no court seems to take it seriously & start a SUO MOTO case against those people who adulterate food unashamedly & treacherously; it is a shame that the adulterators have become multi billionaires in these years by SLOWLY POISONING UNSUSPECTING GENERATIONS!
When education system is rotten at the roots with politicians & the other powerful people garnering enough power to do whatever they like in the education system, destroying what is to be the right kind of developmental system for human beings, no court takes SUO MOTOS!
Nookkukoolie, the infamous practice of the rowdy workforce of Kerala to bully and forcefully take money for the work other people have done, has been in vogue for a large number of years with the tacit & spineless support of the various governments there and no judge came to it ACCIDENTLY & took SUO MOTOS!
A lot of other grave problems & evils like corruption, favouritism, black money, large scale destruction of the public wealth in the name of some stupid protests etc, money laundering, whole scale fraud in financial, industrial, private sectors etc, systematic and well planned & executed destruction of environment, division of people in the name of caste & religion and the appeasement of some among them etc, gradual & systematic destruction of the 7000-8000 years old Indian culture, misinformation campaigns on a lot of important factors like illnesses, the systems of life, democracy, legal systems, the style of living, quality, things of importance, India itself, religion & religious statuses etc have been systematically grown all these years in the very fertile soil of India! But, the SUO MOTOs of very urgent nature in all these gravely important aspects have always been extremely hard to come by!
Courts all over India have been taking SUO MOTO cases all over India, for some years now! No one has thought about or talked about the criteria by which the courts are taking up these SUO MOTO CASES?! One can not find any standard system existing by which a judge understands this case is fit for a SUO MOTO & that one is not?! Going by what is going on in the field of SUO MOTOS one can not but feel pity at the SUO MOTO SYSTEM working in our country!
Thinking More On Suo Motos - When, Who, Why etc!
According to the figures compiled by the Supreme Court of India, there are 42.17 lakh cases pending in the high courts as on September 30, 2010, comprising of 33.36 lakh civil cases and 8.8 lakh criminal cases!
In the subordinate courts, the figure was 2.79 crore cases comprising 78.56 lakh civil cases & 2 crore criminal cases!
It is estimated that in some of the subordinate courts over 30-40% of arears relate to petty cases and out of the total pending cases, 9% of the cases were pending for 10 years & above!
24% cases were pending for 5-10 years in both, the HCs and subordinate courts!

According to the Supreme Court as many as 305 judges serving in various courts of the country are facing departmental enquiries for misconduct during the period April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011!
Utter Pradesh tops the list with 44, followed by Rajasthan 42, Maharashtra 31, J&K 23, Gujarat 22 and Andra Pradesh 15!
17 judicial officers have either been discharged or discontinued from service in this period for misconduct!
75 judges have been given premature retirement on account of various charges!
Major penalties were slapped against 38 judges while minor penalties were imposed on 35!
